Horrible experience. Ordered a cake a week in advance, requested a cookie cake with a Xbox controller and was told no problem, employee on the phone actually sounded excited about it. Called the day of pick up to make sure all was good and was told by the employee they had been trying to call me at a phone number that wasn’t even close to mine. She told me she had no idea how to decorate what I had requested and that she would call a manager and call me back. No response after an hour so I called back and was told the girl I had spoken to was “on break” and she would call me back. Never called back. I even suggested that they just write a message on the cake and eliminate the controller. Called Publix bakery and they accommodated me and were extremely helpful. Will NEVER order from Great American Cookie again! Almost ruined my child’s birthday!

It was the best but.. it was very soft and fell into pieces but that was ok🙂

3:45 on a BUSY mall afternoon...How do you have NO cookies available.Very poor management. Its a WEEKEND. Manager and workers should have made SURE cookies were ready and people wouldnt have to wait 15-20 minutes... that is very inconvenient when you are done shopping and you are ready to leave the mall

The words customer service dont exist in this shop. An absolutely awful woman by the name of Miti (thats what the receipt said, she refused to give her name) tried to give my wife a custom cookie cake that had please use written on it!? Let me explain..... My wife ordered a cake online for a baby shower. The picture online showed the cake in pink, so she wrote in the instructions box Please use blue instead of pink, its a boy. The cake that was presented was all pink and said Please Use. THOSE WERE THE ONLY WORDS ON THE CAKE. We wont even get started on the rest of the cake design. I can understand mistakes, but this is ridiculous! Miti refused to help correct anything, and after being refused the chance to speak to a manager, my wife struggled to get a refund and left the mall. I may be venting a little bit here, but the lack of customer service was so substantial at this location that people need to know. You were warned.

They dont offer a different price if you order more than 1 cookie so if you order 3 cookies its around 10.00 if you order 6 cookies its close to 20.00 and if you order a dozen cookies you pay close to 40.00 too much money
