Of GameStops Ive been to the layout and spacing of this store is the best by far. Every gamestop is nearly the same offering basically the same things but this store is more of a store than a hole in the wall.

Funny thing about this place you dont have what you looking for you always wanted to get in something I went there for an Xbox 360 controller I wind up leaving with two amiibos and 3 collectible figurines

Ive gone to this store on multiple occasions before and after this corona issue and have always found the place clean and well organized despite its small size. Although it wouldve been helpful ahead of time to have been aware that they are not accepting cash payments currently to be more careful due to the corona.

Was told that the ps5 will be in stock on Friday but other locations are telling me on Wednesday I’m not sure which one to trust right now especially with the high demand for the console

I have been here twice now, and both times the staff was rude and had an air of arrogance towards us. They did not ask if we needed assistance until we prompted conversation, and upon trying to talk about games they seemed disinterested. During the pandemic I had a fully paid off game pre-ordered that was released, and I never received a call they reopened. I checked online and saw they were so we went by, and they had sold my pre-order. They ordered me a new one and are sending it to me, but I worked for GameStop for 3 years and store policy requires reaching out. Especially for games that are completely paid off. Very unimpressed, and will drive the extra two minutes to go to a different store. They have better reviews.

This is a great store and I understand upselling in retail but sometimes I know what Im there for and dont want to deal with that mess. If I dont seem receptive to a first attempt, dont keep pushing. Im a regular so it should be known by now too. Otherwise the store is clean with a great variety and they always have everything ready for me when I come in.

This perticular gamestop is very organized, if they don not have it they will try to find where its at. Great selection! Very clean store and well displayed items. Go check it out Nd let me know what you think. 😁

Very nice experience. We went to pick up a game for our son and they did not have it in stock but the gentleman at the desk helped us order it and for it to come into the store at a later date. Very nice. So nice. My son is very excitef about getting his new game and we are impressed with the service at this video game store. Plus the area, gulf coast town center, is also very pleasant and contains lots of other stores so after we left there we went to coldstone and got some ice cream!! Very delicious. Ha ha.

Absolutely love this team. Ive been a member at gamestop since 2012, and visited numerous stores in that time. I have to say that this team and store are the best to me. I feel like family every time I go in.

Very unprofessional staff, with the exception of the manager. Kid I dealt with was Very disrespectful, and I had to remind myself that i am no longer in the Marine corps, and have to tolerate insolence at a higher level. During a trade in, the aforementioned individual requested that I log in to my Microsoft account, while watching me enter username and password. When I asked the manager about this privacy breach, she stated that they have a store account (that was not used). Took no longer than 15 minutes before arriving at home and receiving notifications of unauthorized log ins at unfamiliar locations. Will never shop at gamestop again.

Just had the worse GameStop experience ever. Big fan of the franchise, pro member and all. Called because I was looking for a certain gift for my wife of which I only had the name. The rep I talked to was awesome and was able to put the item on hold for me. Arrived to a chaotic mess of a store. Very unorganized, and after spending just a few seconds in the doorway I realized I didnt want to shop around but just get my item and leave. If only that easy. I went over to the counter and was politely told the line started just a few feet away. Went to the designated spot and stood for my turn. Then I got to watch as the only rep available (the only other rep was helping customers with what looked like a large purchase and was very occupied) started to take customers off to the side of the counter, where I had just been standing! After the third occurrence I interrupted and let the rep know I had been standing literally on a sign that says line starts here the rep then took me with no apology or recognition of how I had been clearly standing feet away in line for the last 15 minutes. I then let the rep know that I had called to place an item on hold and the name of which it was under. This seemed to confuse the rep because he repeatedly asked what item is that and what does it look like? Obviously not knowing his own inventory. The item had been placed feet behind him with a note that had my name written on it. So after solving that mystery the rep then tried to check me out but was unable to locate a barcode so he does (I guess) the next logical thing and does a search on his computer for the item. Of course he selects the wrong one and I see a price more than triple what I was told on the phone. I mention this to him and he then laughs and says oh it must be this one then. Somehow clearly not seeing how I did not think it was funny that I almost paid triple of what I was supposed to. Left the store almost forgetting to get the receipt because I just needed to leave this place GameStop for what I hope will be the final time I must go there. Yep, sticking to the Market Square location from now on!

This is the only gamestop I ever go to. Ever since I was a freshman in high school, from my first xbox 360 to my current game consoles. The employees there have always been friendly and easy to talk too. They dont mind conversating and answering questions about anything game related. The midnight release parties used to be so much fun. Wish they would do more of them.

Who still shops at Gamestop? All they do is scam customers, especially when trading in games. You are better off purchasing online. Surprised they havent gone out of business yet.

(Uses & new), but.....we have, on more than 1 visit questioned if the game we purchased at a NEW price was not in fact a USED game instead. (After we got it home & opened it)Just a heads up...they often contradict with the other Gamestops on things. (When theu should NOT)

Went in today with my son in search of a remote for his xbox one. We approached an associate (a redhead guy) at the counter who was very rude and barely looked up from what he was doing to answer questions for us. Fortunately there was another associate who asked us if we had questions and offered to assist us. He pretty muched came in at the right time because i was very close to setting the first guy straight after how he addressed my son who was trying to buy something from there. I dont think i will be going here again. Very disappointed in the customer service here. The only reason i didnt do one star was because of the second guy.
