I had hurricane shutters installed over my mothers French doors. I had a very good experience with this company. Greg and Jasmine were both professional, friendly, and willing to do what ever it took to get the job done. The shutters are great so easy to use even my elderly mother can put them in place and lock them all by herself. Gives me great peace of mind.

It was bad enough when my shutters were installed that a couple of them were not installed correctly. Guys had to come out more than once to correct the problem. A problem that was more than apparent to the installer, but too lazy, to take care of before leaving the job scene. Maybe she won’t notice...run!Now, almost two years later, I find out that the company never closed the permit. Trying to get that taken care of, Tina, who answers the phone for the company is too rude to be bothered. Got mad when I called her back for information, “I told you I would call YOU back,”. is what she said to me.So, I wait a week to call back, and she tells me she was out with the flu, it was still sitting on Scott’s desk. Have a nice day, and hangs up. I try to call back and get the answering machine.Unbelievable!

Our experience with Hurricane Shutter company was very positive. Pricing was competitive with other companies. Steve (the salesman) responded promptly each time I had an inquiry, and he showed up on the job when the installers came. Delivery and installation were slightly ahead of the estimated ETA. The installers were courteous and prompt. We will definitely call them again when we decide to install shutters on our remaining windows.

I absolutely love my hurricane shutters from Hurricane Shutter Company. The sales person took time to make sure I purchased the most efficient shutters that also complimented the architecture of my home. The shutters look like they are a frame around the windows and give it so much dimension. I can’t tell you how wonderful they look, plus the color is perfect. I was also pleased with the installers. They were very professional and had great skills at installing a very difficult job. At no extra charge they took my old panel system down, patched and painted the holes. This was very much a well invested experience. I would recommend them highly.

Ive called 3-4 different companies and got a response back from Hurricane Shutter Co and one other in less than 48 hours (the others have yet to call/email me back).Ive been talking to Steve whos a really nice associate that gave me a rough estimate over the phone then came over to give me an official estimate measuring all my windows. He was fast, precise, and was impressed with the quality of the samples he brought and how easy it was to use. He was not a pushy sales guy and gave me time to talk about it with my family which was really nice. He told me what to do for starting the process when Im ready.Im going forward to start getting my window shutters from them, Im excited and cant wait! This is going to be much better than drilling holes in my house with plywood then figuring out where to store them for off-hurricane season. I cant wait :)

Sales person and company are great. He helped my wife and I understand our various options. We are pleased with service and quality of product.

Complete rip off! Came out to fix our shutters and did not fix them. Had to come out again and charges us another $350. Also told us we need to replace all the motors even though they were under warranty (only one year old). They now put a lien on our house even though we paid them for their first bill. Just not their second charge to fix what they didn’t fix. Stay away if you own your own house.

I placed an order for a shutter in April with a estimated installation date of June 2018. With no follow up on their end I finally called and kept getting various excuses. With several calls made again I was told that the shutter had been picked up and the install date would be on a Monday, to no avail. I have called again requesting to speak to the Manager. Do not use this company. Very poor customer service. But of course they have their down payment which is nonrefundable.

Great company and the sales manager was so friendly. Very understanding and helped us figure out what would be most convenient for us.

Installers were prompt, courteous and they did a very neat job. Love the shutter with the remote control.

I placed an order for shutters with this company on 2/21/2018. They promised a deliver (latest) of 4/15/2018. After several calls and emails, the shutters were installed at the end of June, 2018. Two of the shutters were done incorrectly. Finally on 7/11/2018 the job was completed. I would not recommend this Company and if you do use them, make sure they get the job done as promised or get your money back. I placed the order (Mirta Rudolph), not Albert Primelles.
