I went in there and told them I wanted eyebrow threading. They told me to sit down and someone came In after and got served before me, I asked them how come she went first and they had no explanation. Overall I wouldn’t recommend, spend your money on some place with better customer service.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a few years now. It can get busy... but it’s worth the wait. $10 to get my eyebrows threaded per month, with a $5 tip. The ladies in the shop are sweet, and do an impeccable job. I won’t let no one else touch my brows.

So sad. This used to be an awesome place. Now, the women who used to be there are gone and the new girls couldnt care less about their job or customers. My experience today, really solidified me finding a new place to go. The girl before me was unhappy with her brows and hot an attitude when asked to correct. And then Suddenly, my jaw/chin is considered my sideburn area...not my chin and costs more. They used to ask for my phone number and give a discount every few visits. Now, I have to ask for her to enter my number...and then I watched a promo offer pop up on the screen for my discounted visit and she skipped it. When I asked she said her boss doesnt allow it. I do not post reviews normally, but find a new place...not worth it anymore

In search of a new eye brow place. The older ladies that used to work here were amazing but they are gone. I gave the new girl two chances and not only did she mess up my eye brows both times but she was really rude. The entire time she was doing my eye brows she had her head phones in and was talking on the phone in my face. I’ve been going to this place for 3 years. So sad.

I had came here for a full leg waxed and when i was getting waxed she didnt get all the hairs and she kept saying that the hairs were too thick and that they wouldnt go away. And made us pay for 1 leg but only did the front (only got 1 leg done because she made it hurt too much because she wasnt pulling right.) So I went to another salon to get waxed and they took all the hairs away.

First visit - not a long wait. Perfect results...very pleased.

Lousy work. Just in 5 minutes the Indian girl told me she has done my eyebrow. When I looked at mirror my eyelids still have lots of tiny hairs. I pointed out and she impatiently redid it.There are at least 3 or 4 stores doing the same business inside Edison Mall so avoid this one.

Been coming here for a year + last 3 times my eyebrows were like distant cousins. I let both girls try and redeem themselves, Went today after a month( I get mine done once a month or 2 months) and I told her to keep them THICK and she made them thinner than theyve been in years I’m done with this place.

Time to find a new eyebrow place! The older ladies are no longer there and the girl who did my eyebrows today messed up my eyebrows! Would no longer recommend this place!

I called there to ask a couple questions about appointments and pricing, but the woman that answered today was incredibly rude!!! Instead I went to Lisa at the other threading place in the mall and she was great! Very kind and she did a great job. I will never again consider giving Brow Boutique my business. If someone is that rude, they cant be trusted making changes to someones face.

Despite reading the previous reviews I still tried this place out. I’ve been letting my brows get kind of out of control so they could be reshaped. The girl in the shop literally said three sentences to me.. have a seat hold your brows with two hands and now other one she was on the phone the entire time speaking a different language and got frustrated with me when I didn’t respond to her about holding my first brow bc I didn’t even know she was talking to me. She worked on my brows for about five minutes. No reshaping left stragglers. They probably looked better before I went in then they do now. She asked for my phone number which she repeated back to me as I said it.. while she was on the phone. I did not appreciate that at all. Gave her a five dollar tip and she didn’t even say thank you. It was like I was inconvenient for her. Read the reviews and please don’t go to this place. There’s a reason why miracle brow across the mall was so busy and there were no other customers other then me here
