Trashy and accusatory. I went to this store because I was completely out of wallflowers. While in the store, I asked the attendant if they had UNDERWATER OASIS. Her manager instantly told them to watch me and my friend because we were stealing. First of all, both of us make 6 figures. What is $25 to a boss? Nothing! What got me was the racial profiling. We are in no way going to let this go!!

My car smells good now. Also you guys should merge with Bed, Bath and Beyond so I am less confused.

The experience was Traumatizing with a capital T! I walked in to purchase the wallflowers and immediately the manager told the store attendant to follow me because accused me, my mother, and best friend of stealing! That is not a good feeling! That’s slandering our reputation and profiling!

Bath and body works is always a Greta store to walk into. The sales associates are always nice and knowledgeable. This is one of the nicest and cleanest stores I have been to.

The staff are always friendly, and there is always a sale going on it seems. Of course it is all a ploy to get me to buy more soap and candles than I need.... but hey they smell good, so it’s cool. Very expensive without the sales. Be careful

Was very clean workers very helpful.

Waited in line 3 hours for them to tell me I could not return my item because they had previously been returned although they were in the original box that I had bought it in with the care sheets and receipt attached. “There is nothing we can do about this situation other then u going to the original location” understanding that could and probably would take another 3 hours to get through just to try and return it. Worst customer experience I have ever received.

Store was really organized, and 3-wick candles were on sale.

Great star with a lot of scented lotions, soaps, candles, and many body lotions. The staff is great and is always ready to help you. Just double-check the deals before purchasing anything because sometimes you need to read the fine print. It isnt convenient location in the River Park shopping area. Ask for their rewards program, it is very beneficial.

Manager said to watch me and my friends because we were stealing? Didn’t even pick up any products in the store I was looking while my friend browsed for around 5 minutes. What about me says I’m stealing? Not sure but I will not be going back.

I didnt feel welcomed when I walked in around their store for a few minutes. Other customers were greeted. A young female worker just walked right by and just glanced at me without any customer service. Thats too bad. I had to walk out.

Stock isnt as much as Fashion Fair but staff is extremely helpful especially during the holidays. They were also very fast without lacking in good customer service. I was very pleased with my purchase.

Honestly whenever I go into the store the employees are so sweet and helpful. They answered all the questions I had and helped me find what I wanted.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The store was very neat, clean and presented well. The employee who helped me was wonderful-I believe her name was Goalie(sp?). She gave me information on everything I wanted to know and was extremely friendly. I would def. recommend this location to my friends :)

This place has the best customer service it’s insane. Whenever I walk in I know I will be helped and greeted, the employees are genuine and always accept coupons and are willing to get you the best deal possible. Excellent service.

Great selection of Bath and body works I was very surprised at some of the stuff they had and Whether we wanted it or not, weve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So lets get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Taaurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. Hes well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

The employees are really nice and help you out with coupons and sales. The variety of candles are amazing and they are always stocked with the best selling fragrances.

I just left bath and body works and i feel like i got dooped, as i walked in a staff member informed me that there is a promotion right now spend 30$ in the store and get a free Tote. And the tote comes with all this free stuff so i thought damn what an awesome deal, now before walking away i asked again you just have yo spend 30$? Right? he said yes. So i started my mission to get 30$ worth of merchandise which is not hard to do, and go up the register. After waiting in line. I ask what about my tote cuz my totals over 30$ and the cashier informs me the tote becomes 30$ if i spend 30$!! Wow i couldnt believe that.

Racial profiling alive and well here. I came here on Thursday, Sept. 11th at about 7:45. I had already decided on a lotion and a hand sanitizer but I was considering a scented soap. There was this big guy with long dark hair in a pony tail wearing a white shirt and a headset. He was behind the register counting. But he kept his eye on me watching my hands with suspicion as I browsed. Finally, I turned suddenly and saw him jerk his head back. I mean the guy was putting his back into it. His round body was stretched and his neck stretched further to see around a shelf. I just stared at him and without looking up he said, Can I help you? I had been browsing and now that I catch him profiling me as a thief he asks me if I need help, go figure. I just told him, No, and put the items on the counter with a thud and walked away. This isnt the first time Ive been racial profiled here. Last time it was a month ago when a store manager with pale skin and red hair was practically on my back. I mean one more step and this woman would have been stepping on me heels. This is not a good place for ethnic people to shop. They wont let you browse without humiliating you and theres a good chance a red headed woman will practically breathing down your neck.
