I ordered a cake on a Monday from Xoxo Cakes for my fathers birthday on Wednesday. They did a great job with the concept I gave them and my dad said it was the best birthday cake hed ever had. It was also incredibly beautiful and worth the price. And since I dont live nearby, I really appreciated the delivery option. Great job, Xoxo Cakes!!

So my brother and sister in law tried to order a cake from this business for thier wedding day. After multiple emails back and forth with the company about what they wanted and unanswered calls from the business, they were left without a wedding cake. The customer service was terrible to say the least. Would not recommend at all. Stay away.

Such delicious and beautiful cakes! Everybody at my cake reveal was in love with the cake! They have many flavors to choose from, you can schedule a consultation or check them out at the cake shop. I asked for a design that went with the theme of my reveal and the designer did an even better job than what I had in mind! It is a family business, so you can tell they really care and put in a lot of work into each cake. So glad they are still open during Covid times, I will definitely be getting all my special occasion cakes here from now on.

Horrible experience. The communication between the designer and her employees is awful and she never answers her phone or is ever around for any questions or cake tastings. I really don’t recommend this place for something so important as your wedding day. The bride and groom live out of town so I was in charge of doing the cake tasting for them as their maid of honor. I had deposited everything and chosen everything on the first week of November and the bride and groom flew in unexpectedly the second week of November. I asked them if they could come in and do a tasting in case they wanted to make changes. They did end up wanting to make changes and the designer (which never showed up for any of the tastings) called me after super upset and yelling at me that she couldn’t make changes and that we needed to make our minds when the cake is due for the 22 of January. She was very rude and disrespectful. We were also told that the delivery and flavors were included in the final price (that they did lower for us) but she threw in our faces that we were lucky that she was giving us the delivery for free, when we were told by her assistant that it was included! Very unprofessional....

Such an awful experience. The designer of the cakes forgot that we are clients and don’t appreciate the clientele at all. So rude and disrespectful. So many people deserve work and clients, don’t waist your time here.

Xoxo Cakes made our daughters first birthday cake- Our Little Sunshine theme- and it absolutely blew our mind!!! Xoxo took it to the next level! The decoration was so detailed and precise...she handmade a beautiful sun in 3D, as well as the flowers and the borders. It exceeded my expectations by far!!! You would not regret it! This place was not good for me and my fiance. We went here today for a cake tasting and everything was bad. The cakes tasted old and were just dry. This seems like a place to get birthday cakes instead of wedding cakes. We just left because he left us for 15 minutes for a quote on a very very simple cake order. There wasnt much professionalism and I wouldnt advise anyone to go here. At least for a wedding cake

The designer is very rude and unprofessional. She was verbally awful when I tried making a change to a wedding cake 2 months before it’s due date. The communication is awful especially because you go through her employees only. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had my gender reveal cake made here and it turned out amazing! It was half passion fruit and half chocolate and both flavors were very delicious (although if I had to pick one I would pick passion fruit). I recommend you give thema try, they have many flavors to chose from and they do all kinds of cakes, you can check out at their restaurant or on their website. I plan on getting a ballerina cake for my daughters first birthday, I can’t wait to see how it turns out!

Absolutely wonderful cake! They made my daughters Sweet 16 cake with Pina Colada flavoring. We couldnt have asked for a better cake! The cake was made exactly the way we asked. No hesitation, will use them again.

I highly recommend XoXo Cake Creations without hesitation! They made an incredible cake for my mother’s surprise 75th birthday. My mother travels around the world so we went with a “travel theme”. They captured it perfectly and matched the cake to our decorations. Not only was it a beautiful cake, but it was absolutely delicious (chocolate-raspberry). It was one of the moistest cakes I’ve ever had. It was the talk of the party by all of our guests and my mother loved it! I will definitely be using them again! Thank you XoXo!
