This is not a typical ice cream joint, this is an ice cream experience. The employees are extremely knowledgeable as expert dessert chefs & take their time to explain their extensive menu. You are watching ice cream being made! The liquid nitrogen experience is quite exciting as they provide a snack while you wait- imagine it - munching on popcorn & treats that have been flashed by the liquid nitrogen. We placed a very special order, the Dream Cloud/Confetti. The cotton candy was made fresh & decorated with all kinds of candy while a bowl of specially made to order ice cream was in the center. This was a great shareable treat! You are given a bag to take home the extra cotton candy, which was the best I had ever tasted. There are cute cards, small gifts, and other items to gaze upon or buy while you wait for your special creation.

Stopped by this spot for a little late night dessert. Great selection of flavors and toppings! They even have plant-based/dairy free ice cream options. We enjoyed a complimentary appetizer of Giggly Popcorn (which was actually a lot of fun and DID make us giggle). The ambiance and decoration inside make the experience a lot of fun. Good ice cream made fresh on order, fun ambiance, and friendly staff. Glad we stopped by!

Unique experience! I went to a very popular ice cream place nearby and it paled in comparison to Best! The giggle snack(?) before the ice cream was hilarious and tasty. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable. The flavors were innovative. And the opportunity to create your own ice cream makes the experience even more special! I had a coconut base with chocolate toasted coconut, almond Joy, and a side of hot fudge. Came dressed in edible glitter! Super cute and tasted like Almond Joy in a bowl.

Absolutely loved this experience! The service was great here. The decor was whimsical and fun! The ice cream was made however you like it, right in front of you! If you have kids, go here for sure! We got the “dream cloud” we created our own ice cream for the center and enjoyed every bite!! This was a ginormous cotton candy bowl! 😂 edible glitter and all!

As others have said, it is not a walk in walk out place. It took about 15 minutes for us with two other customers in the shop. However, it was a fun way to end our day. The decorations are colorful and glittery and the nitrogen popcorn was hilarious, even for us almost 30 year olds. I had the lavender ice cream which is a delicious and unique flavor I rarely see at ice cream shops. Even better, you can combine whatever ingredients you want because they make it right there in front of you. Like Coldstone but even better. The edible glitter topping made my day.

Cute place and great concept. But when I walked in, one staff member was making ice cream, the other was on her cell phone. It took a few minutes before anyone even approached me. I told her what I wanted, and she explained they make it all from scratch per order. It took 10-15 minutes for them to get 2 orders done, and I still had 2 more in front of me. They had an appetizer to snack on while you wait, which was not explained and I didnt really want it (so it was kind of a waste of food). I ended up leaving because I didnt want to wait another 20 minutes for a cup of ice cream.

We happened to stumble upon this lovely ice cream shop on our way to the airport. Not only was the ice cream delicious but the atmosphere was top notch! Beautiful and inspiring messages scattered the walls and floor and the owner was so accommodating- she made the experience extra special for our family! 💙

I love Best Ice Cream, and the owner, Ali, is awesome! I got a dream cone the last time I went, which was really good, and really pretty! I love shiny things, so the edible glitter is so cool! My mom, and I, each have one custom flavor so far... and, our little dog, Kilo, gets the ice cream made especially for your pups! My mom is in love with her lavender ice cream that shed wanted so badly at first, but the couple times wed went there they were out of the lavender. So, twice now, once yesterday for Mothers Day, ive stopped in to see if the lavender was in stock... luckily, it was, so I ordered that with extra dark chocolate pieces in it, so I could surprise her with it! She thought it was the best surprise, and really the best ice cream...i was so happy to make my mom happy! I tasted the lavender ice cream, and it was not bad at all... really light flavoring, but a lot of it, if that makes any sense... its just not something that id order for myselfBut, its definitely recommended by my mom! My creation is a salted caramel ice cream, then with little white chocolate chips mixed throughout it, and topped with strawberries that Ali cut to look like hearts... with the edible glitter, and those strawberries, the ice cream comes out AMAZING! We all three, Kilo the dog included, HIGHLY recommend going as soon as you can, if you havent been already... you wont be disappointed! I cant imagine what a catered event, or party at the shop, would be/ look like... definitely magical, and unforgettable! Ive read a few bad reviews regarding how long the people were there for, and that some orders from customers that came after them were started before the initial order placed was finished. They can be working on one order, then be able to start another, and still be able to present the original customers order first... its just the way they do things, and find to be easiest, Id assume. Its truly worth the wait, because of the quality, fun, love, and whimsical spirit, thats put into everything they make! Plus, there are so many things to look at, and/or do around the shop while your creation is being made... artwork, a piano, beautiful furniture, and other cool items... even a little, fun game on each table! There was a lot of thought, and love, put into this business by its owner, Ali! Im so blessed to have met such a kind soul as hers! And, DONT forget to take home at least one goodie... homemade ice cream sandwich, doggie ice cream, a treat for a family member/ friend/ etc! Oh yeah, one more thing that I am definitely getting next time I go is the creme brulee...as usual, it looks amazing just like everything else that has to do with Best Ice Cream Land! I hands loved this place. The dream cookie is the way to go. The prices seem steep but once you receive you order it is all worth it. I got 7 different flavors and all were yummy. All the ice cream is made from scratch right in front of you there. Nothing comes out of tub everything is fresh so creamy and delicious. I loved it and Im definitely coming back again.

ICE CREAM ANGLES_VERY SPECIAL BUSINESS**** I called from AZ wanting to see if they could deliver to my grandma near by their shop after dealing with a very stressful and scary moment of grandpa having a stroke. Her comfort being espresso ice cream, I thought a treat would lighten the mood at least for a moment.Ali the owner not only listened to me and hand delivered to her house she then made it a point to CARE, follow up and send loving sentiments. WOWOWOWOW This company is what small business is supposed to be about! LOVE- and what a beautiful way to spread love through QUALITY CRAFTED ICE CREAM. The only thing Id want more is to try it myself....!Can I just say the owner was so kind she didnt charge me in the end- What kind of Ice cream angles are these!? Great place, kids love it, so do we. Posted hours are not right though as twice weve been there (today at 230pm) and while it claims to open at 1pm it doesnt open until 5pm which frankly makes no sense. Cant take kids to get ice cream right before dinner. So were not going to attempt coming back except perhaps on weekends just to see if they might be open. Cant risk telling kids that were going and the place be closed again.

Pros: Amazing, quality, experience, flavor, quantity.Con: Did take a while (but we were ok with that unlike a lot of other reviewers), cost isnt for frequent visits.Loved it - will definitely make it back when were in the area.They took the time to explain what it is - it isnt a scoops type ice cream place - and took the time to recommend some flavors based on what we like - a very personal experience, and with amazing results.

What a lovely place. I met the owner who is so passionate about her business. She’s very creative and makes great flavored ice cream OMG!! You can make any flavored ice cream you want and toppings were free. The decorations in the shop alone were amazing.I had the Nutella crunch and requested to add espresso to my ice cream 😱👍🏼. I will definitely visit again when I come back to Sanibel/Fort Myers!

The best ice cream I have ever had. Customer service was amazing, they even made dog safe ice cream for my two pups. I will be coming back when I go on vacation again down here in Sanibel/Fort Myers. You do have to wait a little longer for ice cream but it is well worth the homemade taste. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

Ok.Best ice cream we’ve ever had . My daughter loved it.Secondly, make sure your not in a hurry and you should be just fine. Not like a Normal place where you walk in and out.Your going to pay a lot and then wait 30 to 45 minutes. The experience was definitely worth it. Next time I’ll be more prepared.

I jokingly said as I walked into this place that it was NOT going to be the best ice cream I have ever had.... I was very wrong!! BEST Ice cream I’ve ever had!! They even made our Dogs Ice cream perfect. Loved the people and service here, will definitely be coming back whenever we visit again

Wish I could have tried the vegan ice cream here. Drove 20 minutes to this shop because it had good ratings but there was a post-it on the door saying back in 20 minutes. Waited a half hour and I’m giving up. Really bad business practice. It’s so sad, too, because there’s very few options for vegan ice cream in this area.

Such a cool place!! We came for a soccer tournament and stopped on our way to the hotel... our boys had so a great time while waiting for the ice cream... they even played the piano! And the ice cream was delicious!!!!

I think this was a cute and unique idea, friendly staff but extremely long wait. There were only a few people in front of us and we waited over an hour. I think that should be explained when placing your order. They only make 3 orders at a time and with only one person working, it was very slow. Dont plan this stop if youre on your way to the airport.

We took our eight-year-old niece and five-year-old daughter into what we thought was a normal ice cream shop. This is like no other ice cream shop we’ve ever been to! It is like a fairy Neverland and has everything the kids would love to see and are welcome to play with including a piano. The ice cream is made in front of you and they even provide a small appetizer of frozen cereal that when you bite into shoots puffs of nitrogen into the air like cold smoke. So cool!! Our girls loved it in the ice cream was wonderful. This is a must!

Most incredible experience with liquid nitrogen ice cream. It was fantastic and it is all made from scratch. While you wait, they have popcorn, captain crunch berries, and cheese balls (frozen by liquid nitrogen). It is so much fun to eat!!!

The ice cream was not worth the wait. We waited 1.5 hours for our ice cream. We were not told when we ordered that it would take awhile. Instead of making our ice cream the cashier kept taking orders from other groups. In the middle of making our ice cream they stopped to make someone elses who came in after us. The ice cream was sub par and service was horrible if not non existent.

We were the only people in the establishment and it took over 30 minutes to get three ice creams. The woman working was visibly intoxicated. Also not wearing a mask and the restaurant was not very clean.Ice cream was good but overall bad experience.

The Best Ice Cream prepares customized ice cream. The ice cream is made on the spot according to one request. My Belgium chocolate with oreo cookies was fantastic.I would have given this store 6 stars but, the covid-19 hygine was not existing, the servers, including the shopowner, did not wear masks. Furthermore, the servers did not keep their hair under cover and kept touching their long hair while preparing the ice cream. This lack of any hygine forced me to give them only 2 stars, And not recommend this shop. Hopefully they will take These comments to heart as it is real good ice cream.

Best Ice Cream Land lives up to its name! Its flavors are original, creamy and delicious. Its decor is magical and imaginative. A great place for a date or a family outing. My friends and family always stop by when we are in the area.

Ice cream was mediocre at best, but the real issue was it took me an hour to get my cone and my wifes came out an hour and a 20 min later. This was a super let down to the experience I figured we would have. Another family canceled their order and went elsewhere after 50 minutes and we should have also much earlier.

Ice cream was great.. but the HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTE WAIT. was ridiculous.

Expect to wait a while. But its very good.

This place is amazing they even give you a appetizer which has been cooled down with liquid nitrogen so when you bite into the snack you breath out vapor. It’s a really cool gimmick.

Amazing! Please try banana Rama, dulce amor, and the creme brulee style!Someone should try eating real gold here. There is an ice cream that is made with 24k edible gold.

Customer service unprofessional. No prices on menu on wall. So be ready to spend a small fortune and small quanity. No paper menus for us people that have bad eyes and cant see far away. No display of ice cream. You have no idea what they sell. Will not be back ever!
