Answering all my questions and giving me good advice as to what route to take to replace my lost phone. She suggested good deals and made the whole process less stressful. My first experience, I thought it was good. Buy 2 unlimited plans and two inexpensive smartphones, since Carlos said that in 2 months we could access any Smartphone of better quality. Now they tell me that it is not at 2 months, it is at 3. The cell phone that I bought to use for only 2 months, I must use it for another month since no one is responsible. He will only seek to sell what he wants, and no matter what he promises, tomorrow he can tell you that it is not like that anymore ... I will not return to the place

My wife and I went in to get some information and Kyle helped us out. He explained everything pretty clear cut to us and gave us a breakdown of the prices we would be paying vs what we were paying from T-Mobile/Sprint. We ended up ordering the phones online since it was a better deal for us but we did end up going back because we needed help unlocking out passcode on our account. Kyle, again, helped us with that in a few minutes. Great customer service at this store!

Amanda Barry and her staff are amazing! Amanda made my fiancé and I’d experience at her store a very comfortable one. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything. She also looked for any discount that could help us on our bill. We didn’t wait long to be helped and Amanda had a smile on her face and was welcoming the whole visit!

So I went in to ask for help on a couple of phones, looking to change the sim card in them see if I could use them as my current one is dying. The guy who i asked for help looked at me, handed me a key and said I had to do them my self and went back to tagging the stack of new cellphones and watching something on his phone. Needless to say I will not be going here or using this service anymore.

Before hand i had at&t but something happened to my phone and couldn’t be able to turn my phone on, so i had to go to a different carrier and a new phone but then i stopped my old carrier that i didn’t really like anymore and FINALLY got back to AT&T that i didn’t have any problems to begin with . there AWESOME, i guarantee you all will love there service! ❤️

Just came from this location with my brand new iPhone 11 Pro and the manager Amanda was beyond incredible! She went out of her way to help me deal with bouncing between customer service reps to getting my new phone all set up, she even did the screen protector the first shot! Lol. Her attitude towards helping me was excellent and her personality made everything so great! Id recommend her and this store to anyone thats on at&t.

I went to store Tuesday, 11/26, with a charging question for my phone. The lone person was helping a couple purchase a new phone. Having done that, I know it takes 45 minutes or more. He asked if I had a small problem? I said my phone isnt charging and showed him my cord, which I suspected was the problem. 45 minutes later, after a clearly unhappy customer entered, I was still waiting. The sale seemed to be wrapping up, and I was asked to plug my charger into a table where the unhappy customer was seated. I did--he offered me his cord, which enabled my phone to charge. I said, I could just go to Best Buy, and rose to do that. Salesman got up, brought me a cord, it worked--I bought it, it works, but I cannot forgive the poor customer service.

To make it short... try to upgrade over the phone directly with AT&T and the rep try to overcharge me taxes on the note 9 plus added a late charge to my account...Then I went to my local store where I met Kara and she helped me to straight the mess that the sales rep had made. Kara went above and beyond....she was able to contact the support line and pretty much had to teach them how to do the job... I personally RECOMMEND the team at AT&T at 10 John Fitch Hwy in Fitchburg MA...Shout out to KARA the best and must understandable person I got to talk too.

I went into the Fitchburg store last week with poor cell service after I called customer care and was on the phone for an hours with no help, Customer care just said that the towers were overloaded at the time. I went into the sotre and worked with the store manager Shannon. She was great, after accessing my account she asked what i did for work. I told her i worked for the fire department. Within minutes She had a solution that would save me money and because im a First responder, i would have a dedicated network. its been a week and my service has been excellent. We will be back in June to bundle more products from at&t. Once i switch over my tv, it will be over $200.00 savings per month. Its very rear these days to come across people who care and it shows in her work..

My son and I arrived at noon on a Sunday and were met with a locked door and a sign that said Out to Lunch until 12:45 pm. The posted hours were 11 am-6 pm. An employee let us in and told us that he was being trained and his boss was at lunch, He was told to keep the door locked and not let anyone in but he felt bad when he saw us standing out there. He was very nice but it was clear that he was put in the difficult position of being a new employee, not trained in everything, and trying to assist us without his boss. When the woman returned with her lunch after about a half hour she snapped at him that she still had 15 min. left for her lunch. So again we waited while she went in the back room to eat. She had re-locked the door and another customer arrived so the new employee let him in. Finally she re-emerged from the back room. We left frustrated and annoyed. My son said this is no way to run a business and I agree with him. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went in here around 7pm on a Tuesday. There was a group of customers sitting around a table and they said uh oh the fun is over when we walked in. We stood at a register silently for five minutes before I asked the group of customers if anyone was working there. They pointed to a girl with her back turned to us. She still didnt look at us or even acknowledge us. Then she called US rude for asking if anyone was working and refused to help us. We left so she could continue hanging out with her friends at work without having to worry about paying customers.

Well, we walked into the store looking to purchase 3 lines. The employee working approaches my husband and I. He asked what we were looking for, I told him what we needed, he didnt even look at us just started swiping away on a tablet mumbling every few seconds. We just walked away and started to look at phones on our own while he kept swiping. This went on for 10 min.s... mind you we were the ONLY customers in the store! Finally I turned to him and said we would be back around. Never to return! Terrible customer service!!

Three weeks ago I went to Fitchburg AT&T store(retail). I wanted to activate esim and have two lines. The first associate was a male forgot his name. He took it upon himself to tell me what I needed in a very arrogant tone. He was not helpful and was very annoying. I worked with Shannon the store manager this was there first time activating esim. I was in store for two and a half hours. Multiple lines were put on my phone. Shannon kept trying over and over to activate my second line then was finally able to do it. What I wasn’t told about were the fees and charges that came out on my bill to be 259.00. Even though Shannon ask att rep over phone to delete third line it never happened. I was told by Shannon that to add line it was 25.00 more a month. This was a gross understatement. I wasn’t told about activation fees and extra charges my bill is normally 125.00. I was on phone with att customer service for an hour trying to fix this mess. Wasn’t able to get all charges taken off so my bill was 150.00. My experience in that store was awe full and I was lied to. Then I had a problem with iPhone had to mail it to them to be fixed. When I finally got my phone back and troubleshooted with apple it was decided that I needed new SIM card. I went back to store Shannon was in back office and I was working with Luis. Everything seemed to be going ok until Luis spoke with Shannon. I was told there were no SIM cards which was a lie. What are the odds that that’s true Luis never mentioned a thing. I think Shannon purposely denied me a SIM card because I complained to att and also another store. This was unprofessional and mean. I’m reaching out to presidents office at at&t. Luckily I know someone very well who works there. The retail store in Fitchburg where Shannon works is aweful. I wasn’t given truth about fees. I was lied to about SIM card. Clearly the customer wasn’t put first here.

Ive tried other att stores closer to me and they have horrible service, its like they pick a new random stranger everyday with no training to run the show. The att in fitchburg is by far the best place to go with any questions concerns or problems.

Most amazing store around. i went to three stores prior to coming to the Fitchburg location. This location did not have the inventory (like the other stores) The manager was so kind and understood my frustration. I ordered t the phone came withing 48 hours. i brought it back to the store to set it up and left with more att products and saved $38.00 per month by switching to Directv and i get more tv channels and on the go. im giving a 5 star just because of the service at this location. but i think its crazy no one has inventory in their stores?

Outstandingly terrible service. Apparently at this store if you are not going to buy something you dont matter. The associate was not going to earn commission Off of us so he refused to help us. Our disapproval prompted this associate to begin antagonizing us. If associates like this are allowed to threaten customers as if they were on the street I cant imagine the integrity of the manager, which speaks poorly on this store as a whole. Do not shop here, these people do not understand good business.

This a terribly run retailer!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITHE THIS STORE!!! I bought two brand new iPhones which I had no trouble with other than them trying to push over priced screen protectors for $100. One of the phones had a software glitch that neither AT&T nor Apple could help with. Keep in mind these phones are barely a week old. Took them back to the store looking to replace the defective phone. We spoke to the manager Adam, and right off the bat, was uninterested in helping. He looked at the phone for maybe a minute and said You have to take it to an Apple Store. To which I replied These are brand new, and we still are within the 14 day return policy! Well he kept it his story stating that its policy and with 9 years experience has always been the way with iPhones I did not believe him. He said again Youll have to go to an Apple Store. Frustrated I called AT&T and their respond was that we should be allowed to exchange the phone for a new one. So thankfully we called from the parking lot of the store. Took the call into the store and had the AT&T rep talk to the manager. He argued with them and when the rep pushed back Adam said the only thing they can do is exchange it for a different memory capacity phone or a different color. Well we took that offer because we didnt want to drive. 45 minutes to another store. The manager was so upset he had to pass us off to one of his employees. I asked Adam why he didnt give us that option In all honestly, it slipped my mind was the answer I got. After all that they still made us pay the restocking fee! God awful service!!! Please use a different store. While we were checking out the same manager Adam was trying to talk another customer out of her unlimited data plan, stating that she only uses 9 gigs a month and that she didnt need it. All in all this is a lousy way to run a store. Very displeased!!!!
