Alex is very good and very experienced also. Everyone there is always very courteous & takes your problem seriously.

Toyota Tundra Catalytic converters got stolen.. this place quoted us $1200 total. When we picked up, price changed.. CATCH; price does NOT include O2 sensors. Total ticket $1500+. That quote change bothers me terribly..be honest up front! These large ticket, unexpected changes affect my budget. And then u make it worse by adding to it AFTER u did the work on my vehicle. Feels like extortion. The lady that charges you needs to work on customer service skills. Shes very dry and myopic in her explanation of the bill. Not rude, just apathetic. Very unforgiving. In fairness, there doesnt seem to be an issue with the work they did. So far, no problems. But its only been 24 hours...

I was nice with the 2nd star. Ive called 2 different people about a price to install headers, so far Ive been waiting a month for a reply or callback. That must be one hell of an estimate they are preparing.

I called asking about a question and the lady on the phone was very rude couldn’t communicate with me just hanged up on me saying that they were all occupied today basically they didn’t want my service because they were full I never heard of that type of business like if she couldn’t reschedule me for a appointment some other time bad service would not recommend

This place is not honest. They work with Carlos to make your car pass inspection without fixing and pocket the money.

This guys are not honest at all. Had my truck to fix a overheating problem, they not only not fix it but after i took it back they said it had nothing bad anymore when i had just drove it and it was a overheating just like before i had take it in
