One of my favorite Publixes... larger store with wider aisles that allow enough room for shoppers to pass each other or turn around easily. Always well-stocked & organized with a friendly & helpful staff. Great location, easy access no matter which direction youre coming from or going to.

I visit Publixs a lot. Generally 2 to 3 times a day. And not usually the same one either. Im never shocked by the superior customer service I receive or the cleanliness of the store either. This store didnt fall short either. 5 stars all around.

Deli service here is always the best! Especially when you get Fey, Alan, Es or Ana.

The store.is put together differently from others..Takes a few.times to get it. But as always . great staff. Kind, helpful. Wish all my jobs were at Publix!

Ordered a sub from this location today and was beyond impressed! Ed, who works in the deli, who was so super sweet and helpful. Asked if everything was ok with my online order for a sub he had made. My daughter actually called me 10 minutes after I dropped it off to let me know it was the best pub sub she’s ever got, and she gets one at least once a week. She told me to ask if he can make hers from now on. Great work sir!

This publix is pretty much average. Nothing bad or wrong with it. A relatively good experience. Employees were nice and helpful and was in and out within a matter of minutes.

Understaffed for being lunch hour. I dropped my husband at thr front to go in and get sliced roast beef and cheese for a quick lunch. 30 minutes later he still wasnt out of there. He came out and told me only 1 person working the deli to make subs and cut cold cuts and some guy had ordered a bunch of subs so the poorguy working the deli was swamped without adequate help.

Well stocked shelves. Friendly staff. Good parking. Pharmacy staff so helpful.

Great place for dinner! Our server Heather did an excellent job and everything we ordered tasted fabulous! Sat on the deck which was so comfortable, what a great place for dinner, thanks again!

I love shopping there its convenient they always have fresh vegetables, a nice Bakery and a good selection of meat.

Its 1pm in after noon. Went to deli. No chicken tenders, No chicken wings, No Buffalo Wings, and only 1 fried chicken meal! ????? Was going to get other items but why. The main thing I came in for they didnt have. So, I left and went up street to Wal-Mart.

Very friendly...easy to shop..I have my groceries delivered but the pharmacy is really friendly and the liquor store cashiers are really friendly

The store is nice enough. Went to get subs and the person making my sandwich did not follow instructions for very light oil & vinegar which ruined it so I had to throw it away by the time it came to eat it. Also there was way to much mayonnaise. Check out had 2 long lines until a third cashier opened up.

Employees dont care about customers safety. Was knocked down from behind by employees pushing their long cart of items to be shelved because they were talking to other employees and not watching where they were going. No apologies no Im sorry no are you alright

I am Usually totally pleased with Publix Super Markets but, Not Any More. This store needs a update on there snack bar, and the lack of Any place to sit down in the store! We had to take our food out to the Smoking Area, to eat...come on people????I can not even believe how Disgusting the two picnic tables were!I Wont be back to This Store Ever!

This Publix is always clean, Ive never encountered anyone working there that wasnt friendly. Its easy in and easy out. Not a lot of traffic in there early in the morning on weekdays. Wish I lived closer so this could be my regular store.

This smaller format store meets our daily and sudden needs. Front end staff are always friendly and attentive. Meat counter staff is indifferent or grumpy. The Summerlin/ Winkler store is a larger store has greater selection.

I love Publix. All of them! All employees are super kind and helpful all the time. Clean and organized. Yes the prices might be higher then the other super supermarket 😉. Veggies and meat are always fresh

I had an amazing experience tonight at the deli. Brian, one of the employees in the deli, is someone who will remember your name and your order. Having the familiarity is something that is normally lost, but tonight having my name and order remembered, in addition to the amazing sandwich, made my night. Thank you Brian for the awesome sub!

I had to create a google account just to leave a review thats how TERRIBLE my experience always is . I literally use this Publix often, as my home and work are literally 5 mins away. The DELI here is the absolute worst out of all the Publix stores Ive ever been to . They never have anything ready food wise and instead of giving customer options to at least wait until the food of their choice is ready the choice is.... its to early right now, we are not serving that until later . This by far is the only Publix with this policy !! Susie In the deli should also work on her customer service skills like yesterday if she doesnt like her job we can all pitch in to help her find A NEW ONE !

Excellent store, associates friendly

Due to my health oh, I do not do the shopping but rare! I decided I wanted to go and pick up some things myself and with the exception of the normal non-compliant customers that thing theyre exempt from Rules it was quite Pleasant. Fruits and vegetables for good. Found everything I was looking for. One of the better Publix in this area. My normal I wont go to anymore or any of them.

Very clean and organized for shopping

I was the type of person that would always get a plain vanilla cake with buttercream. I went out of my comfort zone and got a chocolate and vanilla swirl cake with a filling of fresh cut strawberries and chocolate. My guests were in love with the theme but when they tried the cake they were more in love. I definitely recommend the cakes at Publix to any one that is looking for a nice cake with a good flavor and texture.

Prices at register often do not reflect price on shelf, especially BOGO. And staff expects YOU to prove it 8 out of 10 times. Why shop at a store where you are doing all the quality control checking for them, for FREE? That is a service problem. Today’s justification? “Old tags were left up and new sales were not added to register” — on 4 separate items questioned. Savings of $20 almost lost.

Tried Publix pharmacy for the first time and it will probably be the last. They didnt have my medications so I have to go back tomorrow. Not interested in making more trips especially when the doctor sent it in while I was sitting in front of him. I had half an hour drive home, had coffee and did my food shopping. Guess Im going to look for another pharmacy.

I have mentioned to the manager multiple times that they need to open more then 2 lanes for check out! I have seen if it has changed over months and nothing, so here I am leaving a review about it. I had to use the self checkout today and it was a nightmare. Not only am I over paying but now I have to scan my own items! Might as well go to the gross Walmart. Costumer Service has gone down over the last 6 months.

Clean, organized and there is a beer and alcohol aisle dedicated to itselfWhoever knew? I didnt.

Publix is the best shopping experience bar none. I would rate them a billion stars if I could. Sometimes, I just slowly meander up and down aisles I usually dont shop in, just to browse. I always find a new interesting product to try. Publix really carries everything. They have fabulous sales, and the best produce around. PLUS, they put it in your car for you...with a smile. What else could you ask for?

Ran in 3 hrs before Chanukah dinner to purchase a brisket and butcher was nice enough to cut one to size for me.

Publix at University Crossings is fantastic. Clean. Friendly. Where it is always a pleasure to shop !

Shopped Publix the past 7 years up till last week. I am a disabled American & was denied the use of my SNAP food card due to some new company policy according to the store manager. I was clearly discriminated against. This location is literally across the street & quite convenient. However, Ill be doing all my business with the next closest store. Aldis.

The buggys are charged ready to go thats pleasent as for myself I need one with bad back and leg we cant make it thru a store with out it... Cashiers were fabulous and quick..
