Ever since i was switched to work with Rafael and John on purchasing my new home it has been a fantastic experience! Rafael was a life saver in this process. Just recently bought a house here at cowtown homes, and they did a fantastic job really quick and fast on everything they do on their part! If you need to know where to find a home this is the place you want to be!!!

Such a wonderful place, the employees were very kind and helped us get our home in a timely manner. John stayed on top of everything and helped us close within the time frame we needed! Recommend taking the time to walk in and talk with one of the employees.

The home we bought is great the process sucks here. We put a down payment on the home in February of this year and just moved in now. Delays at every turn. It took almost 12 weeks after closing to be able to move into our home.The 12 weeks would not of been a huge issue except the manager Raphael told us 6 to 8 weeks til we could move in so I put in my notice at the apartment I was in and had to live in a hotel for almost 3 weeks.Issues I had included-1- lack of communication- I had to contact them and solve every issue2- I was told we could place our home anywhere on our property for the price we paid but contractor said it would cost 4 k extra for where we wanted to place it.3- took almost a month for cowtown to hire a contractor after closing.4- refrigerator was not in home I had to buy(cowtown gave me 1100 refridge cost 1400 for a matching one available on short notice.5- outside design of home changed and I was not notified(found out when home was delivered).All of these issues could have been solved with better communication on their part or atleast with them offering anything for the mishaps.All said I do love the home I bought but I think I would have been better served at a different dealer

Came in hoping to view some mobile homes for a property I own, with my finances... home consultant Brandi Chrisman told me I would need 10,000 down and then refused to show me homes until I showed proof of funds. I’ve Never felt so disrespected. So I Went across the street to homes to go and got good customer service and was able to see some Homes no questions asked.

These are the most professional people. They listen and there is no sales pressure at all. Absolutely love the time they took with us. I can not express how nice it was that they actually listen to what you say. Thank you so much Blythe for everything.

Where to begin our experience at Cowtown has been nothing short of amazing. From first stepping into the door and being pulled in like family we met our sales person Brandi. Right from the start she was nothing more than helpful and friendly. She has been there to answer every call, text and email even on her days off. She was nothing short of helpful and understanding with our continuous questions in how everything works and with the struggle of getting all of our paperwork together that she needed. Most definitely would not hesitate calling her for my next home purchase.

We went today Rafael the manager helped us, showed us homes and talked us through part of the process. He was very nice a very knowledgeable. The homes there were all top quality. We went across the street to the other place to compare and when it comes to quality there is no comparison.

I worked with John and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and had an answer for any question that I asked. He made me feel comfortable in making a huge life decision! 10/10!

John was great and very informative. The homes were spectacular. I wish I could use this facility but have to hold off until they are improvements in planing.

Blythe Jackson was extremely helpful with what ideas I gave her to show me the right home for my family and I to start. The staff was very welcoming when entering, no wait time for someone to get with you. They work with you to get you into what your looking for and will help you get to that point.

Selection was very limited and prices are ridiculous.

Two good things, our house and Brandon is a good Salesman and worked with us to make a deal.Everything else has been terrible.First it took forever just to get our home here. One contractor made a half done pad and then quit before even dropping off the house the day before we were supposed to get it. It took a week and a half for another contractor to get it to us. Cowtown wasn’t concerned and even though we were under a timeline didn’t take it seriously. If I wasn’t making all the calls and doing the work I have no idea when they would have actually brought it because they did not take it seriously. Nor call to update us on anything, ever.Next when the home was delivered the blocks were done terribly, very crooked, leaning left and right and not level. I told Raphael about that in august. It’s November and still not fixed, the first contractor came to look at it and said he’d be back to fix it. Never came back. The second contractor to no fault of his own wasn’t able to fix the blocks because cowtown just never told him.The first contractor cowtown sent also misdiagnosed a couple of problems we had since they delivered it and again just never showed up. Cowtown acts like they take these things seriously but they tell you what you want to here, jerk you around and hope you won’t be frustrated enough to call them on their nonsense.Their word means nothing. I’ll be calling Raphael today and letting him know if they aren’t here to fix EVERYTHING on Monday I’ll call my own contractors and drive the 3 hours to cowtown to watch Raphael write me a reimbursement check for everything they neglected to fix.Go literally anywhere else.
