Initially I walked away from the lot. I didnt have a good reason, so I went back. I didnt ask the right questions initially and thought I would not buy from this establishment. I went back just about 10 minutes later. Im glad I did. The owner was kind and friendly, genuine and sincere. I felt very comfortable with my decision to return. I looked around, chose a vehicle, talked out a deal and after 3 days, I brought home my newest car just today. Im very satisfied and Ivan made my experience a joy. The last time I purchased a vehicle was from Grant Motors. I can tell you I was very dissatisfied with their service and their integrity left much to be desired. Im happy I returned to C & I Quality Cars. This is the newest vehicle Ive ever owned.
