JBA made me a three D tail light came out GREAT James is a great guy easy to work with and they are fixing my rear wheel and checking my swing arm out his shop is clean and organized I like the way he does business they are a bunch of great guys

James and his crew did a great job. My 2007 Thunder Mountain Keystone chopper with about 20,000 miles needed a whole overhaul. From new tires, wires, hoses, paint, etc., I now have what looks like a new bike. And, is it gorgeous....and runs great! James loves his work, takes pride and ownership in all he does. I trust him, which is the ultimate compliment.

At first I was skeptical.Not only did they pick up my bike they delivered it back to me.My bike was in horrible shape mechanically. JBA CYCLES brought it back to life. It runs stronger than ever.Professional, HONEST, reliable but more importantly, priced right.

I initially used this shop for a full service. Parts were to be ordered and I was to come back to drop off bike. Instead, bike was kept and I was without the bike for 2 weeks for a simple 3 hole service. I did need a tire as well and was toldI needed a belt and battery. I lookup the values of these items all together and I understand any business needs to make a profit. I never received a quote, bike was held 2 weeks, then slapped with a surprise bill. Total rip off joint and paid for these items 1/2 of the value of the bike.

James was great. I was looking for parts that would take harley 2 weeks to get. he got them in one day. also the whole crew there was very helpful.

I called for a part and the employee/owner went absolutely above and beyond to help me. Greatly appreciated!!!

Wouldnt put a front tire on my bike because it wasnt road worth. Excuse was that between my fork seals leaking and a bad back tire he wouldnt put my front tire on for me came in with the tire and the bike and complained about how i didnt buy the tire off of him so he could make a couple extra bucks

I just took my GSX1250fa in for fluid service and new tires...What a great experience! My brakes feel way better now that I have clean fluid in them and my tires are awesome, especially with Ride-On balancing and puncture gel in them!!!Before, even balanced with weights, my ride was awful on the highway, but with NO WEIGHTS on the rims and Ride-On in the tires, my ride is almost as smooth as glass!! The best part, if I pick up a nail in the tire, the gel will seal it so I won’t have a flat!Thanks James for hooking my ride up!

JBA Customs Motorcycle shop in Ft Myers Florida is a excellent service center for Harley Davidson and other manufactures. My experience with JBA Customs is very positive and below is my experience.At the beginning of March prior to Daytona bike week my 2003 ultra classic 100th anniversary Harley Davidson motorcycle broke down due to a clutch cable failure. Even though I was 3/4 of a mile away from the Harley Davidson dealership in Ft. Myers they were not able to help me to get my bike up and runnin. Reason being once my motorcycle was in their service shop they indicated that they do not work on Harley Davidson motorcycles that are older than 15 years . I was told this is a new rule in place for 2020 however they did answer all my questions and able to turn me on to a local service shop by the name of JBA Customs and they towed my motorcycle approximately 10 miles over to JBA Customs at no cost.James which is the owner of JBA Customs currently have motorcycles in the shop that he’s working on and I indicated that I was trying to get to Daytona bike week we were able to get a clutch cable delivered to his shop and his Service Shop & inspected my motorcycle and saw other issues pertaining to safety of driving the motorcycle. A front tire that was starting to show dry rotting and also my drive belt had a hole in it. He explained to me it thoroughly and we ordered the parts and they were replaced within about 24 hours .I picked up my motorcycle during the beginning of Daytona bike week and upon heading to the interstate my brand new front tire went flat .Within a few minutes James picked up the motorcycle delivered back to the shop found out is a bad tire valve replaced it and got me on the road as soon as possible .

At JBA they are very professional and make you feel like family. No job is to big or small for them, they will fix it when others cant or wont. James the owner is a stand up guy and can make your bike truly stand out in a crowd. Kudos to James !!

Brought my Harley in to replace my steering stem bearings which should have been serviced at the dealer prior to my purchase. But that’s another story. James, Steve and Al treated me great and fixed the problem better than new. Highly recommended these guys!

Best custom shop in Lee County. I have a Harley Street Glide that James personally did the work on. There is nothing they cant do . I highly recommend stoping in and see the work they do. No work is to big or small for this shop. The entire staff is friendly and always helpful. I will only do my custom, maintenance, service work with JBA. Harley dealer is a complete waste of money.Ian

Just had a bunch of work done on my bike here. They are very thorough and down to earth cool people. Im glad I found a shop I can trust finally.

Possibly the best custom shop on the gulf coast. The owner/builder is passionate about bikes and his detailed work proves it.He also works on ATVs as well as Baggers, sport bikes, Cruisers, etc.The also have an in-house dyno machine to make sure the motors are as done tuned as the body work.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Quality workmanship! Best custom shop in the area.

Had a tire replaced they did it very fast and informed me about a liquid they put in tire that balances the tire and will plug any hole by itself service was also very friendly and efficient

These guys are a joke, took them 1month and a half to do nothing..... Charge me 2 hours of work while they didnt do anything, no cantact.... They wont work on your bike unless its a 50k dollar bike ......
