Replacing a fence is not necessarily as easy as it sounds especially as a hurricane approaches! These guys were exceptional in their level of care and follow through. Any issues were addressed promptly and they even replaced some gate ironware of their own accord when they surveyed to check work was up to par. From start to finish Superior Fence was very accommodating in working with us since we were having a pool constructed at the same time. James our estimator was on time and very professional and informative and got us our estimate very quickly. Outstanding company!! I contacted Superior Fence as they had installed my fence last year and a recent storm had caused 2 hugh tree limbs to fall on my fence. First, I was impressed at the quality and workmanship of the fence as it did not come down or buckle, however the top railed was crushed. They came out the same day and the price to repair the fence was not only a relief as it was so extremely reasonable, but the repair was perfect. Superior Fence installed our fence on 8/13. Every step of the process went smoothly. David did the estimate and emailed the contract exactly when it was requested. Andrea and Kat, in the office, were fantastic in keeping us updated on the process and scheduling the installation date. They even handled the HOA approval, which was a big relief. Starting with the Project Consultant David Irwin, who walked our property with us and advised how they would handle gaps to be secured with our neighbors fence, to the installer, Joel, who went over the plans with us prior to beginning work, and consulted us when the gate placement changed a bit due to our plumbing, everything was handled in a very courteous and professional manner.The supervisor Gary was on site at the beginning of the installation and was there at the completion. I was concerned with the installation because our property is heavily landscaped and we have numerous trees and roots everywhere. I could not be happier with the work, it looks great and our two dogs are very happy they now can go out and run in their yard, no longer leashed!

I ordered my metal fence on April 20th. The payment hit my credit card April 22. I dont have time to tell you everything this place has put me through. Today is August 6, 3 1/2 months later and.....I STILL DONT HAVE A COMPLETED FENCE!!!!!The response they gave is false. They told us the missing fence pieces were due to a messed up order. Now they are saying it was delivered damaged. This is a lie. Jeez I get upset, and then missing pieces are available the same day (today). What an UNBELIEVABLE coincidence that after 3 1/2 months the fencing is available today. I guess I should that my lucky stars that it only took 3 1/2 months.If you want excuses lying central. This is your business. Its all yours.So they came to install the rest of the fence. That should do it. But wait! They installed the gate wrong. Okay, they said they would come today to fix it. But wait! They didnt show up. In 9 days it will be 4 months. They got paid though.

We had an excellent experience with Superior Rail! Everyone was super accommodating and helped us pick the best fence for our yard. They also handled all the annoying HOA paperwork! Once everything was finalized the fence was up in a matter of hours. Great customer service! We loved working with Andrea, Chris, Chad, and Brennon! Highly recommend for anyone in SWFL!

If you need a fence - I can highly recommend this company. Estimator was very nice - office lady Andrea did all the paperwork and the permit in a reasonable time, the guys showed up like they told me, it was a 2 day job like they told me. And result - I have a really beautiful fence !! I am happy and want to shout out a thank you very much for the great work. The guys worked very hard, everybody was in a good mood. I solicited 3 bids for an aluminum fence and therefore dealt with 3 different companies. Although Superior was the mid priced bidder, I ended up having the greatest level of comfort doing business with them. All work was done professionally and on time, and their process is hassle free. They were also the only one to provide concierge service, as they handled the HOA approval along with the permitting process. We are very satisfied with the final build, and so are our dogs!

After speaking with a number of fencing companies, I selected Superior Fence to install a fence around my yard and a privacy fence next to my garage based on their pricing and my positive experience with their sales rep, James, who I met to talk about options for the fence for my yard and their office manager, Andrea, who patiently handled all of my change requests for the first fence and arranging for a second privacy fence next to my garage.Tim and Frank installed the first fence. They were professional, polite, answered all my questions, and left the yard neat. I called Andrea after the installation to tell her about a problem I had with one of the gates not closing by itself. She arranged for someone to come out and fix it on my first call!Chris installed the privacy fence. He was on time and confirmed the layout of the fence and gate before starting. He was professional and polite as well. He installed the fence quickly and left the area neat.It is important to me to deal with a company that values customer service. Great job, Superior Fence. Experience was excellent from start to finish. This is my 2nd time using Superior Fence. They installed a fence for me at my home as well. Both times the service from the estimator/office staff to the install crew was top notch. The owner worked hard to get me worked into their busy schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Not only are they super friendly, but their customer service is outstanding, the communication/followup is remarkable (which is huge now a days), and the product quality and workmanship is unbelievable. From the moment we called for a free estimate, to them handling the permitting process and up to the install date, the staff was nothing short of excellent. From the sales rep James, to the office staff Andrea/Bonnie and of course most importantly the install team Tim, Tyler and Chad! These guys arrived early, worked diligently and even helped us navigate some install obstacles to insure there were no issues with inspections. Everyone we encountered at this company never wavered when it came to our happiness and of course our budget. They are beyond reasonably priced, punctual, professional and honest.
