This place is the best they 100% price match with no issue. My salesman was Joe S. he was great made sure I got the best deal and emailed me with suggestions for like fixtures that were cheaper. Just a class act never had a bad experience here.

Spent the last two days looking locally for a replacement part for an outdoor light. None of the big box stores carried the parts, none of the local hardware stores carried the parts. As a last resort we tried the local lighting suppliers. Two of the three were simply obnoxious. They didn’t make any effort to help (other than sell us a complete new fixture), but our last stop was awesome! The ladies at Lighting First said we do not carry a lot of replacement parts—-but let me check with our manager. She left for a few minutes and came back with two options—both will wrk with our choice of “heavy duty” or “standard” type of hardware.So the big question how much? The response—“nothing, just take them”. Sheesh—-I can’t say how much I appreciated that effort. Had we been required to purchase a new fixture—it wouldn’t be one—but 5 additional fixtures to match at a total cost of well over $1200 plus installation.These guys and gals have earned our business forever—-it is so exciting to know that the business practices that made this country what it is today are still in effect. Great job, can’t express how pleased we are to have found Lighting First!

One word, WOW! I will never shop anywhere else. My husband and I were in on Wednesday and had no idea what we were looking for really. Genie was the woman who helped us and my goodness this staff is knowledgeable. She helped us pick new fans for our bedrooms because the ones we have were very outdated. She made our experience a breeze and made us feel so welcome. Great Job Lighting First! We will be back!

Go see Ciara! She helped me find the perfect chandelier for my master bedroom sitting area. I was trying to find something that would tie with the existing fixtures in the master bedroom, like the ceiling fan over the bed that has a very artistic look. She helped me find the perfect look as I was lost as to what to put in the space. I will definitely be back for anything else I need in the future!

Don’t appreciate being cut off and almost killed by one of your drivers on I-75. This is after they were tailgating the guy next to us. License plate of driver is DYN P21! I also have pictures of the vehicle and license plate.

Great place for lighting and ceiling fans. We pretty much had a custom ceiling fan made for out bedroom at a very reasonable price. The salesman was kind, patient and very helpful with the colors that would match. Other places we stopped in at, seemed to have all the same fans. Highly recommend Lighting First.

Today Travis and Todd came to my home to see why the fan i bought from lighting First was noisy as i was suspicious it was the fan but they were quickly able to see the problem which was not the fan but the poor installation by a private electrician and i finally have a quiet fan like it should be. lesson learned. let the real professionals from Lightening First do the installation.

First, the selection of lighting fixtures is excellent and the sales team knows their stuff. But even more importantly they stand behind the products they sell. I had a recent issue with a dining room fixture which was causing problems after installation. I had my electrician test the circuit and he determined the fixture was the problem. I brought it back to the store, they bench tested it and found the problem. They ordered a new one for us, and offered to deliver and install it for free. No hassle return !

Attractive merchandise in a variety of styles .The staff was awesome! They were so cheerful, friendly and helpful, which is very rare . It made the shopping experience fun!!

I would not go back. They have plenty of sales help, but they actually do not offer to help you in any way. They were annoyed when asked a question, they pretended not to have the options I requested until I pointed them out where they were on the floor. Their installation prices are much higher than others and from my experience they just dont have any knowledge of the products they are selling.

Their business representative, Carli, helped me quickly, proficiently and narrowed my search to my needs.
