It was my first time at Marble Slab Creamery, and I am ready to come back. The only thing we tried was the shakes, but they were absolutely delicious!We ordered a Coffee Shake and a Strawberry Shake.The Coffee Shake was by far the best shake out of the two — actually, it was the best shake I have ever tried anywhere. It was strong in flavor, and the texture was smooth. If you enjoy Starbucks frap, you should definitely try out Marble Slab Creamerys Coffee Shake!The Strawberry Shake was delicious, but it can be a bit overwhelming. If youre a strawberry addict, I would recommend their Strawberry Shake — there are real strawberries in it!It was my first time, but it wont be my last. I absolutely love their shake(s), and I cant wait to go back to try out their ice cream.

Have you all known about Marble Slab Creamery?? Why didnt you tell me! The aroma alone is worth the trip. I tried the Whiskey flavor mixed with Heath toffee pieces --- a taste combination of butter rum, horchata, and chocolate covered toffee -- elegant and decadent and dangerously addictive. Yum!! My daughter swears by a pairing of Cream with M&Ms. I cant imagine a bad combination, but believe frequent trips will be necessary, just in the interest of discovery, you understand. 😉

Well we drove 30 mins a cross town only cause Google said they were open and didn’t close till 11:00 pm and they were not just would’ve been nice if it was listed only gave them one star because we showed up like 9:08pm and wish they would’ve listened to what I was saying. I understand safety first

Terrible customer service. We left without even ordering anything. 3 employees and only one guy mixing ice cream for a family of 5. The other employees couldnt be bothered to help him or wait on us. We will not be back. We ended up going to another place for ice cream.

Today Sunday around 8pm I stopped by for a waffle cone. By accident I discovered that I could add banana and walnuts to vanilla ice cream. Wow it was perfect. Just under $5 for a real treat before a new work week. In the past I also had their brownie sundae. Friendly staff. The line can get busy but that’s to be expected. People love treats.

I get the whole mask thing Im not against it but I dont see the reason why this business requires masks when the whole time theyre making your ice cream they keep touching their mask. This older lady that was mixing my ice cream everytime she talked she would move her mask I find it disgusting and will not be coming here anymore . PS I didnt eat my ice cream I threw it out because I got grossed out.

I came to this location and they refused to serve me due to no mask. However, two people were getting ice cream neither one had a mask. The man came to tell me,”Sorry ma’am we require a mask and that other two were being helped by her(the worker making their ice cream) before I could say anyone.” I’m going to say this is horrible business!!!! We were humiliated and embarrassed by the way he yelled and was extremely rude. I would hope he was just having a bad day.

I went to this location with full intentions on getting my family some ice cream for a Friday night treat but unfortunately, fear propaganda seems to be what this business wants to continue to push. I didn’t even put my car in park because despite Governor Abbott removing the unnecessary mask mandate for a virus with 99% recovery rate, your business decides to STILL force its customer, to wear an unnecessary, fear mongering, politically motivated mask.Goodluck with your future business! But I’m sure, just like the employees you have working for you, enough sheep will continue to help keep y’all doors open.

I wish i could leave no stars,i went into this location as they opened the worker never greeted us,i understand she had just opened however i have worked retail 20yrs plus if you are busy at least greet your customer,we left as we were not acknowledged coming in or going out

Although they are pricey I enjoy their ice cream and always get a ton of mix ins. They usually only have one person working and a long line when I go. I do not recommend going if you are in a rush in the evenings. Even when I go earlier in the day they are slower than most ice cream shops.

The experience was ok. Just wish the worker wore gloves when doing my ice cream.

Marble Slab has become my wife and mine my favorite place to grab ice cream. We both love the unlimited mix ins. I love that they will put your name on a list for your favorite flavor when its made and give you a call. Looking forward to my next trip.

Delicious sweet cream Froyo with Almonds

Cool little ice cream place. The girl after me sampled like 6 flavors then didnt buy any. She sucks... Anyway only reason not 5 star is cause my snickers shake had a ton of snickers at the bottom. It would be cool if there was a way to blend it into the rest of the shake.

My boyfriend and I visited this location on July 30th at around 6:30pm. There was a young man and young woman working. There were a lot of people, so there was a wait, but my boyfriend and I didnt mind and its not their fault there were a lot of people.However, we are in the middle of a pandemic and there were well over 25 people in this tiny establishment. Why arent there Xs on the floor? I havent gone to a single business that had so many people in such a small space. Why not have Xs on the floor and then Xs on the outside of the shop to make a line? People were basically a foot away from each other. Why not have a take a number system and just call people by their number? Or using the texting system where people can input their phone number and theyll get a text when theyre next in line? Whats the excuse?Now, lets just hypothetically excuse the fact that the building is small, so since its hard to stand six feet apart, they just dont enforce it at all. And they may not enforce it so that customers dont take out their inconvenience on the employees (which is terrible on the customers part). The one thing that can and is supposed to be enforced by law is the mandate to wear a mask when inside a business.If the business cant help to not stand six feet apart, you should be enforcing your employees to be wearing their masks. The young man was wearing his mask pretty much on his chin. You could clearly see his mouth and his nose and upon further inspection, he was also wearing his mask inside out and upside down. I can understand that it can get hot under the mask and it can make it difficult for people to understand what youre saying under the mask, but there is absolutely no excuse to not be wearing a mask right now. There are people who work in extreme conditions and have underlying health conditions that are STILL wearing their masks appropriately. There is no excuse to not be wearing a mask, ESPECIALLY when you are working with peoples FOOD.The young woman was wearing her mask appropriately. However both of them were not wearing gloves either. I question if the people in this business have their Food Handling Licenses, because when handling food, you should always be wearing gloves.We are in the middle of a pandemic and Texas is a hotspot for COVID-19, with numbers growing daily. In the nation there have been over 130,000 deaths. I would hope that the business and their employees would take this seriously.I will no longer be going to this location and if you care about your loved ones during this pandemic, I highly suggest you dont come to this location either.

Love coming to marble slab for a end of day treat to myself. I remember the times before marble slab. Only one out of the way ice cream shop. Truly a time of sadness. But almost like a hero come to save the day, marble slab appeared and slew my need for iced cream! ... Basically, this place rocks!

Sorry to say when you see a business displayed a sign no mask no service and when you walk in and a customer wasnt wearing no mask and they still got served . My service was good and quick but to noticed what was going on around me I was angry. I also noticed Employees werent wearing gloves.

When I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, one employee had a mask on and the other had a mask covering his mouth but not his nose. Neither employee wore gloves and wiped hands on a dirty apron repeatedly.

My friend and I were looking for a place for dessert after dinner, and chose marble slab because it is delicious. We walked in and waited in line for 15 minutes, only to realize we were on the wrong side of the line. We weren’t warned or greeted by the 2 person staff. Once we found our way to the other side of the line, our orders were taken, only to be ignored when asking to add an ingredient to our ice cream. They even looked at us! They said nothing and 3 minutes later said, “oh! Yeah I’ll add that” then they placed the ice cream on the counter and went to the back only to snicker and laugh. We left emberassed, but the ice cream was delicious!

I visited during a busy period. There were six other customers besides me. They got my order right but the girl that gave it to me wasnt friendly maybe because she was stressed. The ice cream was okay but a little pricey. Four something for a small. I would rather go to the paleteria closer to my house and get handmade pecan ice cream for half the price. Still this place has a good selection of ice cream and items to add in. They were fast enough that I made it back to work during my lunch break and the staff was not rude even though they werent exactly friendly or helpful in making suggestions which for a first time buyer seemed a little confusing because of the amount of items available

Every single time I come here the service has been horrible and the staff is always unpleasant to say the least. Any coupons you have they wont accept and could care less about your order or your kids. I lived in this neighborhood for years and stopped coming for a good 3 yrs in hopes it got better, but definitely not. Overpriced, rude, and corporate has already gotten my feedback. How youre still in business beats me

Fun and friendly ice cream option with a great range of available sizes of cups and many tasty waffle cone options. Plenty of natural and extremely candied mix-in options for the creative consumer, as well as plenty of sweetly-named recipe suggestions.

The credit card machine is down, and has been down for some time now This is annoying and very inconvenient. Its not like theres not an ATM close, but its a lot more convenient to pay there. Ice cream is always amazing. The staff is nice. Place is clean and its close. Ill be back but I hope the cc machine is fixed.

Was kind of the smallest Marble Slab I have ever been too. But the girl who served us was very polite and professional. As always the ice cream tasted great.

Aside from maybe 2 or 3 younger employees as of late, this place is truly epitomizing of todays horrendous low-end, careless and almost personally offensive/rude service. Im truly not one to complain at all, but I come here unfortunately often given locality, partner preference and the half price books next door and I just wanted to give a few examples of my day-ruining and highly questionable experiences here.An older nasal sounding lady served me a few times and at least twice she has coughed all over her hands, the utensils and general apparatus of the store, and most recently... all over my actual ice cream without any conscious worry or connection to the absolute disgusting thing she has just done and proceeding to hand it to me and ask for the money haha incredible really... just looked at her in amazement kinda waiting for her to tell me it was just a joke only to be disappointed once again.Lastly there are a couple youngish guys there who are miserable to the extent you have to wonder upon being served... Did I come here and pay for their attitude/personal problems or tell them that I wanted it with service/ice cream?Kinda weird, to be frank, why a place like this (along with increasing amounts of other cheapish service businesses these days) would hire people so self-obsessed and seemingly selfish given its usually serving family style orders. Oh well. The ice cream is usually tasty and enjoyable if you dont mind the service. Enjoy folks, but dont bother going out of your way.

The ice cream was good . But an elderly lady working there was coughing so much that it grossed everyone out. Several people left. That’s just disgusting, if you are sick just stay home nobody needs an extra germs in there ice cream.

I agree with the reviews that mention the bad customer service. Dont think Ill go back for that reason. He obviously didnt scoop enough ice cream so when he barely mixed it he just added a little more on top but didnt mix that in. Also didnt mix in the fudge. Just poured it on the bottom. A lady made my husbands and his was good (only reason for two stars), but the guy i had was horrible. Think he got irritated because the ice cream I chose not even noticing was almost empty so he had to go get more, even though I did say he could just use vanilla instead.

We got there and had no idea where to stand, and the people working didnt say anything to us as we entered. When they finally got around to us, the girl just looked at us, didnt say anything and my girlfriend has to ask if she was ready to take our order. Horrible customer service. On top of that the ice cream was hot and melting before we got outside. They mashed it around on the cold plate, and scooped it into the cone and bowl. I was under the impression they scraped it up with a blade into ice cream rolls, like a good marble slab would. Only thing going for this place is the half price books next door!

Always such a great place to go. Its a little pricy for icecream but definitely worth it because i keep coming back. The employees are always kind and pretty fast at all the mixing too. Definitely suggest atlest going once.

Meh.Is expensive mediocre ice cream. The waffle bowls are tasteless and a huge waste of money.When we went on Friday night the line was out the door and the servers couldnt keep up.Our dude gave me a very funny look when I didnt write a tip on the debit card receipt. Youre scooping ice cream sweetheart....Im not tipping for that. Im so very glad I didnt cos my wife asked for two add ins (just two) - sprinkles and slivered almonds. She got one almond. Literally. So no. I wouldnt really bother...

I been to this location before and they must have a problem with greeting customers. The min I walked in I was stared down then asked about a promo for birthdays then the girl went to ask the manager who stayed in the back to respond to my request with you have to have a printout. The manager couldve came to me personally face to face. I just walked out without making a purchase. They will keep losing people not making them feel welcomed. I will just go else where. Plus everything is digital now apps and stuff why is a printout necessary.

I ordered a Cookie Jar Chaos cake for Fathers Day. Before I left the store after placing my order, I overheard one of the workers getting upset that she would need to make more chocolate cake because of my order. She stated that she just made some and didnt want to make more.Well by the look of my cake, she DIDNT make more & they just sliced what they had, paper thin! I wanted the cake in the picture & thats NOT what I received!!! I paid $36 for that cake & Im not happy that they decided to cheat me, instead of doing the right thing.I wouldnt trust them with your cake order & Ill never order from this location again! I have ordered cakes from Marble Slab for 5 years straight & this is the first time that it wasnt made right. This location is a poor example of what the brand stands for!

Small, looks run down, but my ice cream was creamy, delicious, no complaints about it. They have a Marble Slab Club card where after 5 visits (recorded by 5 stamps on your card), you get a free ice cream or yogurt cone

We recently called to see if they had a certain ice cream in stock before we went and we were told that they did. Once we got there they didnt have any in stock. The employees couldnt have cared less. So we drove all the way there for nothing. We wont be coming back again. TERRIBLE customer service.

My family and I went here on national ice cream day for their promotion of buy one get one free. They did not honor it and said only cold stone did that even though marble slabs Instagram account was the one that posted the promotion

Denied service at 9pm when the close time is 10pm.I even showed them that and still denied. Its only ice cream they could have sold us couple cones in less than 1 minute.

Save yourself some grief and buy yourself some Bluebell and whatever else you want to mix into it. They bring a whole new level of suck to customer service.
