Very poor service. When I moved from NJ, I was expecting the same kind of customer service. Alas! That was not the case. The person would not even clean the ear pieces. I like my Signia hearing aid. But I can’t get customer service elsewhere!
Poor quality hearing aids lasted 3 -4 yrs. they won’t support hearing aids after 5 yrs despite $7000 price. Would not do follow up complete hearing test. service - Extremely incompetent - could not properly adjust aids.
Though the audiologist was very nice, the hearing aid was made wrong. It should have been dipped down and is hitting a pressure point on my mother’s ear. Visible sore - bump on 91yo mother’S EAR. WHEN WE WENT BACK FOR HER TO FIX DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD SHE JUST shaved it down a bit, but according to a second opinion from another audiologist it should be sent to the factory to fix. There should be a gap between, a small one of course, between ear and hearing aid, as the other ear has, but this one is visibly hitting the pressure point. That is the correct way to do things, but this didn’t happen with us during the warranty period.
We had them for a year for my 100 year old mother. Went back yesterday with a confirmed appointment only to be told upon arrival that they had dropped her provider. We were not allowed to even approach the audiologist. The lady at the front desk put my mothers hearing aid in her own ear! Claimed it wasnt being worn because it wastoo clean!. Insulting and demeaning behavior!
Spanish women have hearing test,but couldnt make out words because of her accent. Test was different from other test taken that week. Went toFlorida Medical hearing where I boughtopposite hearing aid and paid cash.
I made several appointments and when I got there they were ready for me. I thought this doesnt happen much and being disabled I know all about a Dr offices. The people were top notch and got me in and out.
They were Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They made feel at home and confident that the product I was getting was top of the line.
Loved it . got my hairing aids woork well fot a week sent them back, came to NY they stopped communicating with each other,i took them back in N.Y. they dont work on them now when i left FL they said to go to any hear usa if i had i problem not true,so i called the manufacturer they sent me to two other places I have to pay $500 out of pocket they will not build insurance oh, I think this is bull
Janet has been taking care of me for a few years now and I am very pleased. I got my new hearing devices today and she made sure I knew everything and set up my app on the phone as well so that I knew how it works.
First of all iam writing this reveiw because i want to share what i went thru before coming into hear usa i lost alot of hearing in my left ear every one told me to go to costco which i did but first had to go to ear noise and throat doctor to have waxed removed first but doctor wanted to operate and would not sign off for me to get hearing aids my wife found hear usa on the web made a appointment and that same day walked out of the office being fitted with two hearing aids the doctor and the staff could not be any better they did a great job taking care of my needs and i could hear things i have not heard in years . thank you hear usa ft myers you two are the best
Never again. I would so much rather pay more out-of-pocket to go to a doctor that actually cares about me and my hearing then the doctor that cares about if they sell their hearing equipment or not. Not everybody has this experience I just didnt have a very good experience.
Not answering the phones and their mailbox is full!!!
Very limited waiting time. Staff extremely friendly and recieved results same day.

Very rude old lady at the front desk and the Dr was no better...... We was the only black people in the office so Im thinking that was the problem........ 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
