Fantastic as always, did the In N Out name well! Busy busy, but the service was stellar even with the Covid restrictions! The manager took care of us with a professional zest for customer service that is rare these days, seriously well done!

Went here Saturday night, AMAZING service! The guy who took my order was hilarious and full of energy at 12 a.m which I loved, wish I could’ve gotten his name though, I would love to be friends with him lol! Rob provided great service too, very handsome looking guy! The entire staff was great! I should go at night more often!

I ordered a double animal style. Delicious 😋. I went thru the drive thru and I was in and out in about 10 min.

Excellent hamburger and fries. Store mobbed. Traffic was back up in the street five to six cars waiting to get in for the drive thru. Service fast. Pretty busy inside as well. Staff COVID aware with face mask and plexiglass shields.

Classic In-N-Out, delicious (customized or regular) burgers! Fresh made French fries!!! The staff provide great and friendly service (beyond expectations!) at this location! Great and clean environment!My personal favorite is their secret menu - protein and animal style burger (cheese burger with only vegetables and no bun), don’t forget the grilled onions!!!

In-n-out is a real treat. You can tell that the family run business local to southern California is a well run high class operation. Dont let the simplicity of the menu fool you, because you will leave wanting more Everytime. You can ask for things like animal style and more patties for even more flavor. The employees have always been respectful, and even though they might always have a backed up drive through, they always get the food out fast. Fries are sliced up and fried in plain sight. It really is a staple for anyone visiting California in my modest opinion.

Overall great experience... Amazing as I thought ot would be but the workers make it even more so with as many people as they serve. Double Double was on point and hit the spot. Fries are not as good as other places but decent, not great but not bad. Strawberry shake was really good. Overall a 5 star worthy performance for my food. Warning* get there early cause this place is always packed.

Was craving their fries, was only 20 cars in line instead of 30. So I got in line.. Got on frwy to head home.. No fries in bag. Booooo got home ate burger- was soggy and had onions. I asked for no onions. Onions there was. Nasty meal.

Great area for burgers. Price is always great! The burgers are thinner and it is a good amount of food. They have plenty of food options and you can even get a protein style one where its pretty much a lettuce wrap.

Every time we go to Fresno, we go to (In & Out ) we would go there even if we ate hamburger the day before. Theres where we go after were done with our businesses. Great food, long drive through line at 11pm on a Saturday but inside has some seating available. Food was great! Love that I can go to any in n out and the food quality and taste is always the same!!

As always, In-N-Out is great. Good food, quick service. Didnt notice anything special about this specific one, but a basic In-N-Out still beats the best McDonalds or other fast food restaurants. 11/10 Will always recommend.

Getting into the parking lot was fairly treacherous but, once inside, it wasnt so bad. Always high quality food at In-N-Out. This location is no different.

Food is what you expect from In-N-Out, good but cheap. However my complaint is on location and the drive through. If you are coming to the drive through be careful because even if there is a just a few cars in line, the end of it is at the traffic line. However, if youve got time, the underground garden is just across the street so a quick bite then some good scenery is always nice.

The only thing the shake was warm we live 5 minutes away. The food was good.

They messed up the order, the burgers werent really cooked all the way, but their customer service is GREAT. They got back to be almost immediately and are sending me coupons to make up for the orders they messed up. I have never had a problem with In and Out, always friendly workers, always great food, and when they do mess up, their customer service will fix it for you!

Good burgers and decent fries. Three visits, and Im not sure why all the hoopla, but its worth a stop. At least, if you can get into the parking lot. Good luck with that...Servers were friendly and place was decently clean. Took a while to get the food (perhaps 15 minutes), but not too long.

I have to say, I love their double-double..the shakes are great too. Fries are ok, perhaps fresh, but not as good as other places. Stil my favorite place to go for fast food. And the kids are great..(employees)

Food is great but drive thru line is wayyyyy to long. All the way to the street. Gotta find a better way to make traffic easier.

Its always a good experience when going to in n out besides the drive threw line. But I would suggest to order inside if you want your food a Lil faster. 👍

I have to admit it was the shortest line for an In-N-Out that Ive ever experienced... The order was correct even with my specific requests and I received great service from both cashier window and pickup window. Even my twelve-year-old son managed to pull away from his phone to make a comment on how awesome and polite the gentleman at the pick up window was. Thanks yall!

Solid In N Out. Drive thru is usually too long and gets in the way of the parking lot. Local tip is skip first parking lot and enter at the drive thru exit side. Go inside its fast!

I love this place just that it can get really full because of the freeway but for some reason it tastes better than other in-n-outs

What a great place to stop with the crew to grab the lunch on a work day! the food is made fresh basically right in front of you as you drive thru! Great little parking lot behind to park and not feel rushed. You got to go animal on your fries too!!

I remember when this In-N-Out 1st opened up in the 80s it still has easy access from the 91 freeway. The area is rapidly overdeveloped now, it still serves a good Cheeseburger, clean restrooms, parking is okay, happy friendly employees and a good pit stop when youre stuck on the 91 freeway. Happy Eats 😊

Great burgers and the milkshakes are amazing. I have to wait when I pass by, but the workers make sure we don’t wait that long. I recommend the strawberry milkshake.
