Amazing ice cream shop in Fort Myers. We went there with our three children and we all had a great time.The vibe and decor is very different than most ice cream shops, very hippy but super comfortable. There are couches and tables and chairs as well as seating outside.The ice cream flavors variety is so extensive, too many too choose from. I personally got the scooby snacks flavor and loved it! The kids got the cookie monster and my husband got mint and cookies and cream and everyone really enjoyed.Besides the great ice cream and fun atmosphere, they also have arcade games to keep the kids (and adults) entertained.The service is also top of the line. Like I mentioned, we are a family of five with three kids and had no idea what to get and the two young ladies that were on shift that day were very friendly and patient.We cant wait to go back and try the cotton candy taco.

Indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of games to keep your kiddos entertained if you want to hang out and chat. We visit this area several times a year and Hippie Trippy will be our new go to for ice cream. Loved it.

Good and eh NOT so good: GOOD - ice cream was awesome! Our Ice cream lady was great, super sweet and friendly. Came to say hi to our dogs outside and everything.We had two kids cones, two “pup cups”, one adult waffle cone and the AWESOME Cotton Candy Burrito!!Kids cones were sugar cones and they fresh & crisp. One flavor Cookie Monster was monsterously blue with Oreo type cookies and cookie dough in it. Grab wipes for all of the blue, luckily it didn’t stain. The other was Red velvet and so creamy and not extremely dyed red.I recommend the Birthday Cake for those wanting excellent Birthday Cake flavor but not overly sweet- throw it in a waffle cone and you won’t regret it.Ordered a fun surprise for the hubs- the cotton candy burrito!! Two scoops of ice cream wrapped in blue and pink cotton candy!! He loved it! He chose kitchen sink with 7 candies mixed in it - let me tell you it was like they literally dumped half of each candy bar in vanilla and mixed it up.The eh NOT so COVID good: our friendly ice cream lady wasn’t wearing a mask nor was she wiping anything down. We sat outside and didn’t notice any sort of cleaning being done at all. A few families came in after us- some wore masks, some didn’t and nothing was said about the ones not wearing them. (I happened to follow them in to grab a magnet) Wear a mask. Grab some ice cream and enjoy a nice Friday night outside. We did.The other NOT so good: Somehow a single scoop in a waffle cone, 2 kids single scoops in sugar cones, 2 pup cups (single scoop vanilla in cup) and the Cotton Candy Burrito came to $30! No menu with pricing that I noticed but mannnn thirty bucks for ice cream is a little hefty. Again, the ice cream was good but I was thinking it was $15-18. Jaw hit floor, I picked it up sanitized it and moved on.

Hippie Trippy has the BEST ice cream! This was exactly what I was looking for! I had Almond Joy and a Banana one that I think had King Kong in the name. They were truly amazing! Not just your average ice cream at all. The Almond Joy had great coconut flavor and the banana one tastes like the best home made banana ice cream ever. Not artificial. I was so happy my friend and I found great-tasting quality ice cream. The shop has great ambience and a welcoming vibe with friendly owners.

I visited this place while out of town and fell in love. I had the coconut almond joy ice cream and it was the best I’ve ever had. My friend was in love with the cotton candy burrito. The atmosphere was full of good vibes. If I’m ever in the area again, this will be a place I must stop by again.

Yes this is an ice cream shop. When you drive by it, you say in your head, are kids allowed in there, (because it looks like a casino) but it actually has a good arcade and there ice cream is really good. They have extra toppings if you want for a little bit more money.

Their Hot Fudge Sunday is the Biggest Ive ever had!The ambiance is TRULY TRIPPY!!Service is impeccable and the staff and owners are so warm and friendly!I always make it a point to take the kids when I visit Ft. Myers!

What a fun place with fabulous ice cream! Weve driven by a few times while in Fort Myers (we live in Port Charlotte) and Ive been wanting to stop in as ice cream is one of my favorite food groups. Today we stopped. We were greeted by Mack (I hope Im spelling that right). She was so friendly and outgoing, asked if we had been there before, let us know we could sample if we wanted. We got our ice cream, sat and ate it while we played Simon Says and laughed at how bad we played. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend it to all of our friends!

Wow!!! So fun! The owner was so friendly and the atmosphere was bomb. They had many sugar-free and dairy-free options. The “Trash Can” flavor (has 7 different candy bars in it) was my hubby’s favorite. They have an ice cream burrito that looks amazing! It’s wrapped up in cotton candy!

What a great atmosphere! Bob Marley was playing on 4/20! We were welcomed by the owner with a happy 420 I cant wait to go back. Im from Massachusetts and I can tell you that next time I go to Florida this will be one of the first places I visit. The ice cream was phenomenal. I got the cappuccino with Oreo pieces and when I finished I wanted another one but I couldnt because the servings were huge LOL. If you are in Florida you must stop at the trippy hippie!

I love the staff, atmosphere and icecream. I come here often and have never had a bad experience. Artwork near the bathroom is so powerful and beautiful and I love it and I wish I could tell the artist. But yeah icecream is made in house and when you eat it you can tell, also they always have new flavors.

Retro 60s decor, had to smile looking at posters on walls. Thinking I had some of them as a kid. Anyway very nice comfortable atmosphere, several flavors of ice cream, offered taste test if I wasnt sure. I like that add nice touch to service. Only one way into this locale head south on Mcgregor and its on your right just before the overpass of College Pkway.

I was really turned off by the staff not wearing a mask. If one is serving the public, one should be concerned about following guidlines to protect public health. Also, I thought the ice cream was rather pricey, even in a touristly area. Also, while they had many different flavors, most were vanilla-based (and/or just dyed vanilla ice cream). Overall, not really impressed.

Showed up to this little ice cream shop on a date. The owners were so incredibly friendly, the vibe of the place is awesome and laid back, there are plenty of arcade games as well as little games to play with on each table. The Ice Cream was delicious and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who wants a fun little place to stop by and have a scoop!
