Very knowledgeable and friendly. Her advice and care above beyond to take care of the customer. I had to ship a VERY HEAVY car seat back to the manufacturer for replacement and she helped me trough the process. Then when it was sent back to me she made calls and found out why it was returned to me, which was the manufacturerwho rejected the package and sent a new one anyway. She went out of her way to get me answers she didnt have to.

These guys have everything. They are the only post office agent in the area, super convenient. They also have other services like UPS, FEDEX & DHL. I have been shipping here since they opened in 2005. I also have one of their mailboxes. Kathy and Jim are always helpful. No long lines, fast friendly service near the Gateway area.
