You sold a warranty to my sister that she can’t use on a lemon of a vehicle. The vehicle a Nissan Pathfinder that she has had for under a month and it has a bad engine and transmission. When trying to go thru her warranty they stated it was a preexisting condition. Would i be correct in assuming you will rectify this situation before the law is involved? Or do you routinely sell bad vehicles to hard working families?

They are crooks if you want proof i have it do not buy a car from them They will have you tell finance company you have the car in your possesion and then if you have a problem they will tresspass you. I was promised a seat motor it is dealer item only unless you buy the whole seat at a junk yard but they will not order one from dealer Rick the manager keeps telling me i can not find one the truck i bought they put a new motor in it and it is blown up already and if i go there fernando says he will have me tresspassed

Beware of this dealership. They do not come through with their promises. They will lie like you can’t imagine. They believe that I’m just another one of their victims that will go away without a fight.Sold me a truck with issues and promised they would repair it. Well they took it to their mechanic who had it for 2 weeks and repairs were not done properly. Mechanic himself suggested I contact an attorney.They rigged it out to get it running. So far I am $2300 in repair costs and still have another $2700 to go.Max Drive just a heads up, attorney general and my attorney will be contacting you soon.

Just wanted to leave this review, so that I can share my wonderful experience that I had with anyone looking for a vehicle. I first went to Grant Motors, and had a awful experience. They told me I needed $5000 down on a $10,000 car. I went and saw Brent and Katie at Max Drive Auto Sales. I was feeling defeated and not thinking I was going to be able to get a vehicle based on what Grant Motors told me. Brent promised me that he could do things other dealerships could not. Less than an hour later I walked out of there with a 2012 Nissan Murano with only a $1000 Down. THIS REVIEW IS FOR SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN SALES FOR THIS COMPANY, NOT THE COMPANY ITSELF. My wife and I purchased a van from Brent Kinney at Dependable Preowned Cars where he sold us an additional warranty from a third party. When we decided to cancel it April 15th 2020, due to it being more work than worth, we were well within our cancelation window. Integrity has confirmed that they sent our refund to Brent Kinney and that he cashed the check on August 4, 2020. So, he pocketed the money for himself! He owes us $515 dollars and he knows it because he dodges calls and texts. (He paid $150 of it last month-April 2021 after I called him using an alternate phone # other than my wifes, but is MIA...again). If you desire peace of mind when buying a used car that can be relied upon Id suggest you go elsewhere other than somebody that holds no ethics to do your business with. Good luck but my advice would be to stay well away from him and anybody that employs him.

The deal did not go through, I have been waiting 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten any replies or my deposit back. They say I will look into it and call you back . Still no call back . This is my experience with them, yours maybe different, but I don’t recommend them

I traveled 1 hr. to get to this dealership. So let me list the issues I saw immediatelydead battery, no radiator coolant, power steering fluid down, ABS lights on, oil light on service steering system message, inside bell would not shut off, A.C. lines were not just leaking but had a stream or water flowing out of them and the best part was when a salesman looked at me and said it was normal that all of the lights and the bell were on after reconnecting a battery. Run from this pace!
