The customer service at Western Fence Supply is the best Ive seen anywhere! They reply to emails and quotes with incredible efficiency and accuracy. We ordered an aluminum fence from them, they made sure we had all the parts we needed to go with our plan, answered all questions and delivered all the parts with no issues. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend.

The staff was easy to work with and extremely nice. Their prices are the best in Lee County. I checked several competitors and they were not even close to these prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

Over all I am very pleased with my experience with Western Fence Supply. I bought black chain link fence after getting the high prices elsewhere for vinyl! My chain link fence from Western Supply was affordable and looks great! The fence and gates do the job of keeping my child and pet secured inside and it looks great! The delivery was prompt and convenient, and thedrivers were very friendly and professional!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for some fencing questions and had to deal with two of the rudest employees I have ever spoken to over the phone by the names of Megan and Jen. Please don’t waste your time speaking with them! I feel sorry for the owner of this company and the fact that he probably has no idea this is happening.

Juan was very professional and kept his word of what would take place. They had a delay dealing with the city, but throughout it all they told us not to worry, theyd take care of everything, and they did. I would highly recommend. We are professionals with a long-standing 5 star reputation: we were providing a service AND buying product from this company for a property fence(no way now). Extremely unprofessional, rude, and manipulative regarding pricing: completely disorganized-- have not seen such an unprofessional business in 10 years.We provided this owner with a CAD drawing which he never reviewed: in his response he has lied about this as he was so chaotic he never looked at it, further he ignored us 3 times when we were in his office- the 3rd time we were there he had 2 arguments with other staff regarding estimates that were assumed completed incorrectly- then, he even had the audacity to ask us to follow up with other sub contractors and gave us incorrect contact information: this is a disastrous place highly recommend avoiding.Ostensibly, the day of delivery he lowered himself to personally insulting us, bragging, then mocking New England Douglas-fir construction with laser measurements: plumb and square. Then below he tried to extort our leaving an honest review by calling it slander! Power to the people, long live consumer reviews! My Boston college consumer professor would be proud. -JD

They have fence parts. They dont take returns, even if they tell you what part you need, they wont take it back if its wrong, so dont bother asking anyone for help, figure our exactly what you need before you go.

My experience with the company was very satisfactory, both from the staff that attends you and that of Mr. Juan (maneger) who is very aware that the client receives his order on time and is willing to help in everything, so I recommend this company if it is thinking of buying a serca for your home.
