Monk the owner will take very good care of you! He is very fair with his pricing and the customer service here is top notch with no pressure to buy! He will also ship your bike out to you!

I Feel like they did a bait and switch on me. They told me it would be one price and then when we get in there its something else. Went in with tire on rim to switch with tire and rim already on the bike.First they said it would be $20, then I was told it would be$40, after I Told them I needed new bearings. They said it would be $30 for the bearings. So total we were assuming$70. As we were driving to go pick it up they call me and tell me the rim is bent. I say how? It wasnt bent when I dropped it off. I get there and they say no the rim isnt bent the brake disc is bent. No thats not it they come back and say actually the disc is the wrong size. They had my bike for a week never mentioned that it was the wrong size before had the Rim for a week as well with the bike. I had to suggest to them to switch the disc from my old rim to the new one. It worked to the tune of $185!!!! So it went from $20 to $40 to $70 to $185 never go in there they will rip you off. One ticked Harley Davidson Rider

Tony at West Coast Cycles in Fort Myers proved to be an absolute Godsend. He is knowledgeable, honest, and an easy person with whom to work. He knew exactly what to inspect on my beloved older model Honda Valkyrie Interstate, exactly what additional items needed to be checked for deterioration when he discovered certain worn systems, and exactly how everything on the bike needed to be fixed. The result: Tony and his people succeeded in making a twenty year old bike run like new. And he did it for less than two-thirds of the estimate I received from other repair facilities. Because West Coast Cycles has been well discovered and is now very well trusted, you may have to wait a few weeks for them to work on your bike, but the service, value, and trust are well worth the wait.

REPUTABLE, HONEST and GREAT to deal with!! Purchased a 2011 Road King from Tony and Rob. I live in PA. and 1st time I every purchased long distance without seeing the bike or meeting the seller. Tony and Rob were absolutely patient with me and ALWAYS available to answer MANY of my questions. They understood my concerns with the logistics of the purchase and transporting and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. They described the bike 100% spot on and when I received it, I was NOT disappointed at ALL!! If you NEVER purchased from afar and like what they have, go for it! They are GREAT guys to deal with. My only regret is that I dont live close or they would be doing ALL my motorcycle repairs/modification without a doubt! Truly, one of the GOOD GUYS!!!

Extremely rude woman on the phone! Called to see if they could get tires for my Yamaha, she wouldn’t give me a price, and told me to go to SunSports. I told her I didn’t want to drive that far on bad tires, and that they were recommend to me. She told me that they charge the same as SunSports and I already have the price if I’m calling around. I explained that I can’t be sure they would be using the same tire as SunSports and would like to have them check. She told me I’m just making people run around to get prices I already have and wouldn’t give me a price! If I wanted to go to SunSports I would have, I obviously wanted to give them my business but make sure they had the tire and for a reasonable price before I go there! They obviously don’t want any business besides Harley’s so don’t bother if that’s not what you have. So rude!

The only reason for the 2 stars and not 1 is the employees and owner were friendly and nice people. I talked to owner the previous day about dropping my Road King off for a clutch adjustment in the morning and picking back up after work since my shop is just a few blocks away. I dropped bike off at 9am and was asked what time I would be off work to ensure it would be ready for me and said 4pm at the latest. I had a co worker drop me off to pick it up at 3:50 pm and the bike hadnt been touched yet, no big deal as owner told me that would get it in shortly. I waited in office for about 25 mins and then they took it back. Honest to god they literally had my bike in their shop for less than 15 mins and came out and told me they couldnt adjust it and had to go into the primary to figure out what the issue with the clutch was.. I left their very disappointed as they put forth no effort to trouble shoot and decided to run over to Paladin Cycles in N. Ft. Myers who my father has used for years on his Harleys. Nelson, the mechanic over thier took my bike into the shop about 10 mins after showing up without a appointment and with in 30 mins had my clutch adjusted perfect while never removing primary cover and just messing with internal adjustment screw and clutch cable. Now this tells me one of two things, either West Coast Cycles didnt have the knowledge and experience with Harleys to make the adjustment or they did not really care about a new customer. It was a total waste of my time.

Man Tony does not mess around, I told him my issues on my bike, he had me drop it off the next morning to get right down to buisness. He has even done more than what I asked, he is the mechanic u want. Even if u have to wait I because there a week or 2 out just hang in there it’s well worth the wait for an honest mechanic

The owner and i talked about what i do with my Harley Davidson (pull a trailer) alot of weight and REALLY listened to what wanted and the results after he tuned on the dyno and tuned it to fit EXACTLY what i wanted.
