Shout out to Travis really cool dude answered all our questions made sure we were comfortable with our rental. Nice friendly service. And their rates are affordable will use again when we come back. We had the 8 seater.

Good people. Note.. be sure to find the one locatiin closest to your stay. We looked at the one afurther in town and after purchase we seen they had another place just couple blocks from our place.Be sure to take video of the golf cart before you leave the lot.. This will prevent mistakes cause by previous renters. They want you to do this for you and them.They are good people and we will be coming back. But you have to cover yourself and them.Hope everyone who rents has fun.

Had our cart worked on. Good service and in a timely manner. They overcharged us which I didn’t catch until the bill had been paid. Can’t get a response at all now when trying to ask about the overcharge. Be careful

The BEST ever!!!! Jade was super cool and helpful and the golf cart was super fun! Jade gave us insider tips and even gave us her personal cell number in case we needed anything!! She was super accommodating and friendly. We rented a 6 seater and we got so much use out of it. We will totally rent with Galveston golf carts again!

Had a great time! They were dog friendly and includes a pass to park anywhere on the sea wall. Great way to see Galveston. You can only go to 61st and have to stay off of a few other big streets but it was a great way to get around and we had a blast! Thanks will definitely be back

I had an amazing time! I called to ask if they had any golf carts available and they said no. Then Jade or Jane (not sure her name) called me back and said they had one available and to give her some time to sanitize and disinfect. I appreciate her for that. The process with her was professional and quick. Thank you Galveston Golf Carts! I will definitely be returning!

First time renting one of these and will not be the last. I forgot the girls name but she was so helpful showing us the dos and donts. The price is reasonable and fair. My family and me had a blast and we will be back soon thank you guys...

I am writing this review just because I have read some of the other reviews where your people are making fun of disabled people that have bipolar and I can tell you right now I would never do business with you and as soon as I can get an email address I will be sending an email to your business owners and telling them about your review writer its very wrong Ill be praying for this person that they have a better heart next time against people that have disabilities. This review writer must be held accountable. BBB, Local T.V. News. They must know!

First things first, the owner is a bully and mouthy. After a mishap in the parking lot at the fault of my sisters driving he became rude and pushy with my 67 year old mother IN THE PASSENGER SEAT! not professional or respectfully enough to be working in the tourist industry. Poor all the way across the board. Would be glad to take a call from this business owner. Funny how all the less than 5star reviews have a bipolar/hateful responses. This says everything one needs to know about the way this place is operated. Please return my calls, Id love to show you the proper way of handling something like a real business owner. A return phone call and positive resolution will get this review removed.

After reading the reviews I would think there are 2 separate locations.My group had an accident in their parking lot. We did not see a sign directing another way. The driver got out quickly to check damage. I was front passenger. As I was removing my seatbelt, this angry man appears in my window. We are looking at the broken taillight on his cart. He says, are you going to pay for it or do I need to call the police? Obviously we have not left the scene and will do the right thing. He writes up an invoice for $745 to repair. Extortion. We were dumb enough to pay it and still rent 2 carts. One seatbelt would not hold and the other cart had no power. This old lady could run faster. And for the record, I am not bipolar.

Cart begin going slow on our way back from dinner and called Galveston Golf Cart the next morning. Sales staff stated I could bring back and switch out. Upon arriving, I asked if we could keep the cart 2 additional hours due to the cart not functioning. Staff said no and with a very unfriendly attitude. Not a good experience here. I have rented golf carts on different beach vacations and the quality at Galveston Golf Carts was by the worst with unprofessional staff.

Best place to rent golf carts on the island for sure. Prices are reasonable and the staff is fast, friendly, and informed.

Golf carts not maintained well. Staff at Old Galveston location were very rude when we returned our cart due to cart not functioning properly. Save your $!......and if you read the the owners response from my review and other customer reviews, the owner uses the tact of bullying and calling individuals names to try to intimidate the reviewer to remove the post.

This made our trip so much fun! Definitely worth the price $

Lady at the desk is extremely rude. As soon as you walk in she yells asking for your age and why you want to rent. We said the driver was well over 25 but simply because my 21 year old son was going to be with us she wouldn’t rent to us without placing a $200 deposit. Even though he wasn’t going to even be the one driving! Save your money, avoid the rude encounter and just walk around instead.

This was a great company to rent from! Customer service was great. Very helpful when renting and explaining where you can and can’t ride. Nice group of people! Cart was new and worked great as well. Prices were good.

Everybody was super friendly and made everything throughout the process easy. I was able to book a reservation in advance at their main location and pick up the golf cart right down the street from the hotel we were staying at. I broke a key off in a lock and they had someone over there to replace it within 20 minutes. I’m in a wheelchair and my stay at the beach would’ve been miserable without this thing. So much better than getting sand all in your vehicle!

I would say they are some of the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. We rented a golf cart on a Friday but due to a storm it was postponed. I understand that is neither parties fault. WHAT IS THEIR FAULT, is lack of customer service after we find out this golf cart doesnt work properly, being stranded in the middle of an intersection and not being able to use the cart at all! We have called them multiple times in the past week and get the same story. I will put it on the owners desk or I will let the manager know No one will help and as always, we are lied to that someone will reach out. Supplying broken golf carts to people especially with children is very cowardly. We are very disappointed. Please save your money and go somewhere else. They dont want to make anything right. I tried multiple times for them to make it right but we just get lied to.I have not received one phone call from any of your stores. And I really hope you dont let another family use that cart before some maintenance is done.

Riding these golf carts are so much fun and so easy! I had a blast driving around and seeing the sights, especially with that nice wind blowing through the cart! Service was fast and there was no hassle in getting or returning the golf cart. Highly recommend!

These golf carts are not up to par what do ever! Paid to rent it and then couldn’t even get it on the road due to the gas peddle not responding he tried to switch carts several times. None seemed to work properly, we asked for our money back due to the fact it was way to dangerous to take my 6 year old on one of these carts not working properly. He told us he wasn’t giving us our money back we would just have to deal with it! STAY AWAY!

They were very helpful and friendly when we rented a golf cart to participate in the Krewe of House Floats event!

I made an appointment with them that they didn’t show up to! After listening to the excuses I was told that “we might be there today”...? I wouldn’t hire Galveston Golf Carts if they were the only business in town. Plenty of other golf cart businesses you can actually count on!

The guys at both locations were super nice and helpful... Unfortunately we were not able to rent a golf cart we needed a 6 seater and they were all booked up :( maybe next time

They are awesome! We rented for 4 days and have nothing but great things to say! They are located close to the strand and allowed us to park in their driveway when we ventured out! So we never had to pay a parking fee! I would say as many days as we were out and going all over the place the cart paid for itself! Extremely helpful staff! Great cart! Five stars! Go check them out!

Great friendly service

I used their mobile repair service for my Club Car. All I can say is the service way exceeded my expectations. They dialed in my cart, showed me a few maintenance tips and saved me the hassle of having to have my cart picked up and dropped back off. My new got to service provider.

Horrible customer service, my family and I stood at the counter for over 5-10mins without a hello or greeting. Helped someone before us and never said anything to reassure us service. Answered a phone call and still nothing...2 other workers were in the office and nothing. As we were leaving still nothing. I guess business isnt business for patient customers.
