WHAT A BLESSING! I went into this office expecting adequate service, and was given more than that. Not only was I greated by a cute dog named valentine, but the family owned business was that comfortable home feeling my grandmother has always needed. She is a bit stubborn so taking her anywhere is a challenge. But Sylvia and her husband Craig did an amazing job with her and set her up with amazing hearing aids! She can hear so well that not only do I not have to raise my voice but she has more energy, and happier overall. Thank you very much for the service!

I was at Hearing in Paradise at 5600 Trail Blvd. Sylvia Horgan was very professional and very patient to explain all aspects of my new hearing aids. There is no question that my hearing has improved. I had a previous experience in MI and the results were not nearly as successful. I highly recommend Syvia and will continue to use her office. I am very pleased and have recommended her office to others.

They actually care and take the time to explain everything making sure you understand how it works, they really took the time to make sure my grandmother’s hearing aids were working properly and scheduled periodic check ups to keep on top of it! I highly recommend!
