While their initial install was not without problems, the company did come out and correct the issues. The door itself is great. My constructive feedback to the company would be to communicate more accurately and effectively with your install clients.

This company is amazing! After wasting a week with another company with no outcome, they came out the next morning and fixed my broken window in an hour! Amazing company with an amazing team from the office to the crew! Will be my first call if I ever need windows!

I had a rare sliding glass bar door from the 1950s that broke. Caloosahatchee Glass & Mirror was up for the challenge of replacing it with a modern option that kept the classic look. This company had done bussiness in our community hence why we called. Just had asked for an estimate they started tearing into the window and then broke it, one of the men stated oops I guess we have to fix it now. Both men kept getting into arguements on how to do the job, one of the men complained about the women in the office, once the new pane of glass installed they came in to hand my husband the invoice he walked out and said he wasnt going to pay as the job was not finished. (Just was caulked on one side) He took pictures and called the office to let them know. The men had run out of caulk and didnt want to leave and have to come back to finish. Office called the men and told them to get caulk and finish job correctly. UNACCEPTABLE

I found this business through a friend. I have a coffee table with an oval glass top that was broken. I called and due to the odd shape I had to take it in to the shop for a price quote to replace the glass. The staff /Tracy was very friendly and I was given a very reasonable price to replace the glass. I was told it would be 3 business days. I received the call in exactly 3 days as promised.I was so happy the table was fixed I did not completely inspect it and just paid and took it home. Upon getting home I noticed the glass was not cut as we discussed. I called immediately and was given an apology asking me to bring it back. When Tracy saw it she apologized again and stated they would fix it. I expected at least to wait a couple days. I received a call a few hours later that it was completed. I went the next morning to pick it up. It is FLAWLESS and just like it looked originally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing glasswork done.

I have used Caloosahatchee Glass several times in the past. This latest challenge was to make a replacement insulated window for my RV. Carol and staff tried numerous avanues to build this but sadly because of the radius corners could not find a source to do this. I rate their service at 5 stars for going the extra mile for this task and previous service.

NO JOB TOO SMALL!I broke the visor mirror in my rental car and was looking at an expensive repair bill. Then I found CG&M and within 10 minutes I had a new mirror - at no charge! I have had this company install shower door glass several times. They always do what they say they will do. Their phone and front area people are really good. They recently replaced tempered glass in my front door and they did a great job and price was reasonable.

I can not stress enough the lack of quality work received. I purchased a very small very expensive piece of antique glass to fix a dresser. They drilled the knob holes too large and chipped the glass. Then instead of getting new glass and drilling the right sized hole, they put a nut behind the knob and called it good. 6 trips to their location later, I have my drawer back with no glass and so much damage done during the removal of the glass that even when I find someone to put a new piece of glass on, it will never look the same.

It was my first time purchasing a replacement mirror for my two bathrooms, but Carol made it easy and less painful! The price was competitive and the service was outstanding. Im in the Cape and chose this place over others. If I need anything else they sell, Ill be back.

They charged me $460.00 to replace balance rods on two windows. It took 3 months to order the balance rods which are available within 3 days. They never quoted a price until it was completed.Very Shocking!! I could of installed two new windows for that price. Try anyone else but them.

They do excellent work, are very proficient and professional. They also are very community oriented, they did an excellent job with my elderly neighbors older (1920) rental home in repairing her windows, so they worked again. They are priced competitively, do not oversell and I found them to be high competent. They were very responsive and timely. I would highly recommend them.

Calossa Glass came to our house and measured and quoted 3 glass shower doors, all of which were different style shower or bath enclosures. They were very professional, the price was good, and we are very happy with the work they did. Weve already recommended them to a couple friends!

Very good company. Reasonably priced. Always returns calls. Never had any problems with this company. I have been handling commercial properties for 30 years. We deal with a lot of broken glass. This is the best company I have had the pleasure to deal with. They will be the only ones I deal with in the future.

Unfortunately this company has too many issues with not showing up, not calling back, not presenting quotes and ultimately damaging your property during the estimating process. I asked on several occasions to speak with the owner who never bothered to call back. They do not respect other peoples time or property. Its a shame. There is a lovely woman in there office named Carol who should be commended for dealing with what I am sure is a great deal of nonsense. She is a gem.

They may have great prices and great service but who would know. I have been given the biggest run around just trying to get a quote for a shower door/enclosure. After not being able to give any better window then 2 days they finally narrowed it down to sometime before noon on one of the days. After waiting for 4 hours away from many more urgent matters and no phone call or anyone showing up I went home to finish packing for an upcoming move. Well they finally called several hours later and could care less that they were calling that late. At that point I do not need a company that is going to be this unprofessional with even doing the estimate anywhere near my house.

I have ordered 3 different items from Caloosahatchee Glass-- a tinted beveled glass section to replace a broken one in a coffee table which has three other glass sections (it was a perfect match), one piece of jalousie glass which matched and fit perfectly with the rest of the sections in the window, and a windshield for a boat. Everything was perfect and was also competitively priced. The staff members are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am about to order another piece of glass from them. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

These are 6 large hurricane rated glass sliders on the 17th floor requiring precise measuring, installation and follow up. I called them for a glass top for a table. They kept asking me to bring the table in which I could not do. I had to keep calling them back only to be told someone would call me back with a price, which never happened. Finally, some guy called me asking the same questions about bringing in the table. I asked why they dont just come out and do a template. He said they would have to charget for the template. I told him that would have been fine a week ago but now I was completely frustrated with this companys lack of communication and apparent inability to fill my simple order. I called McGregor Glass and they scheduled someone to template the next day. Terrible experience with Caloosa Glass. Would not recommend.
