I make it a habit to stop at Publix whenever I travel. This one didnt disappoint, as usual. Fresh produce, happy friendly staff and great selection for all my needs. Always a Pleasure!

Love this Publix. Lexus in the Deli is always excellent and makes the best subs. Always ask if she’s available to make the subs if she isn’t upfront, you won’t regret it!

My experience i had the other day was absolutely amazing. I had one guy in grocery take the extra mile to help locate me a item there and was happy too. i forgot his name and then when i was checking out a worker named austin helped me get out to my car and was really compassionate towards me. I had a long day that day and it made the world a better place, thankyou so much. I really appreciated the great experience i had.

All Publix supermarkets seem to be the best in my opinion. Clean, fresh food, and friendly helpful staff. This particular Publix was a bit smaller than most that I shop in. It didnt carry some items that Im used to purchasing. It was also very busy but check out went smoothly.

Deli department needs some work. Not sure why it’s so difficult to make subs with the correct toppings when ordered in advance on the app. 50% of the time the subs have issues, no matter how many times we’ve spoken with the store there doesn’t seem to be improvement. Hopefully the new locations that are opening soon don’t have the same problems.

Needs updating. The deli counter is way too small. Always crowded and many times it runs out of prepared foods.Seafood has little selection and high prices. Nice people work there, very helpful.

This store is awful. It’s dark, dirty, unorganized and never well stocked. Hopefully, the new Riverdale location will have better management. Until then, I’ll continue to drive the 25 minutes to the Village Walk location.

I love Publix!!! Everyone says it is more expensive...I disagree!!! I live on a very strict budget and I have never had an issue with not being able to stay within my budget, when shopping at Publix. Their bogos, sales and Publix brand items are awesome!! Their shelves are always stocked (unlike Winn-Dixie), the store is always clean (unlike Winn-Dixie) and each and every employee there is always friendly and willing to help (also unlike Winn-Dixie). I cant say enough good things about Publix... Shopping at Publix is truly a pleasure!!

We really like the cold cuts at this Publix. Nice and close shopping that is convenient as it is on the drive home from work.

Very streamlined Publix that helps you get in and out as fast as you need to. Just like all Publix, great choice of produce and the meat selection for which I was after was very good. I will be back.

I really appreciate the cashier taking half off the cost of one of their BOGOs recently. They only had one and she reminded me that the item was buy one get one and asked if there was another on the shelf. She did this without me even requesting it. Excellent customer service!! Wish some other places could do the same.

Good location and the store is always clean and well-staffed. I recommend getting a sub at the deli. Very good!

Its amazing how clean the store is kept considering its small size and large number of customers. The pharmacist is most helpful when looking for lower cost drugs.

As usual a pleasant experience. People working hard restocking items and very happy to stop what theyre doing to help you find what youre looking for if you cant find it on your own. The only thing I could think of that is negative that old cashiers and Packers do not understand why its so important 2 me as a customer not pack meat with vegetables Etc and how sick it can make you if you do other than that they place then shopping there for years and I highly recommend it.

Publix markets have been my favorite grocery store for over 50 years, they always sell the best brands and are reasonable, wonderful chicken tender! We find their chicken tenders better than any restaurant we have eaten at! They are the only store in this area that sells Jack fruit in the produce department, Love it!

Dont know how they train their employees but the service is exceptional. I am always surprised how each employee knows where all items are located even if they are at opposite sides of the store. Cashier is always personable. Coming from New Jersey this is not what I am use to. Publix motto should Always a pleasant shopping experience, because thats the truth!

Publix has gone it again.With McDonalds and Popeyes trying to recreate Chick fil A famous chicken sandwich.I stop in Publix for lunch and behold the deli is selling their new chicken sandwich.Yes nothing compares to Chick fil A, but this is a close second.Also priced at 2.99 you cant beat that.Two hot pieces of chicken with pickle, mustard, cheese, bacon and mayo.Lovin it 😍😍😍

Staff in the store is nice but the store is just way too busy I’m hoping it won’t be nearly as busy once the store at buckingham and palm beach is open plus the store near the entrance to Babcock ranch.

I was a regular here but never again..I left my electric bill and a lotto ticket in one of your shipping baskets and just like that its gone.. someone stole my lotto tickets and you the management said theres nothing you can do..one of your shopping basket employees or a very nice and honest costumer stole it..and theres nothing you can do..wheres the surveillance cameras..the eye in the sky..maybe you kept it.

Many times they dont have items we prefer due to being a smaller store. Other Publix stores have much better customer service.

I paid $21 for Filet mignon That was complete garbage. mostly gresel underneath the label. I will drive the extra 10 miles to the next public to get something good. Would not recommend shopping Publix at the Verandah shops

While checking out the cashier was ringing up my grapes when he reached in the bag and broke off a grape, I asked what he was doing and then he put the grape back in the bag, just what I want have someone else touch my food. I went to the manager and he acted like it was no big deal. He must have liked the way the grapes looked, or he was hungry, not kool.

I want for their subs. Delicious subs. It beats subway subs. 👍👍.

I absolutely love this location. Super helpful and kind. On more then one occasion,theyve offered to help me load my groceries in my car. And are completely willing to walk me to something Im looking for.

Expensive, but worth it. Except for the bogos. Those r the deals.

I would not recommend this Pubix for your pharmaceutical needs. My husband and I went in to get our influenza vaccine on Thursday October 8th 2020 at 1:30P and were told to come back at 6:30P. We were told there was a 5 hour wait!! This pharmacy does not seem to be managed by a very competent individual. I can understand a wait, but 5 hours?

My mobile service center, Pizza Hut, Beef OBradys, Publix, Walgreens, 7-eleven, are all there.

The WORST pharmacy in Lee County!Always text you that your orders ready and it isnt! Then they have attitude with you each and everytime about their mistake! Not helpfulor pleasant staff at all unlike the actual other stores employees! I enjoy shopping at this store because its close to my house. Cannot wait for the Babcock Publix to be built!
