Extremely friendly & professional. I was a walk in with non emergency needs due to a hearing aid tip stuck in ear canal.I am glad to now be accepted as a new snow bird patient!

I think the person who answered my call was Rosie. She was extremely helpful. My charger wasnt fully charging my hearing aids. She informed me how to reset the charger. She also walked me through a couple of adjustments in my Thrive app to increase the volume for television watching while reducing the set volume for my wife. Rosie is very knowledgeable and an excellent spokeswoman for Hoglund.

Some what disappointed that Hoglund Family Hearing has vacated Ft Myers.Hopefully the new Owners will prove they can come up to your past standards.Service was perfect, like always before.

In and out without delay. The receptionist is always pleasant. Patrick is great and very patient with me even when he admonished me about not wearing my hearing aids all the time. 😜. He answered all my questions.

We were very impressed with the doctor when my husband had his hearing test done. Told us about the different hearing aids and which one would give him the best possible hearing.

Was having issues with my hearing aide using to many batteries. Having to change them every 3-4 days. Patrick recommended that I buy some new one instead of trying to fix the ones I have. Because it would cost to much to fix these ones.

In addition, he suggested that I participate in a program that looks at hearing loss and its relationship to memory problems. I have already signed up for this program.

What a caring facility. The whole staff is great. Friendly, willing to listen to what is going on and involves the spouse as well. They understand how hard it is for people to adjust learning how to hear again and helps you understand it does not happen overnight.They have been wonderful through the pandemic with cleanliness and keeping people at a distance. I would recommend Hoglund Family Hearing! This is where i take my father-in-aw for his hearing. From the start Michelle at front desk is amazing! Always going out of her way to help with anything we need. Each Dr that we have seen has been very caring and helpful with my 89 year old father-in-law. I would definitely recommend giving the office a call if you or a family member is having hearing issues. Thank you Hoglung hearing for all that you do!

I have had a wonderful experience with this audiology center. I can hear very well with my hearing aids, the follow-up is thorough and reassuring and the people are professional, respectful and so very nice. I highly recommend the Fort Myers Audiology Center of Hoglund Family Hearing.

This would have been a 5 star review if I had continued with one audiologist. However I had a follow up appointment with an audiologist who I really liked. When I got there I was switched to another without my knowledge until I got into the room. There I got a sell job instead of what I was there for.Had that happened with the original audiologist I would have been fine with that. But to see another who had no idea of my history was unsettling at best. Very disappointing!!!

I was charged $1200 more than another hearing center for the same hearing aid The rechargeable batterys would only last a few hours. I went back 5 times and all they wanted to do was give me new batterys instead of fixing the problem. Went to another hearing specialist and they replaced the hearing aids no questions asked. Helping a client of mine. Fortunately she can afford the aids. They take the time. They make sure a person/friend/family member is an observer.

Staff is friendly and efficient. While I got hearing aids as I needed hearing support, the main reason for going to Hogland was for their advertised speciality in treating tinnitus. While this problem is not curable, Hogland advertises that treatment is one of their specialty. Time will tell if results match the marketing ....stay tuned.

The audiologist was highly knowledgeable and gave us his complete attention.
