Bought a new Solitaire from Solitaire Homes of Ft Worth in early May. Worked with Sales Executive Jennifers Budde. Jennifers was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was our first mobile home purchase. And was delivered all the way to Matagorda. We are very impressed with the Solitaires buying process, delivery & set up. The price we were given was before they realized we needed a wind zone 2 class home. It had to be built at the factory, & the price did not go up. Its been 3 months since our model was delivered. Very happy.

Exceptional quality homes. The staff here is very kind, and informative.

I took my mother in law to them, trusting them to take good care of her. They took a deposit to hold her home and sold it out from under her. They didnt tell her until the accepted the full down payment and now they have her money and she doesnt have a home to show for it. They tried to do a bait and switch. They keep pushing a larger home on her that cant pass through our gates. This is rediculous and unprofessional. I will never deal with them again.

These homes are built nice like palm harbor however they are expensive like an actual house. $150k so by time you add land your at $225k easy. You might as well buy a house.

I am so glad that I went with the better quality over the flash that I saw other places. No where else compares to the type of home they built! Colin was my salesman. It is very unfortunate that one has to be there in person to get any information on homes, pricing etc. I find it bizarre that it is a company policy! Just an FYI you turn down many customers because of this.Then they offered to go to my business to go through paperwork etc this sounds very shady, as a business owner I know what I need, my budget etc. It is a shame that this is how one does business. Great outfit. Had an issue with where air conditioner compressor was installed and they promptly relocated it which wasn’t an easier task. Good product and good people.

Nice basic homes but over price

Ive read all of these reviews and some are pretty outrageous. Solitaire Homes is an amazing place to get a home and they are outstanding quality. Ive been to 2 other companies and all have done an awful job. Solitaire on the other hand has been super helpful. They have worked with us on our loan and gotten our payments where we need them. Some people are ignorant and get mad over things that cant be controlled. They want to blame Solitaire and not themselves. I would encourage anyone that reads this review to go and form your own opinion. Its a very awesome place to buy a home.

Solitaire in Fort Worth was only place that helped with trading my mothers old single wide for new home. Great to work with and would recommend to anyone.

BEST MOBILE HOME EVER! I tried to get approved for a trailer last year, but I didnt know I had to have a down payment. I saved up until I had enough and went back in last month. Thomas and Reid helped be get a approved for the same model home I wanted last year and even though I got a 2016 singlewide I paid the 2015 price! Gilbert made me feel very important and called me weekly while my loan was being processed to give me updates. The most important thing I want to say is about Thomas in sales. My son is going to seminary this fall and Thomas surprised us with a very expensive prayer book for my son as a gift. Thomas had never even met my son he just knew what I said about him. I highly recommend this company to anyone because they make you family not just customers. Ive been in my home for about two weeks and I dont have a single complaint.

My 68 year old mother bought a refurbished home from solitaire home in ft worth texas from Toby and Gilbert in October of 2015 and as of today her central air has gone out twice. We her kids have contacted the company where it was purchased and they told her that there is nothing they can do about it. I understand this is not covered under warranty, however, it is absolutely ridiculous that it has already gone out twice. Summer is quickly approaching in texas, and to be without a/c, especially at my mothers age, is very dangerous and a major concern for all of her kids.

My daughter owns a Solitaire home and it is well built...She loves it.

STAY AWAY!!!! They are IDIOTS and LIARS. They are terrible, they LIE about how their homes are built, LIE about how quick it will be set up( they said two weeks, my mothers house took 3 MONTHS and because they didnt do it all quickly we couldnt get approval from city for electric so my mother was homeless for 2 months because she had given notice on her apartments already, so she slept on my husband and I couch, they are idiots, Reid the manager is a moron and doesnt do his job, they dont know how to do their paperwork. They lie about what they do for you, and they tell you to write all your warranty things down and bring them a large list several months later, when paying 50,000 for a house not worth half that I expect to have online warranty claims or at least email ability, and I expect to submit no matter how small it is.

Horrible service after the sale! We have been in our home 3 years and have a list of things that were never done. Constant change in management. They make appointments and never show up. Terrible service!

This place is horrible. They get your hopes up, demand a deposit of $500, then tell you that you need 20% down. It has been close to 2 weeks, and they still havent refunded my deposit.
