So I would give them 5 stars in salon because of end result. I went to salon for hair cut after 2 attempted try’s I asked the lady cutting my hair not to try again because nothing like a short stacked bob I asked for. I started crying and the manager stepped in she also got a different stylist to do my hair and did exactly what I wanted. Although it didn’t start great they deserve 5 stars because the made sure to make things right with me. Big shout out to Tiffany Ulrich for fixing my hair and doing a great job

If you need a new hair stylist then Valerie is the one for you! She listens to exactly what you want and will make magic happen before your very eyes. She gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life and I am so so so happy!!! Thank you Valerie for making my hair dreams come true! Go see her at the Ulta at six mile cypress!

Forgot to share my experience until now, but the benefit lady Hallie is AMAZING!!!!She did my brows on Friday and i have gotten so many compliments because they look so great. She is very knowledgeable in products too she helped me find the best hair straightener and a spray to protect my hair from damage.GET YOUR BROWS DONE HERE AND ASK FOR HALLIE SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!

Staff is always so friendly and helpful love this place. Jennifer recommended me try the urban decay new cyber pallette since they were out of the sour patch kids one. Its more money but well worth worth try. Did my eyes when I got home since today is my 40th birthday 🎂

What an amazing experience. I had Valerie cut my daughter and sons hair. She did an amazing job on both. Their hair has never been this nice. She is very personable and professional. A real pleasure to be around. She did what we asked and made suggestions on what can be done to make their hair be it’s best. The store is clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend Valerie if you are looking for great haircut done by a true professional. She has gained clients for life!

My all time favorite store when it comes down to my Makeup. Always receive excellent customer service and I tell ya, every time I enter this store I end up spending more than what I mentally prepared myself for 😝 HIGHLY recommend. The only thing that I would say is that every time I spend over 100 dollars or any money at all I never receive any complimentary products for spending a certain amount like Sephora offers to their clients. I literally spent four hundred dollars at ulta and never received anything with my purchase. Which I think is weird because if I were to shop online, I would definitely have some complimentary products with my purchase.

My daughter saw Tiffany U. for her hair, got a beautiful shade of “Orchid”. This place is a hidden gem in Fort Myers. If you need hair color I would highly recommend it. Other staff were friendly and welcoming too!

Best Ulta location to shop! Juan was super sweet cashing me out and explained the loyalty program so well. The store was clean and everyone overall was super nice.

Went shopping today with my sisters and my mom and the staff was so friendly and very helpful. Tara is a manager there and she was super nice. She listened to us as we talked and made helpful suggestions!! Donae also helped me to best match my foundation even with the world being crazy. She informed me that if it didn’t work well I could come back and could get a refund or exchange. Thank you Ulta for another great experience.

Not as big as the Ulta out south but the customer service here is phenomenal.

The staff is wonderful especially Cleo she was super sweet and helpful and made my mom feel so special, answered all our questions and made us feel truly welcomed. We will definitely make this out go to últa. ❤️❤️❤️

Got my hair colored and cut. The lady that did it was a very nice lady, my hair did trun out good, not the color I really asked for but still turned out nicely! Unfortunately timly is not the agenda. They say online it will take 2 to 3 hours ended up being there for 5 hours.

I Went to ulta on is grand openings weekend which was very busy. I had my step daughter with me and asked if they could fit her in for a haircut. My step daughter hates getting hair cuts and has mini panic attacks. Thankfully she had her hair done by Valerie (hopefully spelled her name correctly) who is the salon manager. She was amazing!! My stepdaughter loved her hair cut so much she was bouncy. I recommend going here for all your hair needs.
