This location is well maintained and organized. They have a good range of baby to young childrens clothing. Their toy inventory has always been limited every time I have gone. The staff is friendly and gives realistic wait times when selling.

The store offers great deals and has a decent selection. However the employees have a lot to learn about customer service. I go in every couple of weeks and every time that I visit I either pay cash or I use Samsung pay, however today I was told I was not allowed to tap and pay for no given reason. I would understand this if they could give me a reason. I own a business and tap and pay does not cost me or other employers that I know any extra money to offer the payment service. When asked why they were so annoyed I just got a shrug shoulder and the employee named Taylor who waited on me really couldnt have cared less about my questions or even make eye contact with me. She was the rudest person Ive ever encountered in a retail establishment, hands down.

Just like the Naples location, this place is neatly organized by color and size and they have a HUGE selection of items. However, big difference from the Naples location are the employees. Not the best, they all seemed stressed and annoyed with the customers.

Big store. lots of stuff to choose from clothing prices were great. Toy prices maybe a little steep.

I like the store itself but some of the part timers seemed to hate their job. They look miserable.

My wife loves this place.. we always find super nice clothes for our kids some of them are brand new.. prices are really good and they are always looking for items to sell so you can take your used items there and theyll pay you for them.

Megan was very helpful in helping us with our baby swing. She was very patient with letting us try the swings that we wanted before we finally settled on a beautiful swing that she recommended. On the plus side my daughter loves it too!! We also bought a baby bed for our toddler, and Shelby helped us with bringing it to our vehicle and helping us put it in. I have been shopping at once upon a child for over 2 years and I’ve never had a bad experience with the store or the staff. Because of the many useful staffs working there to make sure that our experience always go well I will always continue shopping at the store. 10 stars if I could but unfortunately I can only give 5 ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟💫

This is my favorite place in all of Fort Myers! Been a Grammy of 4 children this place allowed me the opportunity to always buy them the best in shoes clothing toys and books... I love ONCE UPON A TIME ... and so do my babies!!!! Plus they always always look adorable! PLUS THE STAFF IS ALWAYS PROVIDES SERVICE WITH A SMILE!!!! Great selection of kids clothing in any size. Very affordable, and great sales/incentives. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. I have sold items here several times and it has always been a good experience.

My offer $8.25 for a full box of toys but it wasn’t an offer because they didn’t have the things I dropped off if I didn’t agree to the $8.25 what a scam. Next time just going to list my daughters toys on market place.

Not worth selling your clothes here, might as well sell them personally to other parents. Definitely marking prices up too high for profit, especially for what they give you. Don’t waste your time.

Were normally very happy with Once Upon a Child but todays experience was different as when we walked in with our four-year-old daughter, who had to go pee, the mod quickly informed us that there restrooms were closed?! I said its not for us its for our four-year-old. She again simply said are restrooms are closed. It was said in a very rude matter-of-fact manner which was unnecessary. Not to mention, I have not heard of a single case worldwide of covid-19 being spread from a toddler peeing in the bathroom to anybody else causing illness and or death! The drama was a little bit much and quite annoying as we had to drive 2 miles to find a facility that would allow a four-year-old to pee. We then went back because we needed to get some new clothes for our daughter and I heard two more parents that had come in shopping with their toddler asking if they can let their child use the restroom and every single time the employees were extremely rude even respondeding in astonishment from being even asked to use the restroom! I am a former Homeland Security agent who has been vaccinated with everything imaginable Under the Sun as I have seen everything imaginable under the sun. These things occur when ignorant panicky people are given too little information and make ridiculous decisions for themselves! This will have been our last trip to Once Upon a Child. And I assure you over the years between all three of our children we have spent thousands of dollars at this location! 😠 BTW, covid-19 comes from mucous membranes and being coughed or sneezed into the air it does not come from small childrens bums or their peepers! Im now wondering if they are testing their employees every single day for covid-19 because I cant imagine that all those girls have to hold their pee for 8 hour shifts?! This level of ignorance and over-reaction is astonishing to me.

Talk about a shopping high. Lots of high-end clothes to choose from. Great prices, and very well organized. Sizes were easy to find, and staff was there to help. Check out was easy and quick. My outfits that I picked out averaged about$6. Clothes were like new no spots or fading.

I took clothes there last month. Most of them were brand new but I had taken the tags off. They were in great condition. My son didnt like how long the shorts were. I dont think they took any of the clothes. I got home, read the reason why they didnt take them, - pet hair. I dont know how thats possible unless my sons hamster climbed up her glass cage, unlocked it, opened it, went outside with my keys, and rolled around the clothes in my car. There was no hair on the clothes. The place is a joke and the women there act like they are better than you. Id rather donate the clothes to someone in need.

Today was my first time ever going to Once Upon a Child! People told me they had cute clothes which they do. But their employees arent so good. Shelby Sinclair (the manager on duty) and Kenya Armstrong was making fun of my 8 year old daughter in front of the whole store! She had tried on some pants and yes my kids feet did stink. She had been at school all day and I picked her up from after schools. She had been out in the heat running around. For 2 employees to make a sense in the front of the store after my daughter leaves the fitting room is unacceptable. Laughing so loud and saying how her feet stink so the whole store can hear it is wrong. That should not be acceptable from employees!

Some blonde girl who works there has a very bad attitude. I asked her name and I think she said it was Taylor...Very rude and ignored us..She was using fowl language outside as well on the phone. Wont ever go here again

Place is very organized. I sell my kids clothes and they only accept clean and almost new items which I think says a lot about this place. Love to shop here and save a few bucks and they have great stuff!

Great place to shop. Babies grow so fast that most of the items are like new! Great prices and finds.

You’re better off at a yard sale or Facebook marketplace. Weather you’re buying or selling it’s simply not worth it. I don’t know how they even have any stock because they don’t buy anything they’ll take a few things give you a couple bucks and ask if you want to buy stuff so they don’t actually have to pay you. Go to goodwill to buy used kids stuff

I usually do well reselling here. I do really sort my childrens clothes before I take the and I also make sure they are very neat and in smaller bins before I take them to get the most bang for my buck. I find if I am super picky before I take my things to sell, that I get better amounts sold in the end. (I go ahead and remove any items that are slightly stained, have tiny holes, have irreparable scuff marks, or are just worn through. The associates really wont take anything like that unless you want to donate it.). It is cash in hand, so thats a perk. Good luck!

Its good place to buy but not to sell. They wanna take brand new jujube bag for $20 which is $180 and a brand new baby carrier for 10 which is 90 but they are selling those kind of used one for 50. But they say they give 30% of what they will sell. I will better donate it rather than sell it for cheap to them.

Love this place you can trade clothes for kids and move up sizes while they are growing and its much cheaper than buying brand new.

I love this store! I have been coming here for years for my kids. Its literally the first place that pops into my mind when I need something for my kids. The staff Is always helpful and are welcoming. They are very well priced on the big stuff strollers, cribs, toys ext. I also love that they have nice name brand clothes and shoes sometimes with the tag still on them, and a very wide selection of each section.

Great deals on gently used childrens clothes and items. I also love how they buy back gently used childrens clothes and items. They also have a loyalty card where you get a stamp for every 10.00 dollars purchased or sold and an extra stamp if you carry your purchase instead of using a bag. A completed card (20 stamps) rewards you with 20% off a single purchase.

I went in for the first time in my life to see how much I can get for clothes my baby grew out of. I had no issues with that I just couldn’t believe how rude every single person working there was. It was as if no one wanted to work or even talk to people. They seemed annoyed by my questions and acted as if they were better than anyone there. I will never step foot in that place again.

Owners are rude and CLEARLY do not like children in their children’s store. I have shopped at this particular store for 20+ years through multiple owners and even through changing locations and seen it change for the worst in many ways. They treat their customers awful and are just not nice people. Especially the older man that was so rude to my two-year-old for touching a toy. She literally pointed her finger and touched one of the many toys that were down and he told her that ‘unless her mom was going to buy it, she doesn’t need to touch it!’

I was in the store over the weekend. I must say, this store has changed a lot in the last few months. Before the new year, they had a much friendlier and outgoing staff. I used to come in maybe 2x or more a month but not now. Kayla, Missy and Mariam were the sweetest girls there that actually cared about customers. At least 4 maybe even 5 of those girls are gone now. Those girls are the kind of girls that should still be there running the store. The staff you have now is killing your business. More specifically, your manager (Shelbi?) that has pink hair with an attitude (and a stank face stare when something is said she doesnt like) is too immature and unprofessional. Step your game up or you will lose a ton of business. Hopefully, you will realize your customers are important and this beyond unprofessional. It is degrading your name!

Awesome! Love shipping there. Quality items for amazingly low prices. My only complaint/concern is that it is always so hot in the Fort Myers location!! I hate for them to lose a star because of the temperature, but they really do need to address it for the comfort of their customers.

Updated review 7/1/18: this store switched over from a 20 stamp card, receive 20% off program to an online app points program. Now you have to get 40 points to get 20% off. So instead of spending $200 =20% you now have to spend $400 =20% off.Not cool! I love this store and spend a lot of money here and feel like this is a bad marketing move. I would’ve been totally happy if the customer service was at least satisfactory. They took 30 minutes to inform me that “everything” I had is previously recalled. Returned my gatherings with items missing. To top it off all done unprofessionally and with lack of good customer service . I returned home concerned with having items that were “recalled” I went on a search to see it for myself. To find no recalls for any of the items I had presented.

I love this place!! They have such great deals on used clothing and children items. It does not have that consignment store smell either and is very well organized.

This is my favorite place to shop for my baby’s wardrobe. I went recently when they had 90% off on their clearance clothes and spent between 15-65 cents on each item. They always have some sort of deal going on, and I love their Fivestar point system. I’m a single mom so every penny counts! I’m able to buy name brand clothes (Carters is my favorite) and not feel stressed about it afterward. The staff are helpful and friendly too. The only negatives are that they don’t have a changing table in the nursing room and the shopping area can get extremely crowded.

Very bad experience. 2 employees were making fun of my 8 year old granddaughter. Was going to buy a cart full. That was until catching them making fun of her.

And at the register Shelby was very friendly and efficient in helping us to get out as soon as possible. She even assisted in helping take items to the car. Will definitely be returning!

Went in looking for a baby carrier and they had a great selection. The manager Shelby was so knowledgeable and patient with me. I couldn’t be any happier with my ergobaby 360 carrier.

I really do like this store I was there all the time until I went to sell to them and to be honest I will never try to sell to them again. When you are in the store looking and buying they are awesome but when I went to sell they to me became very snooty and they treat you like you are scum if they dont want your item. I understand they want quality and things go out of demand, but your demeanor still needs to be professional. before I would go once a week or at least every two weeks, now I only go in if i really need to get something for cheaper.

This location is okay. The girls are always helpful. I really enjoy he concept of OUAC, it actually gets my 8 yr old to not only organizing but actually able to throwing things out in exchange for money.

Whats not to love about selling your kids clothes theyve worn for 2 months and getting other ones for 1/5 the price? Its basically like renting clothes. Its a steal. Toys can be hit or miss but sometimes they have good selection.

I have been a customer of theirs since their Cape location years ago prior to them moving to Fort Myers. The clearance sales are the best and great way to stock up on common gently used items kids quickly grow out of such as onesies, jeans, athletic shoes, etc. Also, a great place to shop for special occasions (Easter, Christmas, etc.). I am proud to say I shop here at least once a month.

Good deals on gently used childrens items. Some prices are too high and it smells weird in there. Its a little cramped and some of the toy packaging makes it hard to see what youre buying.

Low ball offers on items you try to sell back to them. Good place to buy certain used baby items. I would recommend it for shopping, not selling.

Always a pleasure shopping here. The employees are friendly and helpful. Its not always easy shopping with the little one so being able to do so with all the smiling faces is a plus in itself.

This place is terrible. I purchased some clothing for my child on October 31 and I returned them the next day with my receipt because she wants me to do exchange I refused to do that and because of it she did not give me full refund. They are rude and very persistent. Very poor customer terrible I wish I could give them a zero stars. They will take your money and claiming you don’t have proper receipt when they are the one who gave it to you .

They give virtually nothing for the clothes they take in. Even really good clothes. They have some good deals on clothes for sale.

Took in 3 bags of clothes, they took 1 outfit! Their reasoning, worn, and out of style and missing pieces. They took 2 fleece onesies and a dino outfit. well first off some of the clothes on their shelves are stained, have pet hair, and stuff from outside on them, the clothes I brought in had no stains worn out buttons or anything, and its florida...what kid needs thick fleece footie pajamas, and how can you tell me you wont accept a shirt with no pants, yet you sell seperate shitts, pants, socks, shoes...where are those missing pieces and Ive tried to sell you one shirt that I seen on your shelf! Theyre all what you consider name brand Im done with once upon a child Im just going to give them away on fb

Good clothes but unlikely that youll be able to return them. Alot of the outfits are mismatch and the wont accept the mix matched outfits they sell
