I had new tires put on and they got me in and tires put on pretty quick, no long wait. Love the tires and the service!

I was in need of a tire change, and they were the only ones open. They did a fast and professional job. Totally satisfied with the service.

I was told it would be 1 hour for an oil change, 1 hour 15 minutes in, they had not pulled my car in. I dont mind to wait, but dont lie. You should know how long it takes to do an oil change, how many you have to do, and when your employees need to take brakes. Give accurate wait times and you will have happier customers.

The service was horrible!! Went in for an oil change, and was one of the first people there. Was given a two hour wait for some reason. Well I told them I was fine with that. 2 1/2 hours passed went to check our car status STILL HAD NOT been brought in. I was so frustrated!! Wasn’t able to back out the car due to the close line behind me. We were now coming close to a 3hr mark. I had to get my sister to work and couldn’t wait. Well they pushed my car through. So that whole time my car could have been in the building getting worked on.They parked it and ripped the sticker off rudely. I won’t be back!! We pay these people to work on our cars not chill out in the break room or the service counter chit chatting!! DO YOUR JOB!!!!

I had tire troubles on the interstate and came in on a Sunday afternoon and even though their schedule was full I talked to the store manager and they were able to fit me into their schedule, and get my tire fixed so I could make it back home to Indiana. Thank you so much for your help and taking care of me. I am grateful for the hospitality and service. Good job to all the people in the service department. Thanks to Kevin the mechanic that fixed my tire...You guys rock!!!

The lady checking you out may seem like she has an attitude but does sat have a nice day and still polite. Thia place does a lot business and is usually very busy, suggest calling ahead of time to see what your wait will

Took car in at 7:45 am for a tire rotation, 5 hrs later they were finished. We had bought our tires there with the free rotation. We will NOT be buying anymore from there. Service was very poor. We asked to speak to the dept manager. They had to call twice before we even talked to her. Some people was evening leaving without having their work done.

Bought a new battery got right in and out very quickly

Took an hour and a half for a simple oil change, was second in line. When I went to leave, my steering wheel, floor board, door and keys had oil on them. The partially empty jug they used was also sitting in my floor covered in oil, with no attempt to clean it off.

Worthless. Have a nail in tire and theyre unable to help even though we are over an hour away from home. Dont go here if you need help but if you arent in a hurry this place is swell.

We waited for over an hour for 1 tire!! And thats with noone else waiting in line! It was stupid and ridiculous!! We watched everyone in the garage walking around or on their cellphones. Must be nice to get paid to walk around and play on cellphones!

Told me it would be over an hour and a half to change 4 tires and do an oil change because they were so busy, but only about an hour of that would be waiting in line. He said nobody can do it faster. When I told them another place does it a lot faster, the boss (I assume) sarcastically told the crew they needed to speed it up because the other place was so much faster. They laughed and started making jokes about it. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I have issues at every Wal-Mart auto center. Will never go to one again. I went to another place and they had it done in no time, while fighting with someone elses difficult tires.

The slowest worst place to go if I could give zero stars o would. I mean if your back is against the wall and need a tire in an emergency maybe go here. But worst place all around.

We had a hole in our tire. The guy who was working kept trying to get us to fix it ourself. We had 2 kids in the van 95 degrees outside and we were 2 hours from home. He spent 45min not working or helping other customers. Needless to say there was a female working her tail off she changed about 10 tires while dill weed was busy tring to get people to leave. Saying its going to be 3 hours going on and on. Finally I told him we got 2 kids who wants to be stranded? He backed off when he clocked out to go home. The fastest I seen him move.

They are about as good as the rest of the backyard crooks.
