The fruit was all ripe that in the second day we need to discard. Terrible when I spend $75 dollars. I called the store and they told me that the manager was going to call me and he didn’t call me back. I ordered in the past and the fruit was great. I just want to be reimbursed for what spent. This gift was for my mom which is 85 years old and she was not able to enjoy.

Randy Fritz is a rockstar!! She was my account manger at Chase bank, and I cannot speak highly enough about all the care and consideration she puts into every single customer she deals with. She’s an absolute asset to this business, and you guys are truly blessed with an amazing associate. Rose also helped me and she was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful to make my experience an absolute pleasure.

Yesterday which was mothers day I received a order in which I purchased for someone and was very disappointed when receiving it all of the fruit was shifted all over the box, the mothers day symbols was not on any of the fruit as in description when I placed order and a cookie appeared to be bitten off of,I called store there was no manager on duty they gave me a email which I wrote down and repeated to make sure it was correct AND it wasnt correct when I tried to email the manager..I called store back 5x and no one decides to answer..Ive ordered numerous times from this location and never had this problem before. Also tried calling again this mrn twice

I placed an order on a Thursday night to have something delivered to my work place on Friday before lunch for a co-worker, noting what time we closed. It was her last day of work and I wanted to make it special for her. I followed the information on the tracker E.A. provided and it said around 10AM that her order was out for delivery--however, it never made it to the office. When I called E.A. they reported that their system was down, and even though their tracker was updated to say the order was received/being prepared/out for delivery, they had in fact JUST received the order when I called. They then promised to make it up to me by delivering something to my work place that next Monday. They ended up transferring the arrangement to a sister store, who was closer to my co-workers home, that sister store then called me in panic thinking the order needed to be delivered to our work place by 12, even though it was a few hours later at that point. Zero communication on the part of this local store AND it was never made right. Definitely will not be ordering from there again.

Im giving it a 5 star because of the great service. My nephew was in the ICU, I ordered from NJ to be delivered to the childrens hospital in FL. The fruit bouquet arrived with the balloon in a very timely manner the same day, that service was great. However, the 6 count box of pineapple cake and strawberry never arrived. The service lady was very kind to schedule a second delivery the next day as courtesy, and I confirmed my nephew received it. Thank you for correcting the error in a professional and quick manner. After surgery and recovery, this really brought a smile to his face.

We ordered an arrangement for my Mom for her birthday. I was a little nervous as we are in Michigan and she is in Ft. Myers. When she received the arrangement, she took a picture and sent it to us. I was so excited as it looked exactly like the picture, and maybe even a little larger. And they delivered on Sunday, which was her actual birthday. I would not hesitate to order again! Thank-you for a great arrangement that made my Mom’s day!

Happy with the arrangement fruit was good. tried calling the place and the phone just rang so I called back and got the same response. maybe they were having phone issues. went there to pick up the arrangement and was waited on quickly the arrangement was ready. would buy again.

Ordered a gift for my dad’s birthday to be delivered to his nursing home. Gift arrived right on time. Quality of fruit / chocolate was outstanding. Very pleased with the service and the product.

My mother in law asked me to call to make an order because when she called they had no one to speak Spanish and she heard someone say that they need to learn English. I told my mom that i wouldnt even bother of thats how they view society. We have ordered from there before and in Spanish, i think we had got a few from a lovely young lady from New York (Liz maybe or Lisa cannot remember)she helped out my mom right away. Needless to say i wont be getting anything from them. And come to find out they are individually owned! And they own multiple locations. Its a shame how people treat others.

Delivery experience a disaster. Ordered for my mom for mothers day only deluvery day available was thurs before. Not happy but I took it. They showed up asked my mom if she was so snd so they said oh this is wrong ill be right back. That was over 3 hours ago and the surprise was ruined. I called. They said it was missing something. They did not care. Said Im sorry. Hopefully its delicious once it arrives

I ordered an arrangement for my family and my dads birthday while they were in Florida and it was NOT the Edible Arrangements standards that I know. I work for an Edible Arrangements and know well enough that the arrangement my family received was made the day prior! The chocolate was globby and just looked horrible, and the cantaloupe was showing its signs of aging. Extremely disappointed to know that this store believes this is Edibles standards. I will definitely not be ordering from them again!
