On my appointment date, I came in and was greeted by Carmen. She was very professional and friendly. Dr. Renner discussed the eye exams and took time to address my concerns answer all my questions. And the staff I interacted with was very cordial. All in all, the experience was a pleasant one.

Dr. Culotta has an ugly personality.I gave him a bad evaluation when sent a survey from their office and apparently they told him. Instead of being more careful, to get a better evaluation next time, he denied services as I do not need treatment anymore in his opinion.He was not polite and finished the appointment in 3 minutes. At the new symptoms I have he answered nothing like I do not care.We waited 1.5 hours to get in. And he had an ugly look all the time, very unfriendly. Will switch to other network.

I’ve been to Acuity Eye Group Fullerton many times. Each time is the same. Too many patients scheduled too closely together. Covid didn’t change that either. You are herded like animals to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I used a timer today. Dr. Culotta spent two minutes thirty seconds with me. If he has a personality, too little time is allocated per patient to actually witness it. What happened to actually talking to ones doctor? This place is everything that is wrong with so called medical care in our country.

Yes I like that the Acuity Eye Group was very organized. They were all very nice and we didnt have to wait long. I got in there and got my eyes checked and even got my prescription in one day, very good I would highly recommend them!

Writing this review on behalf of my mom Anna! she visited Acuity Eye group a few days ago and has been raving about their A+ service ever since. She said the doctor had wonderful bedside manner and was super knowledgeable about the procedure in question; she has had negative experiences with eye doctors in the past who just try to shuffle their patients in and out! Additionally she mentioned that they followed all Covid-protocol and made her feel very safe throughout the visit - thank you for taking the time to treat my mother with care and consideration, I know she will be back soon! :-)

It was easy to get an appointment and when I arrived for my appointment I only had to wait about five minutes to get into the examination room. The eye doctor is very thorough and listened to my questions.

I arrived at my appointed time, was Greeted and asked to be seated and would be called in shortly. I was called in with in 10 minutes and my appointment started. Sipped thru one exam to the next. I had a short wait before I saw the doctor and then my appointment was done. I didn’t need new glasses so I was finished.

All the employees were careful of securing safety measures and they were very friendly. I liked how I was treated, not only by the assistants but how the Doctor made sure I understood important facts about my exam. And other employees also knew those facts, when they entered the room and if I had any questions, they made sure they had already read my file. So my questions were answered with knowledge. 5 stars. Thumbs up. Smiley faces all around. I also enjoyed that in the main waiting room, they playèd Disney movies. To keep us entertained and in good spirits, while we waited. Of cource with the proper distance between all of us. Thank You.

Dr. Chew Is amazing! This was my first time at this office and being a new patient, he spent time talking to me not only about The prescription for glasses that I will need, but I have multiple sclerosis and he explained in detail to me about what happens with the nerves in the eyes. He is so patient and extremely sweet! Thank you thank you thank you Dr. Chew.Also, not certain why it only gave them a 4.6 score when I gave them a 5 on everything

Once you are taken into the personnel working area you are rapidly process through testing and the doctor sees you promptly. I gave four stars because the waiting room is small and cramped with a lot of patients.

I have been under the care of Dr Culotta for the past 3 years and I highly recommend him for retina eye care. I receive eye injections every 6 weeks from him and he is gentle and precise and I dont experience any pain during the injection. He cares about his patients and is excellent at his job. Saw me on short notice (later the same day as me calling them (New Years Day!)), no waiting (since theyd already sent me the new patient forms in an IM), performed a robust and comprehensive eye exam, and then removed the particle from my eye lid, which was keeping me up at night with scrapping against my cornea, after which, I was supreme!

The service was excellent the staff are wonderful they take of you very clean too I recommend to come over here and see how friendly are trust me you will like this one
