Jessie took care of my order for my 2018 Nissan Altima and hooked me up with some real KILLER-looking Custom headlights. She went all out on them, blacked out, Halos, demon eyes, custom plate, led eyebrows, you name it.What I absolutely loved about these were the fact that she messaged me personally to ask if I was interested in being the first to try out a prototype design for the faceplates that fill in the original halogen space. Of course I was! I had complete trust in her to make them one of a kind, and boy lemme tell you, she did not disappoint! The side markers even had the sexy honeycomb overlay in the projector lenses, and I added the upgraded Bi-Xenon bulbs to still have hi/low beam functionality to go with all the flashy custom work.Absolutely no corners were cut and no compromises were made, custom work like this takes time, but I promise you it’s worth the wait. The packaging was immaculate and had plenty of padding to make sure they arrived at my door without a scratch, the wiring is solid and well done, this is probably gonna be one of the best looking mods you’ll ever do to your vehicle, and getting them done by HID Retrofit is the best choice you can make. Great products, if you need to get ahold of someone your best bet is to call, they have a great team that is very responsive. The quality of the product is hands down the best. Don’t expect for things to be done immediately. So be patient and just call to have an update. The best products always take the longest.

The customer service was decent. The lights took a little longer to arrive and the marker lights had to be re-shipped. Once everything arrived installation was very easy. I was hesitant to purchase these headlights due to the steep price tag but I decided to try them out.The shipping was quick and they were packaged well without any flaws. They were very easy and quick to install and fit very well into my 2019 Ram 1500. I had to adjust the alignment of the headlights slightly, which was fairly simple. The low beam projector headlights are definitely brighter than the factory headlights or any aftermarket lights. The bright lights are also my favorite time, extremely brightI have had them installed for a little over a month and frequently park outside and people always take a look at them and always comment how nice they are.I absolutely love they way these headlights look. It definitely makes your vehicle stand out compared to the rest. If you can get over the hefty price tag, these headlights will make a great addition to your Ram!

Will never order from them again. Poor customer service. They did not even attempt to solve the problem on $1100 custom headlights. They cannot be trusted and did not honor their lifetime warranty. They nothing about the issue as it was displayed on their website. They didn’t even consider that their product was defect and insisted on having the tech from a very reputable shop call them as they stated that ‘the tech doesn’t know what he was doing’. Rude. Talked fast and used the same line all the time like a broken record. Problem not solved and we lost the money

Absolutely a great or the best company todays date to deal with custom lightning. I got my 2020 silverado and they built these for me which i havent installed yet but will post pics soon right after installation. A few months ago I ordered a set of custom headlight assemblies for my 2013 Chevy Tahoe and when I received them they were absolutely amazing. These headlamp assemblies are complete led switchback including halos and the low beam is a true 5500k bright white hid just the way I custom ordered them. These headlight assemblies were not plug and play, 90% of anything that is custom ordered is usually never plug and play. In order to make these headlamp assembly’s fit I had to trim the core support so the hid igniter can clear and I also rewired the vehicle’s lighting system and modified the 3157 sockets so that the headlamp assemblies can operate the way that I wanted them to as you can see in the pictures and videos that I provided on the company’s website. Please keep in mind when ordering that it will take some time before receiving your assemblies because they have to be made from scratch. also when ordering a custom package like I did you must be knowledgeable with automotive repair or take it to a good automotive technician because you can fry the bcm of your vehicle when trying to modify the lighting system. I am a master ASE certified automotive technician with 36 degrees in automotive repair and it took me 5 hours to do this install on my Tahoe and it was well worth it !!!! The lighting output is extremely beautiful and bright and will not blind the person in front of you or oncoming traffic when adjusted properly. There is probably not another set of Tahoe headlight assemblies anywhere like mine. Job well done !!!!!!!! Sincerely Rafael.

I bought and installed my lights more than 5 years ago and never was able to do a review because i do wanted to test these for long time and assure the quality, they definitely deserve this review and my time because i have never had any single issue with them just people stopping me always asking when i got these lights everywhere i go. Just got my 2019 Subaru WRX Limited headlights done by HIDRetroFitKit and I have no words to describe the amazing work these people do! I already had LED lights but I have a vision in mind with the build and always wanted LED RGB controlled headlights and also blacked out so they would match my taillights (Black/Blue theme) and HID answered my call. I ordered custom headlights for my 2016 GMC Sierra and I can’t say enough about how amazing they turned out. They were well worth the paint and I couldn’t even put into words about how amazing their customer service is on top of it!!!

Ordered my lights for my 18 Outback and the light output is phenomenal. The led halos are super bright and everybody is asking where I got them from! I always say where to go to get the best lights in the us. I recommended this guy for sure!

The headlight housings look good and after some troubleshooting with the wiring, the high and low beams look great on our 2013 Suburban. The lights look like they were designed that way by Chevrolet and it was a factory option. The drivers side high beam Halo stopped working during the install, but the passenger side (wired the same) functions as intended. I verified 12+v at the wire tap for the Halo on the drivers side via multimeter, so I know it is getting power to at least the tap. I will continue to troubleshoot at a later time and will update the review then. The folks at HID Retrofit have been pretty responsive via text message on a Saturday to help troubleshoot wiring issues. That is service you wont see elsewhere.Lessons learned:-GM polarity is reversed on highs and lows wiring. The yellow wire is the negative and the black is positive, and consequently the poles on the plug are backwards.-You have to cut the factory low beam pigtail off and solder in a 9006 pigtail for it to connect to the ballast-The housing mounting tabs seemed to have sagged from the baking process to separate the housings-There is not a lot of room behind the headlight housing for the wires and ballasts. It took some moving around of the wires with my fingers to get the housings to sit right.All in all, I would buy these again if Im in need for another vehicle.

Employed HID to build custom headlamps for my 2005 Ford Excursion. Even at the start of the COVID Pandemic, HID RETROFIT turnaround was reasonable and well worth the wait. If you have the imagination, they can build anything!

So I had upgraded my low bean headlight bulbs on 2016 Civic about 3 years ago with Hidretrofitkit bulbs and they have been awesome. But it was time to replace one of the bulbs so was going to purchase another set when I came across 360 degree LED bulbs. The common LED headlight bulbs are basically just 2 sides and they utilize the reflectors in the headlight to throw bright light forward. These take the illumination to the next level by have LEDs on every side (360 degrees) to maximize the light output. I personally did feel like these were a bit brighter that my old LED bulbs and at pretty much the same price range, I definitely recommend these for anyone looking to upgrade their low bean headlight bulbs from the stock halogens.

These are even better than advertised. EVERYTHING works as it should and the DRLs are beautiful. Headlights increase truck appeal whether they are on or off. The sequential turn signals are everything. Worth every penny.

I had a couple of issues with getting my lights turning on with the halos. I couldn’t make anything to work myself due to I was missing a driver so I contacted Jessy at hid retrofit kit and they sent me the missing part overnight. The customer service was sent excellent.

I ordered the blacked out hid led halo headlights and they turned out amazing. I opted out of the entire black and glad I did. With the silver only around the headlights my projectors are stunningly bright and perfect for my driving on the beach at night. The led halos turned out sick. I had a small hiccup with one that didnt function properly but HIDRetrofitKit helped me every step of the way with facetime, phone calls, and text. They sent spare parts to help and even rush ordered my part back to them to fix the issue. In less than 2 months I have custom lights that I love and they complete the look on my blacked out Toyota 4Runner! Absolutely recommend them.

Beware stay away from this company. Based on all the 5 star reviews (published by the company to falsely make themselves look good) and a decent looking website I was fooled and decided to go through these people to get some custom headlights with LED DRLS the site was reassuring and claimed to have a warranty on everything so it looked legit but this is hands down one of my worst customer experiences I ever had. The labor was very over priced and the work came back mediocre with leftover glue residue everywhere. It took them nearly 4 months for them to send me my housings, and a plethora of emails to get updates from them. After only a month of ownership one of the drivers failed on my drls and the company refused to replace them under the so called “warranty” and after many emails asking for a replacement and instructions they went cold and won’t respond to me. Biggest waste of money. If I were you I’d take your hard earned money elsewhere. Stay away!!

Amazing service!!! I was working on my first retrofit and quickly learned that I needed an expert to complete this project for me. I happened to be heading to his area for a work trip and was going to be in town for a limited amount of time. I explained my situation and gave him all the parts that I purchased for my diy HID project. He worked late that night to get my headlights completed before I left town.
