I had an on going problem with my golf cart. Called Mike and he took the time to talk with me over the phone to try and help me diagnosis the problem. After trying a few things I arranged to drop the cart off. He was very knowledgeable of the issues I was having and gave me a detailed list of issues he found and what it would cost. The cart runs great and all the issues were resolved. Great customer service and fairly priced. Thanks to Mike and his staff.

Horrible customer service. Called and it rang and rang and rang. Mike, the owner told me they do mount and dismount golf cart tires. Then when I told him I have the New tire already, I guess he didn’t feel like he was going to be able to teach as deep into my pocket as he wanted so he told me he wasn’t interested in the job and abruptly hung up. Only go here if you are ok with allowing this kind of business to survive and thus allowing them all to act like this. Place is obviously a ripoff artist and not there for the community but rather for lining his pockets with the jobs he cherry picks.

I bought a used golf cart from a friend and wanted to have it refurbished. I shopped around until I stopped in at CartsMD. It felt different the moment I walked in. Mike and his wife were extremely friendly and answered my many questions. I had never owned a cart before so Mike gave me a quick education and made suggestions. They did a wonderful job on my cart at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend CartsMD!

I am sold on this Company. It has been a long time since I received superior service from a company and boy did they come through. I had my cart refurbished by them and was pleased with the outcome. a few months later I experienced some issues with the front end alignment. I called them a within just a day or so they showed up at my house and completely fixed the problem and went way beyond what is normal repair. i will never use anybody else ever. These guys appreciate customers.

I shopped around Fort Myers at a half dozen vendors and ended up coming back to Carts MD because of the friendly attitude the minute I walked in the door. Mike helped me understand more about the current carts and older ones. Then listened to what I was interested in to customize a cart for me. I’m happy with what’s been delivered and the mobile service is a nice extra.

I’ve gone through 3 golf cart service and sales outfits in the 8 years I’ve lived in Fort Myers. All promised the moon, and delivered cheesy service over the long haul. Bought a golf cart going on 2 years it was in the shop with front end alignment problems more than what it was with me,finally the oversized tires were taken off and standard tires put on and no further problems.then when I got the cart back this last time the windshield was cracked and I called cart md about it and was told to send photos of the crack stating it was like that when they got itthey said they did not receive the pictures so I told them I would drive the 30 miles to show them the crack and after thinking about it why should I drive all that way to show a picture on my cell phone. After getting tired of the runaround I told them I was taking the matter to small claims court and the owner called me and threatened me for taking them to court which is my constitutional right to do so,taking people to court isn’t threatening it’s a right in this country.the main reason why the owner called me was for me to not even want the new windshield which they weren’t going to replace in the first place.I don’t get intimidated or strong armed I deal with it however anyone wants it to end .

Mike and Derek have gone the extra mile a few times to keep our fleet of carts up and running -- including Mike coming out to Captiva one evening in a driving rain storm to put in a temporary fix on one of our carts and haul it back in for service. This is the worst vendor you could ever choose. Long story short, they tried to deliver a cart for rental that was not fit for use; no head lights, no break lights, vintage 2013. Not fit for any use. When we literally refused to accept delivery (would not let them take it off the delivery truck) they kept our $1,198.13 anyway claiming that all sales are final. We never took possession so no sale, so now we have to sue them to get our money back. No ethics. Beware!!!
