I went in to update my iPhone. I knew what I wanted and was not interested in sale pitches. Stephanie the store manager helped out so we didn’t have to wait for the other employees to finish up with other customers. She was very fast and personable! I left happy and was grateful for her approach to get me what I wanted! Thanks again Stephanie!

This store is a perfect example of why people are shopping online instead of in store purchases. First of all the phone that I ordered, that they didnt have in stock, took 7 days to get there when they told me it would only take three. Then after waiting a week they would not match the online price and ended up charging me an extra 75% higher than the online price. When I asked them why that is they said we dont know but if you dont like it you can take your business elsewhere. So after I decided I was tired of waiting for the phone it took them an hour and a half to simply activate a phone. I could do that myself on the internet in about 20 minutes. I will not be spending any of my several hundred dollars at this store ever again.

Danielle was awesome to work with! We were moving my phone and Apple Watch from AT&T to Verizon. Several employees told us we wouldn’t be able to transfer my watch’s cellular plan to Verizon, but she told us right away that she’d be able to do it for us, and she did! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10!

Totally unprofessional service. I was so disappointed because I always get great service in Atlanta! The manager Eric one less to accept an unacceptable job a screensaver with bubbles in it. Stephanie helped me through the process of switching to Verizon from spectrum mobile. Spectrum mobile made it extremely difficult for this process. It should have been smooth sailing and it was not and it was all on spectrum mobile’s end. Stephanie made the process bearable she was amazing and I would go back and work with her anytime. She texted me with her personal number over a three day period to check in with me and keep me posted about what was going on on my account with my two phones. Unlike spectrum mobile because we had to reach out to them and get transferred to 15 different people every time we called nobody could seem to get us the answers we needed. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend spectrum mobile to anyone. My husband also uses spectrum mobile and he is not even able to view his own phone and account online. Stephanie at Verizon in Gillette Wyoming was amazing at her job.

My representative was really good other than she missed I had device dollars from Verizon so now I have to wait on a credit on my bill.Also, the fees are outrageous. I guess they’re the same at all cell phones stores but they’re so expensive.
