Told me i had to wear a mask to buy some steaks there. Will never walk in there door again. Have not had to wear a mask in any store for many months now. Was treated rudely

I am giving this review of Corporate not the local store.Yesterday I went there to buy dog treats and steak. I was told I had to wear a mask. I informed them I was vaccinated and offered to show my second shot certificate from Publix. No deal mask or leave. Seriously CDC say no mask, President says no mask, Florida Governor says no mask IF vaccinated!! Is Omaha Steak that slow in decision making? Doesn’t speak well for them

It was my first time and I felt very well taken care of and was excited to be able to take advantage of several promotions!

Probably the worst steak, pork, chicken and burgers I have ever had. All frozen, nothing fresh. Personally will never shop here again. Portions are small, guilty is poor and the taste is just average. The customer service at the store we purchased was the only good thing. Very disappointed...

I attended this steak joint a few weeks back, trying to purchase a hearty meal for my medium sized family. When I arrived I was greeted by a man who stated he did not want to be there. A little disheartening if you ask me. When explaining to him what meals I am purchasing he seemed a little disoriented. When finally telling us he got all our meals we pulled out our safety checklist to make sure we received all we intended to purchase. THEY FORGOT OUR LASAGNA. They intentionally scammed us of our food to try and save a few bucks. Well guess what OMAHA STEAKS? We are in your case and figured out your little tricks try again. However, the apple tarts were pretty good.

We tried to shop at the Fort Myers store. Arrived at 11:55 the other morning, there was a sign in the door that said they’d be back at 12:30!? The web site mentions nothing about closing for lunch!! After going out of our way and finding it closed, I’m done, the Hot Dogs are good, what we were getting, the steaks seem smaller and tasteless, not worth the trip!!! Winn Dixie’s butcher shop has better quality!

My grandmother sent me some Omaha steaks as an early Christmas present. I was ecstatic to find them waiting for me at the door, when I called my grandmother to thank he she told me she ordered 4 steaks and 4 chops. Both of which I only got two. When I called their customer service they where more than happy to send me replacements. Best customer service Ive had in a long time!

The au gratin potatoes do not have cheese in the ingredients. Not only that, they tasted terrible. Is that why they were packaged with the apple tarts?

Terrible quality. I was extremely disappointed. These steaks aren’t half as good as the ones I get at my local Publix grocery store. The filet is very thin, not even close to the pictures they advertise. The pork chops aren’t edible on their own. I chopped them up for a soup. Haven’t tried the burgers I received. The sides look equally disappointing. Not at all worth the cost.

Never had Omaha steaks before so I was excited to try them when my husband got a $50. gift certificate for his birthday. I ordered extra items so our total was over $80, We tried the fillets and sirloins today. First, the pics on the web site are NOT at all what you get. The fillets are 1/2 thick at best and are kind of square shaped. They had strings of grizzle throughout and were difficult to cut and worse to eat. I cut most of it up and mixed it in my dogs food. He loved it and ate every bite. My husband said the sirloins were slightly better but he, too gave his fillet to the dogs. I have not tried the side items yet, but the steaks should have been the best items in the package. I had considered giving these gift packages before for gifts, but now know that I will NOT do that. Glad for the chance to try them, but not happy with the meat... poor quality.

The product is good, but the shipping is a disaster. FedEx is swamped and cannot track the item or give an expected delivery date. If you want to give as a gift—-send the money and let them pick up their food at a store.

Just received two coolers full of thawed meats from Omaha, called and the recording says press 8 so you don;t have to wait and we will call you in 2-3 hours. Huge mistake ordering from them, Stick with Allen Bros, they are expensive but always been excellent

I would usually give five stars, however today I had one of the most unpleasant salesperson ever. She was pushy, seemed as if we were bothering her. I understand you had on a leg brace, but I offered to get my own items. Will call to make sure she is not on duty before I return.😒😒🙏

We love Omaha Steaks. Their corn fed beef is the best. We only go when the items we like are half price, but well worth the money.

Don’t bother trying to use your reward points... the reward items will show up in your shopping cart, but will apparently disappear sometime during checkout, and when you get your package a few days later and call to let them know you are missing items, the customer service rep will ask you in a condescending tone “well, what items do you THINK you are missing?” and then proceed to tell you that they can’t do anything to send you the reward items or replace your now missing points. I’ll be sure to find another company to give my business to.

Im guessing any bad reviews just dont know how to cook a steak. I first tried Omaha Steaks after getting a coupon in one of those packs in the mail. I was extremely pleased with everything in the package. I made the filet mignon for my boyfriend, and all he could say was wow after his first bite. The burgers are wonderful, a little fattier than Id personally like, but flavorful. The site items are pretty typical, but easy to make and go great with the steaks.

Their steaks were poorly cut. They looked fresh on the top then brown on the bottom when you pull them out. It was actually quite disgusting.

Quality is similar to the frozen Schwans truck peddling frozen tv dinner in the ghetto. This used to be a decent company but the steaks are 2nd rate and the sides are no better than frozen food from the grocery store. Plenty of other place to buy meat locally.

Bought a shipment and Wow, quality had gone down. Dont know what happened to this company but the all of the food was very poor quality and terrible tasting. Never again and not interested in any replacement
