When they say they open at 8 don’t believe them. They get here at 8 then you have to wait 10 minutes for them to open. How hard is it to be open when you are supposed to? The lady was nice but just taking her sweet time like nobody else has things to do.
I tried to ship an item to Canada through another UPS franchise and was denied service. This franchise on the other hand welcomed my business. They were friendly, attentive to detail, and proficient providing this service. I highly recommend this location.,
I go in here occasionally and the staff always goes above and beyond to make it a nice experience. I never thought I would enjoy mailing things but the team here knows what good customer service is all about.
Just came in to return something and lady at the desk was extremely rude for no reason. Horrible ServiceAdding to the response. I returned it at a different ups store and they had no problem returning it because i was personally paying for the return. They explained that just because it was shipped from fedex doesn’t mean it had to go back through them. They explained i have the option of choosing where i want to return because i am paying for the return. So again very rude and horrible service at this precise location. There was also no resistance or persistence i was simply asking why there was an issue because i did not understand. The employee responded very rudely to ever single one of my genuine questions.
Friendly staff and great service. I get a lot of printing done at this UPS store and they always have prompt service and are willing to help with any project I may have.

Had notary service and fax service done. The notary put the date of commission expiration as the date of the signature on one of the notary certifications and put the correct date on the other notary certification. The document I had to submit was rejected because of the mistake. I had to return to this location to get the document corrected and resubmitted. This delayed the completion of the transaction and I had to go out of my way to return to this location. One of the notary charges was refunded the other was not because the manager said the service was provided Correctly on the one They should have refunded my money for the entire transaction because it was their fault. I wont use this location again!

Be cautious if renting a mailbox for a business here. You cannot list the address of this mailbox on Google, per their guidelines. And, your business listing will be removed from Google searches. Ive already had an extensive conversation with them. And, there are no exceptions.I called the UPS store within one hour of renting the mailbox, asking if there was any way to cancel. The ink was barely dry on the paper. I was even willing to split the difference with them for their troubles. I was given a firm No.Its definitely my fault for not knowing the Google guidelines. But, I feel its a bit tacky to not even try to help, after having left their store only one hour prior.Just wanted to alert any future customers who intend on using this as a business mailing address.In regards to response: Please feel free to contact me with a solution. None has been offered. Thanks.
The young man with long hair was overly polite and my service was above and beyond. Terrific experience. Tape your packages before you show up folks!
Last time I went in they told me I don’t need to bring my own tape in the future that they’ll just tape it up for me. Well went in today and they wanted to charge me $1 to tape 10 inches on a box. Or I could buy my own new role for $4.25 with tax. Thanks for lying and scamming me out of what should be a free return. I would’ve brought my own had someone been truthful.

I always see Corey at this store (and he is awesome!), but no matter who is there youre taken care of quickly, your needs are met (or even anticipated before you ask), and the staff are knowledgeable about their services & related info. I go out of my way to go to this UPS store.

Called this store for some help with tracking a package and it turned out to be the wrong store but damn if they didn’t work with me for 20 minutes anyway and help me solve the problem. Great customer service.
I’ve never been charged for them to tape a box... been renting books via chegg & returning through UPS with prepaid for 7 years. Very petty, obviously specific to this owner/location & I’ll drive out of my way from now on for CUSTOMER SERVICE. $1 for them to tape or $4 to buy a roll from them.
