Very tiny showed my husband and he said get away he don’t need hearing aid but I can hear his tv in the back of the house. Wow excuse me. I told my daughter Melissa about them very tiny hearing aids and how she should have a complementary test. Took around an hour. Very friendly person Clean and used covid guidelines.

I bought hearing aids in FtMyers Fl. and moved to Missoui a few months later. One stopped working. I contacted Sydney Constantine at connect hearing. mailed hearing aid to her. She had it back to me in a few days working great. NEVER have I had such great service! Sydney really cared about my problem. I cannot give her enough credit.

After walking around with my old hearing aids I decided that it was time for new ones. When I visited Connect Hearing the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Denise compared my old aids to the new ones and explained it as driving a 4 cylinder engine to an 8 cylinder engine. When she put the new ones in I was amazed at what I have been missing. They are custom fit to your lifestyle. They were extremely helpful in working with and assisting me with my health insurance company. Definitely would recommend Connect Hearing. I was there yesterday for my hearing test. I suspected I needed some hearing assist, as I was having difficulties in certain environments, such as crowded places. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The test showed I needed hearing, due to some pretty significant hearing loss. Glad I went to their office. Denise was great as she did the testing, and explained step by step the results, as well as how to use the hearing aids I am wearing for a two week trial. Olga was a great help in getting the paperwork done, and going over things with us. A great team!

Recently, I visited the Connect Hearing on 41. I was greeted by Denise with a friendly smile. She was more than happy to clean my hearing aid as well as instruct me on how to do it. She then provided me with the tools so I could do it from home. Now, all this may not sound like much. However, not only did she provide me with unsurpassed customer service, her attitude towards me and her job were top notch. Dont take my word for it. I purchased a new set of hearing aids this past summer in Anderson, Indiana, where we live in the spring summer and fall. While here this winter, my right aid stopped working completely. Connect Hearing had made a small repair on one of my old hearing aids, 2 years before. I called Connect Hearing and spoke with Laura McFadden about my problem. Although my new aids are a different brand now, she told me to stop by the clinic, and she would be glad to look at it for me. I did that and within 5 minutes, Laura had my hearing aid working perfectly. She was so helpful, and explained to me what the problem was, and also had a solution to prevent it from happening again. A wonderful experience with a delightful, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful young lady. Thank you Laura. There is nothing worse than walking along and having a hearing aid just stop working. Kim and I came down early to set up for the winter and thats exactly what happened one day recently. After locating Connect Hearing via Google I just drove over and stopped in unannounced. I suspected that the receiver had gone bad, which was confirmed by the Specialist on hand. After checking the serial numbers she found that the receiver was out of warranty, which I was aware of. Instead of charging me for an appointment and the cost of the receiver, she just handed me my hearing aid and wished me a great day, which it was. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My wife Haroldine and I received a flyer from NJEA about the availability of a free hearing test through Hear In America, and with each of us not totally happy with our hearing we decided to give the service a try, and made the arrangements. On inquiring, found that the local facility they would use, ”Connect Hearing,” was quite close to our home. We signed up and went in fully expecting one or both of us to purchase hearing aids, and were quite willing and prepared to spend several thousand dollars each to improve our hearing.. My wife had a feeling that her right ear was not functioning well, only being comfortable using her left ear on the phone. I already had hearing aids, but they were five years old and not doing as much for me as I would have liked, so I figured they might need replacement.The Practitioner at Connect Hearing on Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers FL, Denise Manzo, could not have been more professional nor more pleasant to work with. She took well over two hours explaining the various procedures she was about to perform, and visually examined each of us. Unable to see my wifes right eardrum due to excessive wax buildup, Ms Manzo asked if she might perform a manual extraction of the blockage. I couldnt believe the amount of wax she was able to remove; it looked like a couple of small raisins! She then tested our hearing with aural testing equipment and clearly discussed her findings. She even provided us with graphical printouts of our present hearing abilities across the sound spectrum.Like many of us these days, we usually expect a bit of salesmanship to be an integral part of any “Free Offer.” Nothing could have been further from the truth at Connect Hearing, however. Far from “upselling” new products, Ms. Manzo showed my wife her hearing profile (after the wax removal) and told her that she really didnt need hearing aids at this point. As for me, Ms. Manzo examined my old hearing aids, pronounced them “top of the line” products that really did not need replacement, and electronically reconfigured them to completely take care of my hearing loss.We are both still amazed and delighted at the honesty and professional integrity we were treated to, and can enthusiastically recommend this service, and certainly this particular Connect Hearing office to anyone who has the least bit of doubt as to their hearing ability.William Scarpitta

Nancy Murray and whole staff were super. Did a great job bringing my hearing back.

Office staff very nice, told me I was getting a high end aid but down the road I found out it was an entry level aid not one of the best that co. made .So all and all I paid almost twice as much for my aid .A lesson learned.
