Quick in and out for dropping off mail. Good experience overall but they were unable to provide a receipt for what was dropped off.

Convenient little spot right near my house. A lot of times there is a line like any other post office but they move it along very quickly. Barely ever have to wait long at all. Plus it’s more of a privately run post office so it’s run much better than a federally owned spot.

They wont answer the phone!!!! After many rings I get a machine asking for a remote access code??? What the heck is that? I just want to talk to a real LIVE person!!! Service is the absolute worst!!!!!

This place used to be the best. The staff there always seemed knowledgeable. Now, there is a new lady in there with an accent who makes a huge fuss out of the simplest tasks and had never been able to provide a service for me. She always says something cannot be done when it can. I dont know if she just isnt good at her job, but she changed the whole atmosphere in there. Shes the first one to speak up and point out why she cant do her job. I miss the old staff that just helped you without the mejor attitude.

I never leave reviews but the level of disrespect I received, If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a manager/employee at a USPS. I have been coming here for a long time and before Christmas I come to drop my package and get refused by the person working 12/21/20 10:30 AM shoving my package in my face saying I need to drop this off at another location because she didn’t want to deal with me. This person deserves to be fired who does that.

I love this Post Office !! The woman with the accent (Latino?) is most helpful and very Customer Oriented!! She exhibits Trust which is why I drive 4 1/2 miles out of my way to go here to mail packages or envelopes that need to be weighed or have a certified or tracking sticker.There are a few small post office locations nearby (in strip malls) that dont seem reliable to me. I can walk to a few; however Id rather drive to 8841 College Parkway.[Something confusing to me about this Fort Myers Beach area (South Fort Myers) and its not just with me. Natives from here have told me that often packages are never delivered, checks they mail are lost, legal and regular mail isnt found even if it is shown on USPS Informed Delivery. I am still waiting for items that Im sure are lost somewhere. I dont know if its incompetence, thievery, or just not caring].Im glad that THIS Post Office (at 8841 College Prkwy) is consistent and reliable.Its worth my time to travel out of my way to go there!!

Was great for a while but recent changes have taken my business elsewhere after numerous sent out packages have been misdelivered, lost, of simply Sitting somewhere and even though they are insured and they were the last to handle my packages they still don’t want to take responsibility. It is what it is. Not worth the buyers complaints. Two day priority prepaid should not be still in pending shipment scan mode after a week. Multiple buyers upset for too long

Unlike the cold impersonal personnel at the Govt. Post Offices, this privately owned business/Post Office has upbeat, smiling people that seem to genuinely enjoy their job. Helpful and kind is unbeatable!

They didnt deliver my mail for a reason I dont know and told me that they returned it to the sender. When I got back at the sender who proved me it hasnt been returned to them yet, I contacted them. Then, they just told me that the last location they could track it down was Fort Meyers and they dont know where it must have gone from there. It was a package that contained my passport. I am very frustated. They must have lost it and just dont care about me who has to travel.

This place is just fine. The people working here are nice (reviews to the contrary are old) and service is prompt and helpful.If youre a film buff, the interior atrium of the building is right out of a 50s movie.I wouldnt blink if Bogart and Bacall were seated at a table under the potted rubber trees.

The staff is fast and friendly, particularly the guy with the beard. Unfortunately, I didnt ask for his name, but lets call him Steve. Steve was great! I had to ship out some very heavy 5 gallon buckets to CA for hiking resupplies and he helped me get everything taken care of.

Surprised at some of these reviews. They must have changed a few things in the 2 years since the last review, because my visit went fine. The person at the counter greeted me with a smile and was friendly through the whole experience, which went quickly.

Ignore these outdated reviews. I prefer going to this location at The Atrium over Page Field any day. The smaller size of the facility means faster service. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and on several occasions have advised me on cheaper ways to ship using USPS.

I ended renting a mailbox here, after being told that the Atrium would be the closest! I agree with many of these messages. Not friendly, kind, or respectful, when you ask a question! They treat you as though your stupid, putting them out by asking a question and rude. I have had a mailbox for a month and just not nice to deal with and truly wish I had driven the extra miles, to go to Pagefield!! The other day, I drove up to come into get my mail, like 10:15 and saw the mailman in the back of the post office. I went in, checked my mail, no mail and then proceeded to ask, Just saw the mailman when I pulled up. Has the mail been delivered, or should I wait? Older man, says did you check your mail, that should tell you, if you have mail lady! Wow, nasty, rude! All I wanted to know is, that if that was the mailman for them, that I wait!! A simple, nice, yes, or no, would have been a proper response!!!

I use this post office location on a regular basis, the people working here are very nice and helpful. Its more like a private owned post office location and beats the long slow lines at Page Field or the Orange place on 6 Mile Cypress.

I used to go here out of convenience even though they are RUDE and seem to dislike helping people. But Ive vowed NEVER to go back, they dont like to take the time to offer alternative pricing rates and several times I discovered after the fact that I could have paid less. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO if I could. And when I discussed the problem I had with the page field office the supervisor said the Attium location was wrong in the way they handled my situation and what they told me. They lost one of my packages and said tuff luck since I didnt insure the package. But what really burned me was that they wouldnt refund the postage i paid for them to NOT DO THEIR JOB. They told me if I dont pay for insurance (to make sure they handle my package correctly) that its too bad if it gets lost. Its like you have to pay the extra or they dont care if your package gets to its destination - what business can get away with charging a fee for a service and if they dont perform they get to keep the fee too! Highway robbery!
