The car is good with some details, as any 12 year old car, what I love about Eloy and his family is their customers skills, like they genuinely care.Eloy told me every single detail about the car, and offer arrangements for further mechanic issues.This is the owner of the dealer, selling me s 3 thousand dollars car without taking his phonecalls, this, made me feel important.The best thing about this buy and why do I consider this the best transaction Ive ever done? Timing. Car sharks! Beware of this place! They get your initial money and then won’t work with you at all. Very unprofessional and poorly run business. Car didn’t run that well either after a few weeks. They sell lemons. Do not go here.

We purchased a Volvo over a year ago which was a great experience. Over a year passes and my wife broke down with my car (not the one they sold us) in Galveston. As we did not know anyone there we called Canales Auto for advice on who could help her. Eloy from Canales drove to her and got her to a place to get it fixed. I can not express how grateful we are of Eloy @ Canales and his team. To help out my stranded wife was amazing. I am a customer for life. Never had I ever had someone go out of their way that much for zero profit. If he does not have what you are looking for let him know as he can find it too.

Very short with me. Not friendly. Spoke with a young lady telling me one thing the the gentleman told me the total opposite. He was pretty rude. And I had money to drive off that day. It’s okay went to Ventura up the road and got a killer deal.

I bought a car here and a few days later it stopped working, it was broken. also its price was really expensive when compared to the prices of other car sales

They are liars and thieves, my sister who works hard and gave them her checks every week so she can get a car to get around the island. Worked amazing when she first tested it but after she was done giving them the down payment the car was stalling every block, couldn’t even have it at a red light cause it turn off. Shoot even when you tried to drive pass 30mph it started to wobble. Mind you she only had it for a few hours and she tried to give it back and they didn’t wanna give her back her down payment. Horrible people even their own mechanic told her he never checked that car out and he knew the minute he drove it it was in horrible shape. You should be ashamed of your selves.

Got a car from here and it started to brake down in the lot as I was driving it off and was told it was normal to just put it on neutral to start it... turned off in the middle of a busy intersection with my niece and nephew in the car. It’s been almost 8 months since this happened and I gave the car back hours after I had driven off the lot to only get half my deposit back, since then I have met soooo many people who have had problems and have gotten screwed over by them.
