Came in not know what I wanted to gift. Alicia was extremely helpful and generous with helping me come up with ideas. Jennifer was also very helpful. Engravings came out amazing. Will definitely be back because of the awesome customer service I received!

Sadie is awesome! I was referred to her by another staff member and she did an amazing job engraving a bamboo piece i brought in. She said they are all very new but I honestly wouldnt have guessed that at all. Props to all of them for working when nobody else wants to. Thanks again, girl!

The staff is absolutely horrible. Their customer service is terrible. Brand new staff and I would not recommend any one to go there. My husband went to have a plaque engraved, mind you has been taking it in every month for four months regularly to have it engraved for employee of the month. The lady was very rude and stated he needed to unscrew it before they could engrave it. Never had to do it before, and she stated well it’s a new staff here so that’s how it is. Proceeded to yell and have an attitude with him. Very unprofessional!

I ordered a sliver necklace to be engravedWhen I asked when I should receive my order they said it would take 2 to 3 days . I called them 3 days later they then told me it wouldnt get there for 4 more days . After 4 more days still not there I finally recieves it the following day . It took 8 days .The employees are very kind and polite .It was a gift that was 3 days late .I will doing my shopping elsewhere after this experience.

Had a rough outing with these guys. I needed some tumblers custom engraved as gifts. I brought them in and gave them plenty of time to get them done. Somehow they managed to mess them up twice. I guess the third time is a charm. I am giving a 4 star review because of the customer service. Not only did they pay for the replacement of the messed up tumblers but they also refunded the cost of the custom engraving which I didnt even ask for. Because of the great customer service Id be willing to give them another chance in the future.

I had planned to order some custom cufflinks as a Christmas gift. During my initial visit I walked around for about 15mins waiting to be assisted until I finally just used the self help kiosk/computer. When using the kiosk it stated they had the cufflinks in store so I proceeded to order. I went up to the register to pay for my order and was told they actually didn’t have the cufflinks in store but they could be ordered and would arrive in about 7-10 days. Still I proceeded with my order as I was assured the cufflinks would arrive before Christmas. 2-3 days later I get a call that they no longer carry the cufflinks I ordered and went in to the store. I ended up getting a complete refund as no associate showed me any other options.A day after getting my refund a coworker of mine and I came up with a new gift idea to get blank cufflinks and engrave the symbol I wanted. I went back in (3rd time) and told the associate what I wanted. After doing a tag/pin test and being told the symbol would be engraved slightly larger I placed my order. About an hour an a half later I return to pick up my order and was disappointed that the symbol did not look larger as promised. The associate didnt bother to clean the smudges off so the cufflinks looked scratched.At this point it is too late to try and find a new gift. Definitely disappointed in the service and the product. I don’t think I will be returning and I saw several things that would be perfect as future gifts for upcoming life events.
