I love my new plantation shutters, they really classed up my condo. The Sunburst installers were amazing, all went according to plan, and came in ahead of time, so pleased.

Waited 1 month for an install only to be told that it would be be ANOTHER month. Then on day of installation was told my shutter still wasn’t ready. Promised a return call — NO RETURN CALL. Tried calling the sales person direct — left message but NO RETURN CALL . So 2 months waiting —my deposit has been cashed — but now can’t get service.

Charlie built and installed our Barn Door which was built for a huge arched entry with a Gorgeous SunBurst above it . He was always available to us before and after the installation. His creativity, loyalty, humor, kindness and workmanship exceeded our expectations.
