This is a great place, I recently had to switch Optometrists and started up with Dr. Chiana and staff. These people are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure your happy with the Service, Treatment as well as finished product in my case was both contacts and glasses. Great place.👍

Dr Chiana is the best eye doc Ive ever been to. Personable and knowledgeable. The office staff is great too! Jennifer is by far the nicest person I have ever dealt with but the whole team is 5 stars!!

Every time I go to the office they are so helpful. One of the girls even helped me pick out new frames when I asked for help. My glasses arrived very quickly and they fit perfect. Front lady was so kind to arrange appointment for the same day I walked in, although they dont accept walk ins. Employees seemed casual with each other, the doctor was very nice to start a conversation. They had many choices of frames with wide width and large lens designs compared to other stores.Update: later I had trouble adjusting with my new glasses(too strong prescription I was seeing rainbow color around the edges), but they let me come in and adjust my glass prescription. When I still had trouble the doctor let me do eye check again as I wished (I was bumping into things to my left, got narrow vision). But he knew right away it was because my nose piece was too far from my eyes. He adjusted himself, then asked the specialist to fix it, and Voila! I was seeing so clear and now after 3month Im very happy with my new glasses!I would say the price is on high level (I had vision cover), but received a good service.

These guys are ridiculously amazing and quick in their service. They helped me pick out some great frames in the last closing minutes of the day.Need a new pair or lenses quickly? Come here. Easy to get to and wait. Water and candy while you wait too!

First time coming here and WOW! Both my daughters were seen by Dr. Kim and I can honestly say she went above and beyond to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I had a couple concerns and after talking to her I feel a lot better. Will be bringing my daughters here from now on!

These people are literally the worst. They totally just want to scam money out of you. They tried to charge me $90 to tell me the contacts Ive been wearing for 10 years are fine. Do not go. Such a waste of time and money.

I have been going to Chiana for 16 years. He has always been kind, attentive and understanding of concerns and changes with my health. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They have often adjusted my glasses as a walk in (w/o an appt.) I love the close-knit family vibe of the entire office staff and doctor.

This has been my eye care location for the last 10 plus years. I have never encountered a problem and the eye care professional really live up to their names. The over all experience has been total satisfaction and I would highly recommend them as the best care for any pair of eyes.

Dr. Chiana was my mothers eye doctor and has been the only eye doctor myself and my family goes to and he is the best. The staff is professional and helpful. When I asked the girl in the front if me being 10 minutes late made a difference for my appointment she yelled back that I am going to have to wait for an hour to see the doctor and I reference my original question would it have made a difference if I would have made it on time to my appointment at which point she responded to smartly with no I decided to just walk away its pretty sad considering what great reviews this place has, was very excited to check it out and finally get my eyes done but to be barked at as soon as you walk in for no reason at all was just uncalled for, shouldcorrect the girls attitude in the front with the glasses.

Received automatic reminder of upcoming appointment prior to appointment date.My wait time was very brief, the technicians were very friendly and quick while performing annual eye exam screening tests prior to seeing Dr. Chiana.Dr. Chiana was very friendly while examining my eyes and checking for changes in my vision since prior exam. He discussed my exam tests and minor changes to vision since last visit. Overall my visit was very nice with the pleasant and friendly atmosphere, a very professional update on my vision and total duration of my visit was under 45 minutes. Excellent service....

Been coming here for many years Dr. Chiana is excellent and the Ladys his assistance are friendly and very helpful . I walk in and have my glasses cleaned or repaired by them and they ask no questions their very efficient! I recommend it to everyone!

The service with the doctors is good the problem is in front of the office,they have a very bad attitude and their way of talking to people is not friendly and their behavior is very disrespectful when treating people they need friendly staff to receive non-client patients

Always very informative and willingly answers all of my questions.I suffer from dry eyes, Dr Chiana has given many samples to help with my condition. Always following up to see which medication works best for me.The staff has also been helpful and great. I have been a patient of Dr. Chiana for almost 10 years. I originally chose his office based on a recommendation from a friend at work. At the time his office was close to my workplace and home. I have since changed jobs and moved and I still make the 30 minute drive to see Dr. Chiana. Dr. Chiana is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is patient and takes time to answer my questions. His staff has always provided excellent customer service. I feel his prices are fair and his staff processes all the claims through my insurance with no work on my part. There are plenty of other optometrists closer to my home but I stay with Dr. Chiana because I trust him completely to handle my eye care needs. Thank you to Dr. C and his staff for a decade of excellent service!

The doctor was not very good never came out snd talked with my wife after my sons appointment. Said they called when glasses came in but never happened!!! Worst place ever!!!

I love Dr. Chianas office...The office staff is the best there is...They go above and beyond the call of duty...My husband and my glasses were there so quickly I was shocked...the girls in the office are very professional and help you so much...I live far away and they sometimes will send my glasses to avoid me having a long drive...I absolutely recommend this office and love the girls who keep this place going like clockwork!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
