I have been asking them to take care of it 2 things.1. Trunk close some time random it happen to my daughter last week andshe didnt even had key.2 When ac or heather is off its still blow hot air but it didnt do it when wetook it over there now it happen again

Very poor service, took my car in 4 times for same problem and never resolved. Took my car to Ron Carter and the service is first class. I have tried to keep my business dealings in Galveston because this is my home. Just very disappointed in the service dept. here.
