Love this Walgreens. Very helpful workers. Love getting my prescriptions from this local store. They keep this store very clean.

So rude!! I feel sorry for the woman who is answering the phone here…to be that miserable to people who are just trying to get their prescription. Sad.

On Feb 12, 2019 the evening crew were excellent in serving me, bringing me an item from the storeroom that was missing from the shelves. Perfect customer service.

My doctor sent the prescription to Walgreens on palm beach blvd they sent me a text message stating that my prescription was ready went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready so I asked if they could fill it they stated it would be ready in a hour so I went back the next day and it wasn’t ready so they stated it would be ready for the next day and I arrive at Walgreens and the clerk charged me for a 3 month supply and only hands me One pen of insulin instead of my 3 months supply this is unsettling it make me feel like Walgreens and their rude employees including the pharmacist he is rude has heck doesn’t really care about their customers health or good customer service and are only there for their paychecksIf I could use a negative star it probably be -3

No free blood pressure machine like most pharmacies. Staff is usually friendly and store is kept clean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The store manager is unprofessional to the fullest of the extent. The pharmacy manager is even worse. Worst level of customer service Ive seen thus far in fort myers. Stay away from this place. They even disrespected my disabled child. I want everyone to know how horrible these people are!

I have been trying to speak to someone from the Pharmacy for 4 days now. After waiting for 15 minutes on average, sounds like someone picks up the phone and then hangs it up. Maybe Walgreens needs to hire more staff or train them on how to use technology.

How can a nation wide chain have its computer system down so you can’t pick up prescriptions? Been waiting over 5 hours. This is no way to do business

But...Dislike policy...came in to have prescription filled (three eyedrops) and was told thete were over 35 ahead of me. Call ins. No one waiting. We have to drive over 20 miles or wait two hours. I foubt if my job would have taken too much longer than the time it took her to explain.

Very bad management and customer service. I prefer CVS.

Worst experience ever. The employee named Jacinto is so rude and condescending. He should not be working with the public.
