Ice cream was good and creamy, love the variety of different toppings and flavors, and the big worker there was very helpful and considerate. Very clean too. Will definitely be coming back.

It was okay though it could have been a little better. Some of the toppings were not so fresh my marshmallows were crunchy like they were freeze dried and one of the flavors I had (no way to get samples) not really sure it might have supposed to have been coconut but it was more that sour tasye like real yogurt might have. I had to ask for a lid and no napkins were offered either and only spoons were available for self serve where you weigh and pay. Not sure this is a type of place that should allow people to serve themselves in the manner they did during these times. No one was sanitizing the machines or common areas in between customers. Sorry but I feel they could do better than they did during my visit.

Terrible! Less than 10 flavors available and the two I sampled were grainy, not smooth. A little boy walking around putting his hands in the candy, seemed dirty in there. Why does a frozen yogurt shop sell nachos?! If I was the owner Id be embarrassed. Horrible. Will never go back.

So the smoothie itself was decent. But the person who makes them has to walk around the counter and grab the frozen yogurt from the place where customers are and had to wait while some customers were making their selections. I didn’t mind waiting but while waiting a group of kids came in without parents and the kids started reaching into the bins of toppings with bare hands, licking their hands and going for seconds. The person behind the counter was told about this when I grabbed my order and I stood around for about 10mins and nothing was done. I do understand that he did not have a lot of power in that situation nor were the children his responsibility, but 2 more customers came in after I left and still the bins of toppings were out. Unchanged, uncovered, and completely unacceptable. I pass on this particular orange leaf.

Went there today for the first time and it was very disgusting! I NEVER do reviews, but this place look so unclean from the lobby to the bathroom. Half the machines were broken and then they have some other mexican ice cream business inside that is was very unprofessional. This place was complete trash! Btw, no paper in the sick looking bathroom.

I’m my personal opinion this location is a far cry from other frozen yogurt shops, including ones inside gas stations. Starting from the lackadaisical employee to the lack of overall cleanliness. I watch a family of little children reach into the candy topping bar and just grab the toppings, then finally 1 used a spoon…but she put it in her mouth and then right back into the toppings. I told the clerk and I got a “thanks for letting me know” and he did nothing about it. Such a shame.

My $10 frozen yogurt bowl had a awful sour taste. Like spoiled milk Almost. Last time I went there I had the same issue. Thought I tried a bad flavor but they obviously arent doing something right consistentlyYour better off going to race track or 5 guys for a milk shake

Orange Leaf frozen yogurt made it very difficult to use the Groupons that we purchased. First off, they absolutely would not accept a printed copy of the groupon. They insisted that you had to have it on your phone and show it to them. They werent exactly rude but they certainly were not accommodating. I purchased these Groupons as gifts to give to my guests when they came to visit. As it turns out because they didnt have the Groupon app or my account information they were not allowed to use the printed copies. I was able to use one certificate myself, (from my phone). The product was not exceptional, and certainly is not worth what theyre asking for at full price. Using a Groupon would have brought the price point down to where it should be for the quality of the product. Two of the 3 Groupons that I purchased, expired because of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurts unfriendly policy. I will only go back to use the cash value of the Groupons that expired but after that I will never return to the store nor would I recommend it. There are too many superb ice cream and frozen yogurt shops in the area to deal with the attitude of this establishment.

First time trying the Açaí Bowl here. I never had a bowl made with can fruit🤢. I had the tropical bowl and when I looked at the person prepping it, I couldn’t believe it, can pineapple, slices of can peach, fake coconut I was dumbfounded. Been eating açaí and pitaya bowls for 11 years never, ever, ever had such disgusting bowl. Please do better fruit is to be fresh and cut in small chunks. I pay $8.75 + tax. I would never return or recommend.

The place was better years before.we have been recently because we liked the place. but the frozen yogurt was very watery and had a bad aftertaste. nobody checked on the machines properly and some have not been running. so the kid needed to restart those .the place was also not clean.

The flavors were gross. I had marshmallow, strawberry shortcake. They both had a bad aftertaste. The marshmallow came out all watery. It was not a good look.I wanted to try their cookies and cream but their machine was broken.

We drove here because we wanted some frozen yogurt after dinner. Online it said they closed at 10, when we got there at 8:30 the sign on the door said closes at 9. But they were closed already. I was very disappointed.

Great selection and we loved the kids cup special. Great for the summer heat.

Good smoothies

Nice self serve frozen yogurt place. Good selection of flavors (including some unusual ones) and add ons like sprinkles, fruits, candies, syrups, etc. Can use cups and also waffle cones for added cost. Also do smoothies. Kid friendly. Have a kids cup special. Have outdoor seating. Pay primarily based on weight and can be bit pricey. Had good time with grand kids. Would recommend.

$17 for two cups of froyo..when after walking in and seeing no employee for the first five minutes and trying to find sample cups to choose what flavor we wanted just to be told that “sorry we don’t do those anymore.” Then didn’t see the employee again until we paid, just awful customer service. If froyo is that expensive the least the store could provide is sample cups or an option so the consumer knows what they are getting. That just blew my mind.

Good selection of flavors. Toppings are in sufficient supply, which is always nice. Fresh fruit is sometimes a little to cold, possible thawing? Atmosphere is relaxing but still gives off an energetic vibe. The hand written signs adjacent to a few of the machines are a nice personal touch (sarcasm). Ultimately a good experience, but the worst part is the over-pricing if the yogurt. It has good flavor, but not at $0.62/ounce. Thats roughly 20-25% update compared to nearby frozen yogurt venues. Do yourself a favor and save money elsewhere for a nearly identical product.

This place have decent flavors. Really nice environment. The machines could be cleaned more often. Every time I come in, the employees are either on their phone having personal conversations or entertaining a friend/family member. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

We have been to Orange Leaf many times. The yogurt is good. But, the place is dirty, the young gentleman employee is clueless, they havent had lids that fit for about 2 years now. Every time we go they are out of many things. Today they didnt have their carmel topping, they were out of waffle cone crumbles which is all we get most of the time and of course no lids again. Im am surprised they are still open. Guys you gotta get better at the ONE thing you do.

Terrible Customer service. The employee was unhelpful and was listening to his phone the entire time we were there. We ended up leaving without ordering anything because the employee didn’t offer to help us. Pretty much felt ignored. Will not return.

I love, love, love this place in Ft. Myers. Though there are many to choose from, including making any combination you can dream up, the Triple Berry smoothies here are the best! There is not another smoothie that Ive ever had that compares.

The Yogurt was fine but the only employee there was pathetic! Any time anyone wanted to get sample/yogurt they had to go to the side of the counter and try to get her attention from the back where she was on her phone leaning on a counter. She gave me a single sample cup and they ask you to not re-use. Like I said yogurt was fine but whatever they’re paying the employee that was working 7/24/19 around 2-2:30 is too much she should be fired!

Love the froyo there. Just Wish they didnt have so much problems with the handles on the machines. If customers dont push them up all the way then they dont work properly for the next person and you have to wait for them to reset the machine

This is my 2nd time here and still great service, they got busy and the young lady there had to help others while making my smoothie which was understandable, and when she finished making my smoothie she came and brought it to me. Great service with a smile. You won’t be sorry coming here and my daughter and niece love there frozen yogurt.

The store was very dirty. We arrived on a Monday at 4:30 and were the only ones in the store so it was not dirty due to a rush of customers. There were crumbs all over counters, sticky handles on the machines, dirty glass door and sticky door handle, the floors needed to be swept, and machine drip trays were filthy. All of the napkin dispensers were empty besides 1 table. There was trash in some on the seats. Tables were sticky and needed to be wiped. The yogurt tasted good but the lack of cleanliness made us not enjoy our experience.

Good yogurt. Place is clean and always has a nice variety of flavors. Cashiers arent always the friendliest, but nevertheless still worth the visit. One important thing is the bath rooms are clean which is a good indication of how back of the house looks.

Some Topping selections were just about empty. Many utensils, for putting on the toppings, were sticky and actually wet. Would accept my $50.00 bill. Asked to weight the containers three times. Wont go back, many better choices out there.And $17.00 for two cups of yogurt is ridiculous.

Machines are never working right. Everytime I come here its a disappointment. Machines are dirty and no yogurt. Employees need to be trained on getting machines cleaned and making sure that they are all working for customers. I wouldnt write this but its more than 4 times I go there and machines are down and not many options, while employees are just standing around. We need another yogurt shop near by soon because too many times being dissapointed here.

Always a yummy treat. Tried the strawberry sorbet that had some hot spice in it. Very good. Sweet with heat.

2 of us got frozen yogurt and 1 wanted a smoothie. When we went to purchase the items, the person that wanted the smoothie had to wait because other people were in line to buy after us. the 1 employee working was more concerned with the people behind us than helping already paid customers. Good yogurt, under staffed.

We had a horribly awful experience and we will never return to this location! It was our first time at an Orange Leaf and probably our last. The gentleman that was working was completely rude, mean and ruined a wonderful night out for my family and our guest visiting from out of state who we were trying to bring for a nice night out. I NEVER write negative reviews or complaints, in fact I always go out of my way to make sure I give praise where it is due. But THIS experience was an exception and I felt like I definitely needed to say something. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Bussiness was clean and the yougurt was very good. The girl on shift was incredibly rude. Did not greet us even after we had said hello to her, did not smile once. She slammed the trash trash bag in very aggressively. Nice place but she made you feel very unwanted and like a bother.

Disappointed, told the girl too because she was in the store and doors open I drove 30 mins to get here and you guys close before closing time.
