This is my favorite Bath and Body Works in the area! They always have what I’m shopping for, when the other stores are out! And the customer service is exceptional! Kathy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I got! She even pointed out to me some products she thought I might like, and she was right! I went shopping for car fresheners and left with a bag full of beautiful scented lotions and sprays! All on an amazing sale!!

The customer service at this location is amazing! I was looking for a candle that wasn’t displayed (other than the sample) and the sales woman took the time to go into the back and search for me without hesitation. Every time I have been there, the staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful.

My friend and I got a scent that wasnt supposed to come out until the next day and we are so happy pur associate let us smell it before hand! I wish I could remember her name. We love this store. They always go above and beyond to help our their customers!

Whats to say!!!! Bath and body works folks! However they do have an excellent staff.. always there to help and make it an excellent experience . Thank you. I live for the hand soap sales!!

My husband needed some cologne. So he liked the Bourbon Cologne. The lady working did a good job on sales and we purchased a Beach Cologne and lotion for a present.

Didnt have soap with sponge attached. Settled for stress relief body wash instead. Store in Sanibel outlet is neat and clean.
