The staff is really friendly and always willing to help. Im a little difficult for choosing and got really good help from the young girl that assisted me. Definitely will go back.

I bought here for my wife before Valentines day. Since I was choosing the perfume without her I made sure to ask if it was OK if she returned it if she didnt like it. The girl behind the counter said yes. But when my wife went back to exchange it she was told that there were no exchanges because she had opened the box of perfume. How was she going to know if she liked it or not without smelling the perfume? I feel like the salesperson was dishonest and this store went against its word.

I went to perfumania in the Edison Mall and it was open. Thats my favorite perfume store. They have the best discounts and is really close to my home. The costumer service is wonderfull and I always buy my perfumes there.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I went in to purchase a gift card for my father I have the receipt and the money came out of my bank. My father went to use it and they said there is no balance on the gift the card. There was nothing they can do since there customer service dept closes at 5:00 pm. Now I have to go out of my way to fix this issue. What horrible customer service they have. I would never recommend them to anyone!!!
